Dear Robert
For PIR information
Pls try following
Use table Along with PBIM and PBED tables, include PBHI - Independant requiremnts history and check
First use PBHI to get Reqmts pointer, then entry Reqmts pointer to get other information via PBIM or PBED

Find Planned and Production Orders
Hi all ,
I have a requirement . If i give the Work center Name i should get already assigned Planned Orders or Open Production Order against that Work center .
Please let me know . If there is no standard FM then let me know can i retrieve those from any tables .
I appreciate for any suggestions .
Regards
RajHello Raj
Please note that your "objective" (Find planned and Production Orders) has little to do with object orientation.
Function module BAPI_ALM_ORDEROPER_GET_LIST is probably the one you are looking for. You need to feed TABLES parameter IT_RANGES with the appropriate values.
Please note that the selection parameters have special names that can be found in the structures defined in fm IBAPI_ALM_ORDEROPER_GETLIST:
* set some local constants:
constants:
lc_progname like rsvar-report value 'RIAFVC20',
lc_par_int type ddobjname value 'IBAPI_ORDER_LISTOPER_PARAMS',
lc_par_ext type ddobjname value 'BAPI_ALM_ORDER_LISTOPER_PARAMS',
lc_sel_int type ddobjname value 'IBAPI_ORDER_LISTOPER_SELOPS',
lc_sel_ext type ddobjname value 'BAPI_ALM_ORDER_LISTOPER_SELOPS'.
Example: If you want to select for a specific work center then I assume the selection parameter is:
(BAPI_ALM_ORDER_LISTOPER_SELOPS-) OPTIONS_FOR_WORK_CNTR
Thus, to select for a given work center add the following record to IT_RANGES:
FIELDNAME = 'OPTIONS_FOR_WORK_CNTR' " presumably without the DDIC structure name
SIGN = 'I'
OPTION = 'EQ'
LOW = <work center>
If the selection does not work then just do a little debugging.

Hi, my current plans and products include Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) and Creative Cloud single-app membership for Photoshop (one-year), I only use photoshop occasionally and for very basic things, are these two plans required for basic photoshop use or am I able to go with one or the other ?
PS is part of the photography plan, so your single app plan is redundant.

Hi,
what is meant by planned and production order?
I have to list planned order, production order and stocks that are cancelled or rejected?
How to do that?
ASAP
thanx,
sudhaHi,
A planned order is sent to a plant and is an MRP request for the procurement of a particular material at a determined time. It specifies when the inward material movement should be made and the quantity of material that is expected.
It can be changed or deleted at any time (exceptions: planned orders for direct production and for direct procurement).
Planned orders are converted into production orders for in-house production and into purchase requisitions for external procurement.
In contrast to planned orders, production orders and purchase requisitions are fixed receipt elements, which commit to the procurement.
By means of table,
Planned order is : PLAF-PLNUM ;
and Production Order is AFKO-AUFNR .
You can trace the relationship by using tcode : MD13 ( PlOrder) and MD4C (PrOrder).

Extractor for CRM service plan and product service letter
Hello:
Is there an extractor for CRM service plan (object type = BUS2000245) and CRM product service letter (object type = BUS2000210)?
The delivered extractor 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H only extracts regular service order (object type = BUS2000116). The contract extractor (0CRM_SALES_CONTR_I) only extract contract (object type = BUS2000112).
Any suggestion? Thanks!

