Report class for a selection criteria

Can anyone explain how a report class is defined for a selection criteria in ABAP HR .

This is the process to solve your problem. It seems report categories are also reffered to as report classes, so upon completion you assign the report category and the limitations are then put into action.
Create customer report class, 000000##:
IMG u2192 Personnel Management u2192 Human Resources Information
System u2192 Reporting u2192 Adjusting the Standard Selection Screen u2192
Create Report Categories.
Select New Entries and enter the number of your report class and the
name. Deactivate the For Logical Database PNPCE field.
Select the Matchcode allowed and Sort allowed indicators and allow
the entry of a date interval for the data and person selection period.
Save your entries and create a transport request. Return to the
Overview screen.
Select your new report class and select Allowable Selection Criteria in
the dialog structure, on the Overview screen. Choose New Entries. Use
the possible entries help, F4, to select the specified selection fields and
select the field for output on the first page. Save your entries.

    This is the position that is characterized by the following details:
    CC=1020;PT=V4I;SA=DEPBCCR;SE=1000013
    When I look the Security ID number in the old system, the Document is obsolete, but the migration transaction seek the FLOW information for this ID number and not return any information.

    Thank you very much for the answer, My colleague, the one who posted the threat is not longer available, he went on hollydays.
    We did check TPM12 & TPM13  and the reports said:
    TPM12 : "no positions selected"
    TPM13: "No flows found"
    Just to double check that we have understood, which "Migration date"  are you reffering to?

  • Payment F110 - No data records found for these selection criteria, FZ208

    Hi all,
    I have done all configuration for payment medium for a customer in Norway. We use Telapay and program RFFONO_T. We have not activated the new general ledger but we have ECC 6.0 so I do not see why it should not work.
    The invoices got paid with payment order but when I should download the file in Environment > Payment medium > DME Administration I got the following error message:
    "No data records found for these selection criteria
    Message no. FZ208
    Diagnosis
    No data could be accessed for this selection.
    Possible causes are:
    No data exists for the activated selection.
    You have no authorization to display or edit data from this selection.
    Procedure
    First check whether your selection criteria are correct.  You may need to expand the criteria to include a larger search area to check whether data exists in the system.
    Make sure you have the proper authorizations for displaying and editing data.  Read the Release note for DME management for further information on the authorization objects.
    Proceed"
    I have tried with different variants but that doesn´t matter. When I look at the payment run log I can see following:
    "Additional parameter specifications 1400 SAPO02 are missing
    Message no. FR193
    Diagnosis
    Entry 1400 $V2& is missing from the additional company code parameter table.
    System Response
    Processing was terminated.
    Procedure
    Maintain the entry according to the instructions in the program documentation."
    I suppose that´s why I can´t get a file. Do any one of you know why I can´t get the file created. Please help.

    I have a similar problem with program RFFONO_T and Telepay format for a Norwegian customer. Payment medium is not created. In the payment run log is the following message: "Additional parameter specifications XXXX SAPO02 are missing
    Message no. FR193.Entry XXXX $V2& is missing from the additional company code parameter table."
    According the program documentation for RFFONO_T, a company number (11 digits) has to be maintained under company code global data, additional details. The legal org.number with 9 digits is already entered but I do not understand where to enter a 11 digits company number? A user number (10 digits) is also entered in trans OB94  but the problem remains.

    As told by Markus and Eric above...
    you never made a backup on you new installed system....then how system will show you backup details(which were not happened in real)

    I am trying to do a Work Order-Less completions with Transaction Type as 'WIP Assy Completion', the assembly items are not serial and lot controlled.
    When i am trying to save it, it throws an error as 'The onhand qty is zero for the selection criteria entered'.

    1. Check first in source system that whether the extractor is active or not .
        Best wayout to check from RSA3.
         Hierachy datasources sometime gives error in RSA3 , you can also check froim RSA1HCAT in source system .
    2. If extractor is active and while loading it gives error , you need to activate the transfer rules again and try to extract the data from r3 .

    Hi Marcel,
    Check whether you have any RED requests in your PSA--> If so delete them
    Make sure your DS, transfer rules/Transformation are active.
    Also once replicate your DS & activate. Also activate transfer structure. Then try loading.

  • Profit center report does not show selection criteria

    Hi,
    The SAP Business One software misses a functionality :
    When creating a financial report, you can enter surtain selection criteria in order to shift the data, and in order to get only the relevant data. This is possible in all reports. Also, in the result of all reports, those selection criteria are shown. In that case you actually know what the data is all about.
    This is not the case with the profit center report. When you run the report with e.g a date selection, these dates are not printed on the actual report. When a second person views the report, he/she has no clue as to what the data consists of, they are unaware of the selection criteria.
    The only solution is to export this to excel, or run Chrystal reports. But this should be entered into the standard report !!

    Hi
    If you see the screen shot I attached, it has the text "(new)" against the Folder name...
    All new gl reports are under such a folder to differentiate... You cant deactivate any reports from the Standard Menu... You can just control it by authrization....
    You can also ask your BASIS guy to display only the authorized trans on the user screen so that they are not able to see the std set of transactions

    I want to have the above as part of my selection screen.
    Which selection criteria do I need to use.
    I dont need any other fields than specified above.

    I am new to using BI Publisher for generating reports out of E-Business Suite. I am looking for assistance with 2 questions below
    1. I have created an LOV parameter based on a value set, is it possible to allow the user to select one, all, or a subset?
    2. Is there a way to model an "IN" statement in the XML where using the parameter?

    With whatever i could make out is you are trying to change a discovere report to xml; publisher report isnt it?
    To answe to your question, directly it is not possible to have In clause but you could use some smart logic like lexical parameters etc to achieve similar things.I guess you cannot do in in EBS Reports too.

  • Unable to show all fields from a table\view within a SSRS Report Model for user selection

    I recently added a new view with a simple SELECT (with 3 fields) statement to our existing Report Model DSV. I then went ahead to the report model (.smdl) file proceeded with the auto-generation of the new attributes which of course ran with no issues.
    I was seeing the three new fields as attributes. But when I went within the existing Perspective to add the newly added fields so that the users see them, one of the field is missing. It is just a VARCHAR field. What would it cause this field to not show up
    within a Perspective?

  • Repeat report pages for 'ALL' selection

    On a report Im building Ive placed a dropdown list of selections that get used to filter out the data on the report.  Someone who uses the report wants to select something that will generate (N) seperate reports as if they had selected each item in
    the list and ran the report.  In other words, instead of one big report...generate what appears to be all the separate reports based on the items in the dropdown list.  Is there way to loop or repeat the whole report for each item in a list?

    Based on my understanding, you want to display the separate reports on each page based on the selected values from parameters.
    In Reporting Services, a list automatically provides a container, we can use a list to display grouped data with multiple views. For your requirement, we can embed the tablix in a list, then add page breaks for the list. Please refer to steps below:
    1. Specify the group expressions for a list on General page like below:
    2. On Page Breaks page, select “Between each instance of a group option”.3. Select the values from drop-down list
    of parameters, then preview the report.
