Required functional module

Hi
I have a requirement to load the date with current month& year -3.
for example if my current date is 1st Jan 2010 then i shud get the data for 1st Oct 2009.
Any body knows how to get it.

U can write this sample code.
Data : l_date type SCAL-DATE.
l_date = sy-datum. ( the date on which you will trigger).
if l_date+4(2) gt 3.
l_date4(2) = l_date4(2) - '3'.
else.
l_date4(2) = l_date4(2) - '3'.
l_date(4) = l_date(4) - 1.
endif.

The easiest way to find the FM in MI09 is,
go to transaction MI09.
system--> status and goto the Program name.
Double click the program name and Search what are the FM are used.
Search using ' Call Function ' String , to find out the
Fms are used in MI09.

the trick, when looking for these bapis, is NOT to look with material master bapis, but under cross application->classification->objectclassification... (in tcode BAPI)
you will se the bapis you need.
one thing, when you look in transaction bapi, all bapis for classification are shown with a _KEY suffix. the ones you want are WITHOUT the _KEY suffix...
we use these all of the time.

BDC Session is the best approach available. In order to have a clean BDC, use the Fast Data entry screen available in the transaction, which will help you in opening up all the fields irrespective of the field status groups

Thanks for your prompt response.
The problem resolved. The solution is as follows.
Step1) CALL FUNCTION '/SAPAPO/MSDP_PB_READ_DVIEW'
            Input : Plng book and dataview
            output: cs_pbdvwhdr       = ls_header (in changing parameter)
Step2) CALL FUNCTION '/SAPAPO/SDP_TB_CREATE_COLS'
            Input: bucket Profile of past and future, which we will get from step1.
                      And from date as space in a variable of type datum (As the parameter is mandatory)
            Output: et_cols_ext (Importing table) which will give start and end date.

Copy Standard Function modules to Z Function modules

Hello,
I have a requirement like , I need have a typical requirement where i need to copy few function modules in the same function group , in this regard i copied 4 function module and calling performs with the program name , but i am unable to achive the requirement , Function module is getting Dump,
Can any one explain the standarded function modules and place it in Z function group. or is it possible to include standard function group in to Z function group ?
How to get reslove ? please guide ...

Hi Naganjaneyulu,
If you copy it will be similar to Standard. But you can modify those FMs as you like which will not be possible in standard. Also if you solely copy the FM, If that FM consists or depends on the screens or Includes which are present in the Function Group then there will be syntax errors and shortdumps. The Reason for your short dump might be this.
If you are still not happy with this approach, Kindly paste the standard FM that you are trying to clone and the short dump that you are encountering.

We require your help in below mentioned Open order extractions. Basically we want to know.

They also require the following field to be fetched in the table
Extraction for Open Purchase Order
Get all Purchase Order (EBELN) , Vendor (LIFNR) , Name (NAME1), Material (MATNR), Material Description (MAKTX), Material Group (MAKTL), Open Quantity (Order Qty (MENGE) - Received Qty(field)) > 0), Requested Date (BEDAT), Purchasing Group (EKGRP).

Maintain a table type in SE11 wich is of type your itab in the program to avoid type conflicts
you IMPORT EXPORT or SET PARA GET PARA
here you have to use the system table INDX(hk)
please go through the example provided in the KEY word documentaion

Function Module to get a work center's capacity requirements (load) within a given period

Hi all experts,
Currently I’m doing a capacity summary report similar to CM01, but with a summarized capacity availability and loading for a period.
Selection Parameters: Work center range from and to, Period from and to
List Format: Work Center, Avail Capacity, Loaded Capacity, Free Capacity, Load %
I have found a standard function module (FM) to get work center's available capacity for a period, but still facing the challenge to find a FM to get a work center’s capacity requirements (load) in a period.
I have read through all the related threads from the web, and tested the recommended FMs, but still cannot get a right result.
Please help to provide some leads for a FM or the logic.

The following function modules should be useful:
   - CY_PRIMARY_SELECTION            - Function module for selection of orders for the work center
   - CY_SECONDARY_SELECTION          - Check for additional criteria
   - CR_CAPACITY_AVAILABLE_PERIODS   - Reads the available capacity from work center
   - HR_PERSON_READ_TIME_INFO        - Reads the available capacity from person (modification)
   - CY_GET_PART_CAPACITY            - used only for the first period to read backlog
   - CY_LOAD_DISTRIBUTION            - Distribution key
Please observe that these are simple function modules, not BAPIs, That means, they were developed to be used on the SAP internal programs and they are not supported by SAP when used in custom programs.
