"Repeating Groups" in tabular view?

Hi,
Is it possible to enable Repeating Groups in tabular view in 10g? My requirement is to display a repeating detail tabular report for each school. I can't do this in pivot table because another requirement is to enable dynamic sorting for the end user (which isn't possible in 10g pivot tables).
Any ideas?

Ok, suppose my prompt is like this:
School Name (Multiselect)
If the user chooses nothing for School Name, show all schools like this:
School 1
  Col1        Col2
  Student 1   123
  Student 2   456
  Student 3   789
School 2
  Col1        Col2
  Student 1   123
  Student 2   456
  Student 3   789
School 3
  Col1        Col2
  Student 1   123
  Student 2   456
  Student 3   789If the user selects just one School from the prompt, only one of the tabular reports would display. This is similar functionality to BI Publisher repeating groups. But I need this in Tabular view in OBIEE so the user can sort on Col1 and Col2
