Report to show the followup sales documents and items

Sales had executed many sales quotations with customers over a period of time.
Now the Sales Staff wanted to know how many sales documents and what/how many sales items are being purchased by the customer with respect to the quotation.
Is there a report that list out the sales documents and items created w/respect to a particular quotation instead of looking at the document flow which is difficult to diagnose.

you can try table VBFA, where you can see sales documents and their subsequent documents.
for a general listing of quotations, use tcode VA25.

    Dear Experts,
    1] While Creating notification through Q1 Notification type I am entering sales order and Item No under Processing tab,And I will save the same.
    When I go QM02 transaction the entered sales order and Item No will not be available.
    2] While Creating notification through F1 Notification type I am entering sales order and Item No under subject tab And I will save the same.
    When I go QM02 transaction the entered sales order and Item No will not be available.here also the enter sales order and item is not available.
    Please suggest how to get the same.

    Dear All,
    Please find the below steps the way I have constructed the Notification.
    Go to Transaction QM01
    In the Initial screen enter Notificaiton Type as 'EC'
    Then Press Enter you will get in to screen.
    Under "Subject" Tab
    Enter Problem by selecting F4 drill down menu
    Enter Department selecting F4 drill down menu
    Then Go to Next Tab "Reference Objects"
    Here Enter Sales Order as '45000031'  and in the next field '10000' and Finally Save the transaction.
    and Note down the Notification Number.
    Then Go to next transaction QM02 [Notification Change]
    Enter the generated Notification No.
    And Go to  Tab "Reference Objects" , Here see the already enter 'Sale order- 45000031 and 'Item-10000' Which will not be appearing.
    Please suggest.

    you can use FBL1N,
    From there you can view following things:
    1. Vendor Invoice = Reference
    2. Document type = KR and RE for Invoices
    3. Po Number
    4. Amount
    you can enable there many fields as per your requirement.

    Not on my document. I have a 7 page document open. The "flashing vertical bar" is at the top of page 3. I have the thumbnail view showing. I click page break and two blank pages are added to the end of my document. I have to scrool thru the pages to see that the 2 pages were added as they do not appear in the layout view... I'm not sure if it is inserting a "section" as it adds two blank pages.. But I am clicking on "INSERT PAGE BREAK".. So guess there are still a lot of bugs to fix..

    My customer needs a report to show 2008 Customer Sales by State.  I don't see any SAP reports that will do this.  Is the state held in any of the document files that I could use to create a query??  Or does anyone have a query that reports this information?

    Try using following query:
    SELECT T0.CardCode, T0.CardName, T0.DocNum, T0.DocDate, T0.DocTotal, T1.State
    FROM OINV T0
    INNER JOIN CRD1 T1 ON T0.CardCode = T1.CardCode
    AND T0.ShipToCode = T1.Address
    Though A/R Invoice, does not store the state code separately, it does store the addresscode, which was used for shipping, which could be linked to the Addresses table. Though if the user changes the address manually, than there is no other way, but to do some programming and find the address name, though it will be pretty difficult, because users might not always be correct with their spellings.

    Go to SE16 / BKPF, give the accounting document number reference in "Document number" and execute, so that you will get the respective billing document number.  Make a note of it.
    Now go to again SE16 and give table VBFA and give all the billing document references in "Follow-on doc" and maintain "C" in "Prec.doc.categ." and execute.
    Alternatively, you can try with table joining BKPF and VBFA in SQVI.

    der is no such standard report to show WBS,settlement, asset no and asset cost/value as perv my knowlwdge. so do one thing select one standard report which is more similar to standard report to show WBS,settlement, asset no and asset cost/value but some of like asset no or asset cost or some other values not reflecting in that std report. den u take the Table name and field name of that particular fields which u wann reflect in the report. use the logic of STD TC of SAp which more similar to which u wanna preapre the New TC. tae help of Abaper. tell ur querry and content of ur report . he will definately do it

  • Report doesnt show the text for employee ids.....

    Hi guys,
    I am facing the following issue.
    We have a report which is fetching data from the infocube.Whenever we check the report we are facing the issue : report doesnt show the text for ~10 employee ids,its showing the key in both key and text columns, its showing both text and key for the remaining employee ids.We checked the master data for employee id and it contains master for the employee ids which are not displayed text in the report.
    Can any body help on this.

    Hi Prasad,
    for your infoobject do you have all three texts available (short, medium and long)? Are all three loaded? You might have the wrong text displayed in your report. Check if you have the short, medium or long texts displayed. Dont forget to check the languages too ....

  • Find Item number based on Sales document and material in GTS system

    Dear experts,
    I have a situation where in I created a Sales order in ECC system and transmitted the document to GTS for compliance check.
    Now, during my subsequent processing in ECC side, there is a situation where in I need to check if the document (at every item level) is blocked for any reason or is it good to go. But I do not have the item number in ECC side (at the point where I'm calling RFC to GTS to check). I only have sales order number and the material number.
    So, can some one point me table level information in GTS side on how I could find the item number based on Sales document and the material (In our scenario all our materials in a sales order will be distinct).
    Please provide me table information on where the sales document number, item number, material info are stored in GTS.

    There is no version of Excel for iPads.  iPads come with something that lets you view the contents of Excel files but it implements only the common easy features and there are (literally) hundreds of things you can do in Excel that it doesn't know how to show on the screen, including some functions.
    If you intend to work with spreadsheets on an iPad I suggest you buy Numbers for iPad
    http://www.apple.com/apps/iwork/numbers/
    which understands more (but still not 100%) of the things that Excel does.  It is so cheap that you can probably afford to buy a copy just to see whether it does what you want.
    If you are doing things with spreadsheets and intend to be primarily working on iPads then I suggest you actually use Numbers on a Mac as well, rather than using Excel at all.

    SAP has differenciated various sales scenarios into various salses documents.  basing on the scenario & circumstances you will be having a sales document to use.
    sales document header:which carries the properties of a sales document lie CMR MMR CMIR & Pricing  conditions etc...
    this will be applicable to entire sales document
    by sales document we mean the total data carried by a particular document - header; item & schedule line data.  each carries its own information to complete the sales document with out errors.
    VBBE-VBELN= VBAK-VBELN  stands for schedles in the sales order document & document header.

    Take a look at the Asset Intelligence reports in the software section. You may get a list of computers with a product installed, and you might have to use that list to find the primary users based on user device affinity.
