Request for daily load for data

I am facing a problem regarding HR i.e i am loading hr trascational data through process chain what is happenning is that in pocess chain the load starts from daily load hr master
data Attr/Text/herarchy which contain infooboject 0person,
ohrposition,0orgunit ,0person ,0employee out of which all of them is clear soon but 0employee take lot of time that result cause this particular node job is struced what i do manually goes to this particular node and click on repeat that clear the problem and also it move further but for the daily  this thing iis happening  repeated i am douing the ssame procedure
so kindly give the permanent sol so that  my pprob coul get solved

let me explain yr issue based on my understanding ;
u r doing manual repeat of a process in a process chain where the load got struck ,and this u r doing successfully every time whenever process chain executes..
If I am right then please analyze that load why it needs to be loaded manually
if it includes master ,text and hierarchy then please create separate process for all the three and each must be followed by Change Run except the Text data load...give 10 sec as a wait time b/w two consecutive processes
if still the problem persists then anyalyze the flow of data (vol of data) and divide the load for 2-3 selection conditions....e.g. if data is being loaded for 1 year duration then load in 3 parts,,,(each load for 4 months duration )