Availability Check in planned Order & Production Order
Dear All,
How can I achieve the same Availability Check (missing Parts ) output in Planned Order & Production Order.
Currently in Availability check in Planned Order is bit different in the sense, I have the Component in Stock without any reservation. But in Planned Order it shows in Missing part.
But if I convert this Planned Order to Production Order, it is not visible in Missing parts which is correct.
I want to have the same missing part report for both Planned Order & Production Order.
Thanks

RaghuDear Brahmankar,
Thanks for replay.
Now i did, the said possibility, in OPJK is different from my Regular material master rule.
When i see, availability in MD12 it shows the material available, and same as in Production Order check as well.
But when, I use MDVP, for check. the same planned order shows the same component as missing.
am i on the right track?
Please suggest.
Thanks

Process orders and Production order in PP
Hi,
In our case Process orders are used in most of the case ,than production orders. Pls tell wheather Process orders are also pulled by the extractors(PP) and behave similar in all the Standard PP reports. and what is the diffrence between Process orders and Production order??
Regards
NairHi
In PP, you can see Production Planning and Production Planning -Process Industry
Production order is for manufacturing industry
Process order is for process industries where input raw material is processed to arrive at end product.Process order keeps shop floor person aware of processing status. If your client's business have many processes than manufacturing you might come across more processing orders

Difference Between planning plant & production plant ?
Hi PP members:
I would like to know difference between planning plant & production plant ? Why do we maintain planning plant
Thanks for your time & efforts
Thanks Again,
Suren RHi,
Suppose there are two plants A & B in an organisational structure.
Suppose you need a material in plant A but you cannot produce it in plant A because of unavailability of resources. And these resources are available in plant B.
So you can produce the material in plant B and the requirement is thru plant A (e.g thru MRP). Here plant A becomes planning plant & plant B becomes production plant.
To carry out the actual planning and production, follow the following steps-
1) In SPRO, in the special proc key parameter's setting for plant A, mention plant B as the alternative plant.
2) Prepare the material master of the required material in plant A, in MRP 2 view maintain spl proc key as 40 (proc from alt plant) or 80 (production in alternative plant)
3)Maintain the material master in the alternative plant too. In MRP 2 maintain proc type = E. Maintain routing.
4) Carry out MRP run in plant A. If there is any demand, a STPR (spl proc key 40) or planned order (spl proc key 80) will be created in plant A. The stock requirement list will show plant B as the production plant.
5) In case of 40, a planned order will be created in plant B. In case of 80, with proper settings, the planned order in plant A after converting becomes a production order in B.
6)Carry out the production. In case of 40 the material can be sent to plant A from B thru STPO. In 80 the stock in plant A is directly updated when you hit a GR against production order in plant B
7) KINDLY CLOSE THE THREAD.

How to create z-report ( actual , planned , variance -production qty)
Hi dear experts,
My client need a report where we can see production order qty, actual production qty, dependent matl planned qty and dependent matl actual consummed qty, and difference between actual and planned quantities in one single screen?
For this , sap have any std reports or else we have to create any z-report?
In case of z-report plz explain me how to create it.
please guide us.
Regards,
ImranHi,
you can check below standard PP reports transaction code:
COOIS - Production Order Info system
MCPM Production order anal.: Quantities
MCPD Production order analysis: Dates
MCPU Production Order Analysis: Lead Time
MCP0 Shop Floor Information System
MCP1 SFIS: Operation Analysis Selection
MCP3 SFIS: Material Analysis Selection
If you want to get Z development report, first you can go throgh your business requirement and what will client expect in your Z report, then you can check the production order header & component tables & its relevant fields.
You can prepare for functional specification for Z report development and will send it to ABAPer's.
Let me know any further clarifications.

Open planned orders and production orders
Hi friends,
I have one issue with my client.
Client has 1 lac materials in sap .Now he wants extract all materials open planned orders and open production orders with quantity and dates.
Please tell me the process how i can extract the data from sap for above requirement.
Thanks,
ManojHi Manoj,
For open planned order and production order select the respective box.
But one suggestion. Try to convince client that this report will take a lot of time as you have mentioned 1 lac materials are there.
You can exclude system status and get it with below screen as mentioned already.
But my suggestion is to run the report at night when the system load is very less. Please create a background job one for planned order and another for production order. Then run it in midnight as per the customer requirement in background. You can automate the process by sending automatic mail to customer. Please refer the below link to trigger mail.
Mail Trigger with TEXT file via JOB run
