Can anyone please let me know how to get a report for Vendor address. Please let me know the T-Code to get the report.
I am using se16n t-code and LFA 1 table name.

If there is a change in the vendor's address and i change the same in SAP. The changed address details also reflects in the existing documents which were created. But my requirement is documents which are created after the change of address should only be affected and not the documents which has been already processed.
Any suggestions please.

In most of the standard document the link is given ref. to vendor and when we execute the reports at that run time system get the details from the vendor master and it is displaying data on the screen so I dont think it is possibel in some cases u can get where the details are save along with address.

Report of full vendor addresses
Is there a standard report that pulls the full vendor address? I checked MKVZ and you can get some of the address but I can't find anything that contains the fields in the ADRC table (things like street 1, 2, 4 or 5 and so forth.)

As far as i know there is no direct report for such. Especially for the vendor
You will need to write your own report.
At this stage, either you use direct access to LFA1 (or function module LFA1_READ_SINGLE) and a proper reading of the corresponding address with function module like ADDR_GET_COMPLETE
alternatively, dependign on your release you may think about using WY_LFA1_ARRAY_READ. This is a retail function but it should make the trick !

I am using report 'S_ALR_87012103 - Vendors: Items -> List of Vendor Line Items' to list the vendor open items and in the output the vendor name with address is displayed, I want to supress name and address so that when I download to excel it will easier for me to change the columns.
ThanTry using FBL1N instead of this report, which does not show address.

Agewise Outstanding Report for Vendors report
Hi All,
In SAP, Agewise Outstanding Report for Vendors report coming with Vendor Master Details along with Address details in the report S_ALR_87012085 - Vendor Payment History with OI Sorted List which is not really required. Hence we need to remove all un necessary details. We need only a signle line report for each vendor like below.
Vendor Code Vendor Name Due - 30 days Due - 60 days Due 90 Days Due 120 days and more than above
The selection of period option is already available in std SAP. We have to change the output report only. This is rquired for Audit purpose.
Please help me in the above issue.

The following example I have given is for customers.
The only difference is in transaction codes. For customer you go to FDI1, for vendor you go to FKI1 (reports).
For Customer you go to FDI4, for vendor you go to FKI4 for forms.

Go to transaction code FDI4
Select Form Type RFFRRD20 Line item analysis
Give your form name and description
Structure (Two axis) - as defaulted
Click on Create
You will have lead column
Delete the rows 2, 3 and 4
Double click on column 1
Enter the customer numbers from 1 to 999999
First column double click (A)
Slelect following values
Due date analysis 1
Days for net due date 0 to 30
Give the short name, medium name and long text for the column.
Repeat this step in next columns like 31 to 60, 61 to 90, 91 to 120 and 121 to 99999 days etc in other columns and select due date analysis 1. (B,C,D,E)
Create one more column by way of formula. To create a new column you need to double click on blue line. Put formula add all five columns you have created above. (F = ABCDE)
You prepare one more column with
Due date analysis 2 (G)
Now you prepare one more column add (F+G) = This will be total open items = over due and not due.
Now go to FDI1 and prepare a report - assign the form created in FDI4 to the report.
Characteristics you need to select are
Account Type (Select Account Type as D for customers)
Currency
Customer
Document Type
Special G/L Ind
Company Code
Change the output types and options according to your requirement.
Refer FDI2 and FDI3 for other standard reports created.
Refer FDI5 and FDI6 for other standard forms created.
Save your report and execute.

The client session is your primary TopLink interface abstracting over the shared cache and connection pooling. Depending if you are using internal or external connection pooling and the transaction state you are in TopLink may have a JDBC connection allocated to your client session. A client session does equate to a single dedicated JDBC connection for its entire lifecycle.
Assuming you are using an external connection pool (Application server's data source) your client session will have a connection from this data source when required to perform a read and during the commit of its UnitOfWork.

Asset report with vendor number and vendor desc wise
Hi Gurus
The requirement is to generate asset reports with the below fields:
Asset class, Asset number & desc, vendor number & desc
Suppose say all asset balances should be reported by vendor name and desc.
I couldn't get the right results using an existing or a custom sort version. Do not want to go with a custom report or a SAP query.
Any pointers in this regard would be helpful.

Populate the asset field then go to settings tab and choose fields.

Hi ABAP Gurus,
I have to develop a report for VENDOR AGING. My requirement is i have to post an invoice. From Payment terms i have to get Dependent on posting date. Let us assume if payment term is 100 by adding posting date + payment term (100) i have to get due date. I'am giving I/P terms as Company code & Period. If i enter company code i have to get O/P as vendor name(lfa1-name1),vendor no(bsik-lifnr),bill no(bsik-xblnr),bill date(bsik-bldat) i.e., baseline date,amount(bsik-dmbtr) and duedate (this i have to pick from payment terms). For period i have to get O/P as 1st week bucket,2nd week bucket,3rd week bucket,4th week bucket and beyond. For this you have to take the difference b/n due date and that buckets based on this result you have to put that amount of rupees whether it is going to pay in 1st week r 2nd r 3rd r 4th or beyond this. If that due date is less than or equal to 1st week it has to come and fall in 1st week. THIS IS MY REQUIREMENT.
For this i'am using tables BSIK,LFA1.
Can any body send me the code on this. For this my delivery date is on monday.

I want one report for vendor for which, Opening Balance, Debit and Credit Totals and Closing balance will be showing.
Additional Fields will be Reconciliation Account, Posting date from 01.05.2007 to 29.02.2008.
Our financial period is from January to December and as per IT, it is April to March.
We run the following reports but it doesnt fulfill our criteria
F.44 - This report does not fulfill the reporting period which i enter
S_ALR_87012079 - Transaction Figures: Account Balance - this report does not fulfill the opening balance

There is one report called S_ALR_87012103 - List of Vendor Line Items, after executing this report it will give Vendors line item with vendors name & address with it.
But I dont want to show the address of the vendors address in the out put?
How can one remove this?

ALE: how do I use dependent distribution for customer and vendor addresses?

Hopefully someone can help me with an ALE question.
We have two ERP systems connected with ERP - Retail and AFS.
Customers and Vendors may be created in Retail, and are distributed to AFS using DEBMAS, CREMAS and ADRMAS messages.
Not all customers and vendors are required in AFS, so we have various filters set up in the Retail distribution model (BD64).
However with the filters in place, addresses were still being distributed for customers and vendors that had been filtered out.
To try and avoid this for vendors, we created a filter group for AddressOrg.SaveReplica in receiver determination. In the filter group we selected Dependent Distribution for CREMAS (Address owner object).
This works perfectly for vendors - vendor addresses are now only distributed if the vendor itself is distributed.
However I've now discovered it is preventing any customer addresses from being sent! I was surprised about this: I expected CREMAS dependency to only affect vendor addresses. Can someone tell me:
- is this how dependent distribution is designed to work? In which case can anyone offer any suffestions to achieve the filtering some other way?
- or are we doing something wrong to be getting this result?
