Client asked to me in interview, please give me answer
This is regarding US PAYROLL
1  Transaction PU19 Reports for tax reporting/Tax Returns / Files for State Unemployment Reporting on CD or Diskette :-
  We have issues on some reports regarding address, page numbers and totals. Alex worked on it and told that we need to contact SAP         for help as he thinks problem is with SAP Forms itself.  Currently typing manual returns pending changes to forms.
2 Deposits on 941 form:-
   Can we update the form to include tax deposits made on the 941 line for deposits?
3 State Tax Returns not configured in SAP:-
   Can we have state tax returns configured in the PDF format also?
4 Printing of W-2:-
Need to be able to print W-2s so we can fold/seal so address apprears on outside for mailing.  Duplex or 11/14 form?  Our folder/sealer uses pressure seal self sealing forms.
5 Documentation of Processes (Benefit and Garnishment):-
6 Configure benefit changes for 2009:-
7 Update benefit tables / rates for 2009:-

How do we handle so W-2 is correct and any 1099 items handled correctly

'RS record missing from Magnetic Media file.  Can this be included in the Federal Mag Media file?  Kathy has sent some changes that need to be made to Frank.
13 'State Mag Media Files and State annual returns:-
Have some states that we must file by diskette file.  Can we also have annual state tax returns configured in the PDF format?
14 Federal 940 Return:-
Make sure this form is configured correctly
15 Pension Plan Indicator box on W-2:-
Tested and is not showing on the W-2 or in the Mag Media file
16 Third Party Sick Pay indicator box  on W-2:-

What all has to be done before we can close the year and print W-2's.  Do we have to do any zeroing of wages, taxes and deductions before the first check of the new year can happen?

Need training on how this is handled
22 'Payments received in January that affect prior year W-2:-
'How do we handle.  We receive info in January that must be included on the prior year W-2.  Want to be able to include on original W-2 without filing a W-2C. (Third Party Sick Pay, Payments made in Mexico, Germany, etc) Usually don't receive.

The client session is your primary TopLink interface abstracting over the shared cache and connection pooling. Depending if you are using internal or external connection pooling and the transaction state you are in TopLink may have a JDBC connection allocated to your client session. A client session does equate to a single dedicated JDBC connection for its entire lifecycle.
Assuming you are using an external connection pool (Application server's data source) your client session will have a connection from this data source when required to perform a read and during the commit of its UnitOfWork.

    Hi All,
    I have one issue in BI part of Solman. For one of the scenario of Solution Manager uses its own BI component (BI_CONT 7.03 SP08 SAP_BW 700 SP15).
    There is one background job which has to update the data in one of the infocube 0SMD_PE2D. This job is getting failed for the past 2 months.
    When i check the logs of that background job, it shows the long text as below.
    Loaded data is not yet visible in Reporting (see long text)
    Message no. RSM1130
    Diagnosis
    There is an inconsistency between the load status of the data and the option of reporting on this data.
    There is data in the InfoProvider that is OK from a quality point of view, but is not yet displayed in reporting.
    The problem, for example, is to do with request 0000000494, number APO_R4CEHVODV7XS7MRL741GSMV9UB.
    Procedure
    Choose Refresh to remove the inconsistency.
    I went to RSA1 and selected that cube and choose "Execution changes - Manage". On the right hand side under request tab page it shows all the requests with request status as Green.  In Monitor there is No Data Available
    I found a similar thread [Loaded data is not yet visible in Reporting for Data Mart destination cub; unfortunately solution is not updated.

    In LISTCUBE i am getting the following error
    SQL Error 0
    Unknown error in SQL interface
    System error in program SAPLRS_EXCEPTION and form RS_EXCEPTION_TO_MESSAGE 
    Source system is Solution Manager only, production client and BI by default its running in 001 client. We dont have any APO system in our landscape.

    I have the next problem : in transaction RSA1, with infocube 0SD_C03 (Sales: Overview) click right/option/manage. appear the next message "Loaded data is not yet visible in Reporting (see long text)", when execute the rollup, show the next message : "Request 'REQU_48QRSOY3PVEJYDCO1B9II221D(    23393)' in DTA '0SD_C03' locked against Qualok using real-time Planning
    as I solve this problem ?

