How to remove or hide toolbar context menu in visual studio IDE

Hi All,
Currently we are extending Visual studio and it's functionality.
As we know, we can have different categories of tool bars like standard, build, debug etc shown in pic -
or we can access the categories via - View Main Menu -> Toolbars
Basically My requirement is that, I don't want to show these options (Build, Debug, Debug Location, Layout, customize , Text Editor, Standard etc) shown in context menu or shown in submenu.
How can I achieve it ? Please advice.

AFAIK, you can only customize it manually, but can't hide the builtin menus:

How to remove multiple Unarchivers from Context menu

Hi,
I am running Mountain Lion on a late 2011 MBP. Every time I upgrade Unarchiver, it creates a new line item in the context menu. How can I get rid of all but the latest one and how can I prevent this from happening? This seems to be a problem with Unarchiver only, the other Apps don't have this issue. That's LaunchServices. These are only cache files but can get corrupted. Launch /Utilities/Terminal and copy & paste this at the command line to rebuild LaunchServices: (be sure to copy the entire line it's a scroll)
Code:
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
Then press return. Wait until terminal returns to the command line. Quit Terminal. After that, log out and back in or restart. Let us know.
Or, use the free utiltiy OnyX to do the same via gui
EDIT: Actually the issue may be with the way unarchiver code is written and LauchServices is doing it's job correctly. But it can't hurt to see.

How to remove upload option from context menu

How to Hide dropdown context menu (ECB?) for items in a list?

Hi everyone,
I don't know the appropriate way to name this thread. I'm sure there is a technical term but I'm not sure what it is. Instead, I will describe.
In any list, when you hover over an item, a dropdown option appears with options like "View Item" "Edit Item" "Compliance Details", etc.
I would like to completely hide this context menu from the user as it only confused novice users trying to use a simple discussion board. Any way to do this easily, and ideally without Designer?

To remove this you need to change the column. By default SharePoint would have this column associated with the view to easily edit the item.
Step to remove:
1) Go to list settings
2) In list settings navigate to the "All Items" view or the current view you have under the view section.
3) uncheck the column [Column Name](linked to item with edit menu)
4) check/select the column [Column Name] (linked to item)

that i made to test some code and block diagrams
As such, several copies of the same ActiveX control are in the menu
Does anyone know how to remove these controls from the menu?
(and how did I added them in the first place?)
Also if anyone can point me in the direction of some good resources regarding
ActiveX objects and Labview, it would be greatly appreciated

You need to unregister the ActiveX:
The command to manually register or unregister an ActiveX component is:
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\REGSVR32 filename
or
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\REGSVR32 /u filename
Then delete filename.ocx or .dll

Generally, I know that when we set the theme as "Windows Classic" theme on the Windows 7 and then start two VS windows, it will show an active VS window like the following screen shot.

How to hide the context menu?

I want to make a web button and don't want the context menu
to appear,
I have tried Stage.showMenu = false, but the context menu
still pops up.
What should I do?

I am having the exact same problem.
However, I believe that displaying large amount of data via a tree table is fine as the user is able to quickly drill in to the data of interest.
It is just that the 'Expand All' option (as implemented) does not make sense in my case.
Given that I cannot hide it, is there an easy way to change it's behavior so that it does nothing (or provide an 'No implemented' alert).
I don't have the time/experience to implement custom menu items.

Remove Resubmit option in context menu of the task in UWL EP7

Hi All
In EP7, the behaviour of the tasks has changed a lot.
when the task appeared in UWL,Clicking on the work items, the form is not getting opened up instead it is showing "Resubmit" option in context menu of the task.
For each task i need the corresponding iView to get opened up. This is how I have configured our uwl.webflow.<system_alias>.xml
How can we remove the Resubmit button and open the form for manager to submit?
I need to revert back to original functionality.

You only see the toolbar when you are logged into a workspace as a developer. You don't really have to remove it for end users. Try this: make sure you're not logged into a workspace and run your app directly:
http://<host>:<port/pls/DAD/f?p=<your app ID>:<page ID>

How to remove the Ask Toolbar

The Ask Toolbar has installed itself, it is not listed in the plug ins or extentions. It is not shown on the "Add or remove programs".

How to remove the hide option in the obiee report at the dashboard

I've created a report in obiee 11.1.1.6.0 and placed on the dashboard. When i do right click on the report i can list of option of user controls. Using the edit properties i have unchecked all the controls, even though i can see the hide column option in the dashboard report. User should not have access on report controls. How can i remove the hide column option.

   Yes, you are right. This is the assignation chain:
   Command->group commands->resource/collection/details->layout set->folder/KM navigation iview.
   Remember, layout set is a service that you need to active on your repository.
   Layout set allows you define (between other things) commands groups availables for resource, links or folders.
   The context menu will have differents commands group depending reource type.

I don't fully understand your question.
Anyhow, on each iView there are two options needed to offer personalization functionality: Show Personalize Option and Show Tray. This is not user dependent! Of course you could create different roles for content admins and other users, with the same content, but for this iView different settings; but this is too much maintenance in my eyes... (of course, you would have to set the personalization option of rndLayoutSet to the value needed).
Another option may be to use the FlexUI debugging settings, see http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005/helpdata/en/f4/2c6b2089cc784bb384a7ea058de50d/frameset.htm - this can be done on a per user basis.
