Repricing the Document in WEBSHOP

Hi Experts,
We have a landscape of 3 different systems i.e. Webshop, CRM and R/3. As business process Sales orders are placed in webshop interacting with CRM and then moved to R/3, and an issue is identified around pricing, we use IPC for pricing.
The issue is we have Condition type YGID which has a group condition flag and works correctly, but the issue comes when an sales order is created with two line items, YGID group get's  applied correctly, but if the second line item is deleted then the discount given on the first line item doesn't get reverted.
This is because the price is not getting recalculated on saving the order.
On analyzing this on 3 environments (i.e. Webshop, CRM and R/3 ) we can notice the following:
In Webshop : Price is not recalculated even if we save or confirm the order.
In CRM          : The price is not getting recalculated on saving the document, but on confirming the document the price is getting recalculated.
In R/3             : The price gets recalculated on saving the document.
Do we have any settings required in Webshop where the repricing can be done.

    No My client requirement is not like that,suppose one fine day if he wants to track the positon of GRN document or a bill at what stagei.e.,if in FI if they say they have not received any document to process or they hold the document for days and say just today GRN has been handed over to him ,The Materials guy has to generate a report and say this is the day the document is handed over to you.
    Is this can be done.or only out of SAP.

  • Is there a way to create a link within a document that will pull text from the document and open it up in a separate text box within the document?

    I am trying to link sections of an form within a PDF back to instructions within the same PDF document.  Instead of having this jump back to the page within the document I would like for it to pull up the identified text within a separate pop-up text box on the same page where the form lives.  Is this possible?

    Instead of linking back to the instructions page, may be you can use tool tips or comments so that the instructions can be seen besides the text.

  • My Pages document will no longer show up on my iPad. It shows up on iCloud and i tried to download the document on to my computer. It only gives me an error and tells me to try again. Is there some way I could recover my document?

    The other day I tried to open a document on my Pages app on my iPad. I soon notice I could no longer see it anywhere is my documents. I opened my laptop and went to iCloud.com to search for it there. On iCloud.com I am able to see the document but I can not do anything with it. I tried downloading it to my computer as a pdf. file but it just says error and to try again. I was able to copy the document but it does not allow me to download the copied document either. Is there some way I can recover the document or a pervious version of the document?

    How are you seeing your document on iCloud from your laptop? Web browser, or OS X Pages open dialog?
    If you have MS Word or .pages formatted files parked on iCloud, the web interface will not permit their download as PDF, and in fact, PDF is an inactive option in that download menu for these word processing files. There is no copy facility available, but duplicate functionality exists from the iWork category within the iCloud web presence.
    If you have Pages v4.2 or later installed on your (assumption: Mac) laptop, launch Pages and in the open file dialog, select iCloud on the dialog toolbar. Now, press and hold the option key as you drag and drop a copy of our document from iCloud to your desktop. The reverse works also.
    See if you can open that document on your laptop now.

    When I open emails with PDFs I click on the attachment (doing this all on my iPad) it gives me the option to "open in iBooks", I accept then after that the document is sucked into my iPad but I can't do anything with the PDF after that.  Where is the actual file on my iPad? Why can't I email or send these PDFs to my cloud (Dropbox)?
    It's like once they go into iBooks they're stuck forever.

    i have taken off the fields  f1, f2, from the document type. in billing sub tab.  so  The moment when am creating billing system automatically displaying F2 invoice doucment creation.  What are the sources for this.

    Hi,
    Hope you have maintained u2018Delivery relevant billing type F2u2019 and u2018Order relevant billing type F1u2019 in the billing tab of the Sales document type in VOV8.
    If you create delivery related billing, the system will pick F2. This is controlled in Item category (VOV7). Billing relevance in Business data of Item category decides whether this is delivery related or order related. u2018Au2019 for delivery related billing; u2018Bu2019 for order related billing and so on.
    Item category is determined by this combination: Sales document type + Item cat group + usage + higher level item cat.

After I do this, the "Convert To" box goes "gray" and I am unable to convert the document I have selected.  It was working great for the first week that I used it, but now it doesn't give me the converting option.  I am very frustrated as I have done nothing to change anything, and I was thinking this was so great...now I am just pulling out my hair and do not have the option of calling anyone since no phone numbers are listed. I am VERY busy and do not have time to sit and wait over a half an hour to "chat", which I tried to do yesterday.  All I want to do is very simply, convert pdfs to Word.  I have paid for this and am not getting any help. I am not very savvy when it comes to Adobe this program and Adobe that program...I feel I am being scammed as I do not get simple answers for something that appeared was going to be simple. You can't even call customer service to talk to someone live to help walk you through.