    What is the frequency of your real time load? was it loading when you query the cube? Have you checked the status of the load? Yellow, if Yellow and if the load is completed Change the technical status to Green and you should be able to see the data. Are you sure your query restriction (if any) satisfies the data?
    Probably if you look closely you would know the answer.

    Please help.
    Background: new mac user who bought powerbook g4 to keep in touch with family overseas on iChat. continually receiving 'did not respond' message whether initiator or receiver of video chat invitation (text chat is OK). I've read several threads on the subject and reconfiguration attempts to date have not yet solved the problem.

    Westell 6100 modem with DSL connection >>
    Linksys RT31P2 voip router >>
    Linksys WRT54GX4 wireless router
    --Ports open on both devices per thread and portforward.com suggestions: 5060, 5190, 5220, 5222, 5297, 5298, 5353, 5678, 16384-16403
    --mac firewall off
    --tc/ip airport connection using DHCP
    Other solutions attempted:
    re-order of routers, modem>>wireless router >> voip router = no success

    If you are using a VoIP service reorder the devices.
    Modem <-> Linksys WRT44GX4 <-> Computers and Linksys RT31P2 on different ports from the Links WRT
    Make sure the Westell is not doing DHCP.
    Get the Linksys WRT45GX4 to do any DHCP if anything does.
    Set the UPnP in the Linksys WRT45GX4 in the Adminsration tab.

    i have table snp_op_detail in payman shema, I have another table organisation_t in hrman schema. i want to select payman.segment3, hrman.descr, hrman.leader and SUM(payman.period_activity_a). I also want the total of payman.period_activity_a, not subtotal. where payman.segment3 = hrman.org_member_id. I used rollup as given below, it gave me 3 copies of the same row.
    Question: How can I get total without using rollup? my boss doesn't want the triplicate rows.

  • Hyperion Financial Reports Studio Client Question

    Hi,
    I have a colleague that is on 11.1.1.3.0.0238 Financial Reports Client. He can connect to the server just fine. However when I try, I get the ole 'You are not authorized to use this functionality. Contact your Admiinistrator'. However when I use my login/pw on his machine I connect just fine.
    So I need to make sure my client is same version. Is there a file I can copy from his install directory to mine that will make them the same? I can't get the patches as I have no Support Identifier. Usually it's just replacing a few files?

    11.1.1.3.0.0238 should be the unpatched version of Financial Reporting, if you log into workspacew and go to help > about > details you will see the version of financial reporting.
    The server and client usually have to be the same version for it to work so unless you have patched your client you are probably on the same version, if you have patched it then you should be able to tell from Opatch
    If you are not sure then it may be easier just to uninstall FR Studio and install the base version.
    You could also open up or extract HReports.jar which is in the <HYPERION_HOME>\products\biplus\lib folder, go into the META-INF folder, view MANIFEST.MF and look for Implementation-Version:
    There are lots of articles in Oracle Support around the error message you are getting, if you have no support identifier I am sure you will know somebody in your company that should have access.

    In Forms 5.0,I have created a entry screen which consists a
    radiogroup with 2 radio buttons. In new-form-instance trigger, I
    have written: execute_query ;: last_record;
    It shows me the last record but it shows my radio group with no
    button selected.: If I go back to the previous record, it shows
    me the record
    with : one of the radio button selected.
    My question is why it does not show radio button selected when my
    when-new-form-instance trigger fires ?
    Please note : Property palette of Radio Group & Radio buttons
    have been correctly assigned .

    I had created Compensation package Item In Table Define compensation package item T76MGE_CPI_N.
    I had maintain the Comp. package item in Mapping table to Wage types While i am generating Policy Tracking its showing that maintain Particular (CG-Base is my CPI) in Customizing table T76MGE_ACPI and T76MGE_BCPI for calculation purpose.
    my problem is,while i am maintaing the data in T76MGE_ACPI and T76MGE_BCPI,its not showing my Compensation Package Item.
    Is there any navigation path in IMG?If so,where?

  • Not yet solved, /usr/lib/systemd/systemd does not exit

    Hi,
    I was on 3.8.2 kernel, and did a full system backup with rsync to later upgrade, but after upgrading and rebooting, it just shows me
    Error: Root device mounted successfully, but /bin/systemd does not exist.
    Bailing out, you are on your own. Good Luck

    Then I just replaced my system with the backup I did earlier. But it shows the same
    I did search for info but no clue.
    Currently trying with an older backup.

