Report of general authorizations

Messrs.
Good afternoon, I have to report a user of SAP, that this report will come your user name, department and the commitments that this user owns.
But being with the system information marked, sailed to the screen with '* Commitments *'at the bottom appeared to me the table name OPRM when I do a SELECT * * me return this table that this table does not exist, even if I do the SELECT * * by the query generator * SAP * or * * SQLSERVER not find is the table.
Anybody can help me as I come to this table by select, select follows below:
SELECT *
T0. [U_NAME] the 'User name', *
T1. [Name] as'Department' *
T0 * FROM OUSR
INNER JOIN T1 ON OUDP T0.Department = T1.Code *

Hello
Manvendra Singh
Good day, I guess you do not understand.
I can not find the table OPRM is it that I need to do more to JOIN the two tables that already have.
The SELECT statement that brings some already assembled, but just give me the name and title, but must bring more commitments that OPRM this table, but when I SELECT this table SAP does not see this table.
Shows how this table does not exist.
I do a test:
SELECT * FROM OPRM
vera not hesitate.
Somebody else to help?

Please help me to resolve the issue...
    Thanks,
    Sam

If you're restoring a file you have to list it, so if you are restoring /wdn/file01 then you specify the alternate path as /restore/file01
    Thanks
    Rich

  • Uploading General Authorizations through DTW

Is there anyway of uploading the General Authorizations through the DTW?

    Hi,
if you have defined the users authorization in the testing system, then you use addon copy express to move the authorization from testing database to production live.
When you perform copy express job, you must avoid exclamation marks.
To know more about it, you could ownload the pdf file relate to copy express from this link :

  • Report to check authorization object used in customized programs

    Hi Guys,
An auditor came and he raised a question to us, he asked whether all of our customized transactions and programs are maintained with authorization checks? The question is how can we check what authorization objects are used for our customized programs and transaction codes? The developer did not maintain the objects used for that program in SU24 table. Is there a program or a report to show us all the authorization object used for a customised program or transaction? Example : T-code MIGO we can check in SU24 table for all the authorization object used. How do we check for customized tcodes? Please advise. Thanks!

Note that some programs are built in such a way that no (visible) auth check is necessary, or even desired at all.
To determine the necessity of an auth check, you should check that starting it has an entry point (tcode, rfc, service) which is appropriately restricted. The rest (whether and where and how a further check is evaluated) is entirely dependent to what the program actually does.
Well designed applications generally have centralized functions and methods, and the checks are in there or a "base check" they use.
Others again use the same in UI programming to determine the visibility of functions, to make the application more intuitive for the user. This on it's own is however not a sufficient auth check to rely on.
Code review is an art form!

  • Report parameters - user authorization

    Hi all -
We are trying to limit the ways a particular user can run a report (with a standard selection screen 1000).  For example, the report has a parameter for company code on the selection screen - but the user should only be allowed to run the report for ONE particular company code.  We can obviously create a transaction code that starts with a particular variant in order that the appropriate data is populated.  However, we want to limit the user's access to other variants available to that report.  Is there a way we can disable the "Get variant" button for a report selection screen?
If anybody has another suggestion as to how we can run a report where the user only has authorization to run with particular parameters, I would really appreciate hearing about it!
    Thanks -
    Abby

Thanks, but unfortunately company code is just an example... there are other fields as well.
But I think I've found the solution...  limit the function code GET as shown below...
DATA itab TYPE TABLE OF sy-ucomm.
    PARAMETERS test(10) TYPE c.
    AT SELECTION-SCREEN OUTPUT.
    APPEND: 'GET' TO itab.
    CALL FUNCTION 'RS_SET_SELSCREEN_STATUS'
    EXPORTING
    p_status = sy-pfkey
    TABLES
    p_exclude = itab.
    Thanks for the help!

  • Reporting Agent Settings - Authorizations

    Hey All,
We have created a ton of settings in the Reporting Agent, but we could not determine which users would be defined under Authorizations.  We've determined that all the same users should fall under all Reporting Agent settings.
Does anyone know of a way to make that happen all at one time, without doing it one setting at a time????
    Please help,
    John

    Hi,
In the Reporting Agent, it is not possible to use more then 255 characters. Please have a look at note 724050.

  • Report on Total Authorization Duration

Need to know how to show total authorization duration, which includes several auth tasks that vary depending on information in the form.
In For some reason I am finding it really difficult to find the total duration for each service request. In query studio, I pull in req entry id, Auth Task Name, and Auth Task total duration.  Everything appears fine.  From here I should be able to group by req entry id, then delete task name, and format the duration to calculate.  My issue is that I need to filter by Service name.  I bring in Service name and everything goes to pot.  Req entry id's now show auth task names for auth tasks that they did not have.  Tasks that were skipped, which should show duration as 0, have appearingly random numbers.
Is this a bug, or is there something I can do differently?  I want to be able to measure the total auth time, so I can see overall how long it takes to get different types of services approved. We're running requestcenter 8.3.

    Hello Varsit,
There is not stardard report available for this information, but you can link EKPO, EKBE (PO history) table and MARD table to get this information. For Purchase requisition, you can use EBAN table.
    Hope this helps

  • Report Designer: No Authorization Save Report ???

    Hello,
I'd like to save a report.
After entering Technical Name and Description the System says: "You do not have the necessary authorization to perform this action."
Does anyone know which authorization I need to add?
    Thank you
    Daniel

    Hi
In PFCG check the roles assigned to you and check the authorization data.
There you need to modify your authorization permission to change  the report.
Contact the reponsible person who created the role, ask them to include the permission to Edit or save the report.

  • Transaction level report with data authorizations

    hi experts,
In my project, we have many MIS reports which is been widely used by thousands of users. The current reports are designed in such a way that any user can view other user's data if they are coming in same hierarchy.
This has to be changed as, user A should see only his city data only, visa versa for user B also.
Is it possible to read their user name and generate query only for his city?
Or we need to implement BI authorizations?
if so how should i do for existing users & queries?
kindly revert back to me ASAP.

    hi,