    Please let me know if you have tried converting any other PDF to word with Reader.
    Alos, please sign up at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/" using your Adobe ID credentials. Click on 'ExportPDF' tab and upload the PDF that you want to convert to Word.
    Let me know if this converts fine.

  • Using javascript to save a pdf to a different directory and generating a new filename based on form fields in the document.

    I have built the following script in an attempt to create a submit button that will automatically save the document in a different directory on my computer. It will also use the form field data "customer" and "date" to generate the filename. I printed out the variable myPath and it looks like it printed the correct string. I keep getting the following error:
    TypeError: redeclaration of const path

    "path" is a keyword within a PDF you should not use keywords as a name for any other object as a general rule.
    Have you checked the PDF Reference to see how to create a file path name within a PDF,  3.10.1 File Specification Strings page 118?
    Did you carefully read the Acrobat JavaScript Reference for the saveAs method?

    Note: This method can only be executed during a batch or console event. See Privileged versus non-privileged context for details. The event object contains a discussion of JavaScript events.
    (Adobe Reader S): This method is available in Adobe Reader for documents that have Save usage rights.

    Go to Settings>General>Usage. How much space does it show you have?
    If you connect your phone to your computer, what does iTunes say is on your phone? Do you see a large amount of "Other"? If so, you may have a corrupted database. You'll need to sync your phone then restore it as NEW (not from back up) then re-sync your data).

    Reverse the original transaction. 
    You can display the original document from the FI document via 'Environment' -> 'Original doc.'.

    Hi,
    SAP doesn't allow you to reverse a document in FI if it was created subsequently from another module (in your case HR).
    Why don't you use F-44 transaction code to manually clear the open vendor line item and offset it against the same clearing account?

  • Repaint a JEditorPane after inserting data in the Document

    Hi,
    I have a button that inserts some text in a Document using the method insert(int offset, ElementSpec[] data)After that insert, the View recalculates the heights of the text lines, but they don't get refreshed on the JEditorPane. I have to manually insert a new line to make the JEditorPane get updated with the new line height.
    I have tried using invalidate() and repaint() but nothing happens. Is there another way to refresh the contents of the JEditorPane?

    revalidate() didn't work. I still have to press "enter" in any part of the document in order to have the line height changed. The method that recalculates the height of the line is View.getPreferredSpan(int) but it isn't called until I insert a new line by pressing enter.
    I think now it's not a repainting issue, I move the window outside the screen and back again and it still doesn't update. The problem is that getPreferredSpan() is not called when it repaints.
    Thanks for your response. I will try to find out how to have the view's size recalculated when I insert content.

  • How to let the documents in WA accessible for viewer?

    I have created some documents and presentations at Web analysis studio of EPM 11.1.2 by the admin account, and I found all the documents are under the reports foler of the admin user.
    Now I want to assign the access of these documents to some other users, which are only viewers, How can I do it?
    I tried to configure the securities at workspace, but I don't know why but it doesn't work. I am very new to this product, if anyone could give me a detail steps to follow, it will be great.

    1 create new folder and move or copy documents to this folder @1
    2 assign (read-) permissions to a group or some users (do this in workspace) to this folder.
    3 provision the users or the group with the appropriate roles in shared services (foundation)
    @1 you don't want other users to have access (read permissions or more) to the reportfolder of the admin I suppose.
    Hope this helps a bit, otherwise some basic reading in the manuals is a good start....

  • I saved my document as only .doc but not as a pages file and now I cannot edit anything and half the document looks incredibly screwed up, how did this happen?

    I forgot to save the pages file, I do back up on time machine could a temporary file be in there somewhere? It was a 30+ page custom designed presentatiion that took me two weeks. i cannot believe I only saved it as PDF and .doc! My current theory is that I can only edit the document in pages as a pages file since that is what I had been doing. Please help if anyone has had this problem before or know how I can recover that screen I was working with a few days ago before I saved as a Word doc!!

    Despite what Apple and its employees say Pages is not a 100% replacement for Word.
    Pages files exported to .doc will have minor to major differences.
    You should always have a Pages version. Exporting is only so non Mac and non Pages users may read it, and even there you should use .pdf to keep its appearance as close as possible to the original.
    It sounds like you used a lot of Pages' features which turned out to not have Word equivalents.