    The initscript tests if init is executable, so "does not exist" could also mean "is not executable"
    Somehow your root has a problem with its execute permissions. Did you somehow remove them, /usr/lib/systemd/systemd should be 755 or "-rwxr-xr-x"?
    While I'm not sure why is this modified, maybe the backups I did doesn't hold the attributes, I'm storing them in an NTFS partition but it can store the attributes doesn't it?
    Well I changed the attributes as you mentioned, but then it makes me wonder if then pretty much the other root files are too with other attributes..which is really bad.
    Nevertheless I changed it and now it shows permission denied and a kernel panic, sigh.

    The problem here is kinda different, while at the beggining it was the problem you mention and solution, now the thing is that it says that "/usr/lib/systemd/systemd does not exit" and not /bin/systemd which it was in the beggining. thanks though.

  • Do I have to change to a Verizon Plan for a new smartphone?  Issue not yet solved....

    I am an old Alltel customer who is still using the same Alltel plan.  I am on a family plan and I believe we pay around $233 which includes 5 phones will unlimited texting/picture messaging, and of those 5, 2 are smartphones. 
    I am wanting to upgrade my own "basic" non-smartphone to a smartphone this year, but have been told that I will have to change to a Verizon plan.  I understand that I have to buy a $30.00/month plan for the smartphone, but I have to actually rechange my whole plan? 
    I have been told from the 1-800 number that nothing will change, besides adding the $30.00 fee, but I have been told at a local office that I will lose my unlimited texting, hence, going onto a Verizon contract and paying more money.
    Please tell me that VZW is not that money driven, and if they are, what is the best possible plan that can get me the same features for around the price I am paying, with a 3rd smartphone?
    I thought I'd post this because there haven't been any posts of this nature lately after VZW got sued for $25 million, thinking maybe VZW will allow Alltel customers to updgrade to a data phone.

    I would like to use a program called HydroBuddd, a nutrient solution formulation program. It has a linux build, but I am unable to install it. Is there anyone who would be kind enough to put it in the AUR?

    Yeah, if you read the PKGBUILD I posted, it uses Lazarus. I'm going through some bug reports right now, then I'll have time to get back to this.
    Edit: Figures, this program is very much written for Windows. Had to dump it to /opt to make things work right.
    Please test this and let me know how it goes. If everything's fine, we can upload it to the AUR.

  • Help in service tax report?

    Dear sap SAP gurus,
    I  am developing service tax report,
    My client is booking bills through FB60 and MIRO transactions
    i am having all detail data of vendors in BSEG table
    and tax details in BSET
    how can i get respective applied tax data of particular item in BSEG from BSET ?
    I used tax group as relation but the problem is some times it is maintained ( FB60 Bookings of Bill ) and some times it is not
    ( MIRO Bill Bookings ).
    is there any other technique to do ?

    Hi all,
    The Tax transfer amount of reversal document should be Zero in ST Report and in Final GL. But the service tax report is showing wrong figures.
    We reversed the tax transfer document to remove the wrong line from Serv. Tax Report as well as from Final GL.
    As per the business requirement if any invoice and payment is wrongly done, that should be reversed.
    Before reversal of this we need to reverse the tax transfer entry, then only we can reverse the payment as well as the Invoice.
    Apart from this, If any other procedure please let me know in order to avoid errors in the service tax report

  • Data loaded in Infocube is not visible in the Reporting

    In the info cube, the data is not visible for reporting, How can i make it available for reporting,
    When i select the Manage option from the context menu of the cube and select the Requests Tab, i get a pop up message that tells
    " There is an inconsistency between the load status of the data and the option of reporting on this data.

    How do i find out the inconsistancies?
    PS: All the requesta are delta upload
    There is no aggregates for this cube.

    Use the RSRV transaction and select All Elementary Tests  in the dropdown ->Transaction data  , select the Consistency of the Time Dimension for an InfoCube  and select your cube and Execute the button ..if any error are there it will display the inconsistency ..Repair the Inconsistency with Correct Button..
    Check the other test also ..

    In 4.6c we are able to get the tax reporter in sap script but in the upgrade ECC 6.0
    i am not getting the tax reporter.
