Reshedule Date in MD04

Hi Guru's,
We have an requirement to add an Open Purchase Order.
Now they needs to display Reshedule date from TCode: MD04 for each line item of Purchase Order in the output.
We have done but we are getting perfomance issues Because we are not able to pick it from MDTB as this table will not be updated, instead we are using
Function Module: MD_Stock_Requirements_list_API.
But it is killing the perfomance og the report.
Please advice.

Hi,
Yes,
That was a typo error sorry it should be MDTB
If you are not getting this for every material and you are running a full MRP every night then you should check that you have all of your materials on the MRP planning table.
Run MD20 for one of the materials with no MDTB entry and then run MRP. As long as that material has an MRP type other than ND vyou should get the table entry. If that works then you can use background transaction MDAB to ensure that all of your MRP'd materials are included in the MRP run and so get an MDTB table entry that you can use.

  • Resheduling date in MD04

    HI PP Experts...
I have 1 doubt in Stock/Requ list. This list shows the Rescheduling date in one of the column. What is that mean? can anyone explain in detail?
    Thanks in advance.....
    S.ganeshraja

    Hi,
Rescheduling check is to change the dates of already existing firmed receipts
which were not planned on the same day as the requirements day to suit the
    requirement.
For this we need to define a rescheduling horizon.
Rescheduling horizon defines the period for bringing the receipts that should be
    taken into account for rescheduling.
    There are two process
1.Reschedule in - Bringing the process forward Exception message 10
    1. Within the recheduling horizon the system checks whether after the
requirement a firmend receipts exists which can be used to cover this
    requirement.
    2. Then the system displays the message Bring the process forward and
    exception message 10
    3. The net requirement calculation uses the receipt and the system will create
new procurement proposal only if there is any shortage.
    4. For this we need to define a tolerance value for bringing the process in
    tcode OPPQ /OPPR
The system checks compares this value with the difference between order
finish date- Reqmts date.If this difference is more than the tolerance value
the system issues the message for the MRP element to bring the process
forward if the reqmts date lies before the firmed receipt element date.
    5. Same process for Postponing the process Exception message 15

    JJ,
Try using function module AUFBAUEN_MDPSX_ANZEIGEN for stock requirement slist.
To populate the import parameters for the function module you could use tables T450N, T399D, T001W, MARC

    Hi,
I am trying to populate MDTBX structure using DTNUM field of MDKP as follows.
"IMPORT mdtbx FROM DATABASE mdtc(ar) ID wa_mdkp-dtnum".
Now the DATOO field of MDTBX will be same as dates in MD04 for a material , plant and a Vendor.
But for some vendors DATOO of MDTBX has more dates when compared to dates in MD04 for the same Material and Plant.

Click on the Append strucutre button and add your required filed there... activate the append structure... go back and activate the structure also.
now go back to rsa6 and again go into your data source now you can see the appended field, but it will be hidded. Remove that hiddedn check box... Save.
Then write the code to pupulate data into that field.

  • PR date in MD04 to be displayed with past date. Even if req. is in past?

    Hi All,
I have scenario where the raw material "X" has Order reservations in past let us assume month as May'11.  The Procurement time is 10 days and GR time is 2 days and the Lot Size is EX. When we run the MRP in month of June the PR which will be created for Order reaservations will have the "Purchase Requisition" scheduled Forward with release date maintained as the current date and the delivery date as 10 Working days ahead of release date and Requirment date will add 2 more days. And This Requirment date will be displayed in MD04 in Date column. let us assume that we have excuted MRP on 17-June, then for all Past requirments the release date willl be 17-june and Delivery date will be 01-July and Requirment date will be 05-July based on setting said above (Rem: - Saturday and Sunday is holiday).
Client does not want to see the requirment date planned this way. He wants the date in MD04 for PR to be maintained in Past only.
is there any way to make this happen?
Edited by: ANIMESH KUMAR on Jun 17, 2011 7:45 AM

    Hi Vivek,
But won't this Setting effect the Production order planning. I mean to say that Only PR should be planned this way, But Planned order must not be affected at all.

  • How to get the rescheduling date in MD04?

I need to create a report for buyers to show them the shortage of material. It will help them to determine how to reschedule the delivery of purchase orders. So, I need show the rescheduling date in MD04 on this report as the suggestion from MRP.
So, would you please help to let me known how and where I can get the rescheduling date (MDEZ-UMDAT) displayed in stock/req list?
    Thanks a lot!

    Hi,
With the User Exits it may be possible, check the feasibility..
    =============================================
Programming of additional columns (Customer Exit)
You can use Customer Exit M61X0002 to program up to three columns for the individual line display and the period totals. These columnscan be filled with additional data, which you can call in the lists using pushbuttons.
Programming of customer-specific access to the lists (reports)
By using reports RMMD07EX and RMMD07DB, you can program your own access to the collective display of the stock/requirements list.

  • How PurRqs Planned dates in MD04 is calculated compared to PurRqs in APO

    Dear Experts,
Just want to ask how PurRqs Planned dates in MD04 is calculated compared to Availability /Reqmnts Date in RRP3 in APO.
    Below are the examples:
In APO RRP3 we have (PurRqs A) = Start date 6/21/2011, Avail / Reqmts Date 7/01/2011
    In R/3 MD04 we have the same (PurRqs A) -> Planned dates = 7/02/2011, Delivery date = 6/22/2011, Release date = 6/21/2011, GR pr time = 9
In APO RRP3 we have (PurRqs B) = Start date 7/22/2011, Avail / Reqmts Date 8/01/2011
    In R/3 MD04 we have the same (PurRqs B)= Planned dates = 8/03/2011, Delivery date = 7/23/2011, Release date = 7/22/2011, GR pr time = 9
    Thanks in advance,
    Marcus

    Marcus,

  • Displaying Material Characteristic data in MD04

    Hi there,
I have a requirement to display Material Characteristic information in the "Additional Data" tab for a given material in transaction MD04. (Screen 100 of Function Group M61K in se80)
What is the best approach to doing this? Can this be configured (without programming), or if not, is it possible to use a BADI such as
MD_ADD_COL_EZPS to achieve this? (from looking in forum, this appears to be an option)
Will I need to modify the screen? - hoping to achieve this without modification...
    Any responses are appreciated.
    Thanks,
    David.

Explore the methods ACTIVATE_ADD_COLUMNS and FILL_ADD_COLUMNS of this BADI.
Example: This code adds a button on tool bar of MD04 and when clicked populates delivery column
    Method - ACTIVATE_ADD_COLUMNS
      button1_ez = "DELIVERY".
      ez1_mode = '2'.
    Method - FILL_ADD_COLUMNS
    Populate the column
      DATA: lv_column1    TYPE mdez-usex1,
            lv_ebeln      TYPE ekbe-ebeln,
            lv_ebelp      TYPE ekbe-ebelp.
Get Delivery Doc# for corresponding PO/STO
      lv_ebeln = ie3mdpslx-delnr.
      lv_ebelp = ie3mdpslx-delps.
      SELECT SINGLE belnr
             FROM ekbe
             INTO lv_column1
             WHERE ebeln = ie3mdpslx-delnr
             AND   ebelp = ie3mdpslx-delps.
      IF sy-subrc EQ 0.
        MOVE lv_column1 TO emdezx_usex1.
      ENDIF.

  • View of rescheduling date in MD04

    Hallo,
I would like to know whether there is a way to change the SAP standard view in the MD04 for rescheduling dates. The requirement is to see the date of the arrival of goods ignoring the goods receipt processing time.
Currently I see in the column 'Rescheduling date' the calculated date for replenishment time + goods receipt processing time. Only if I click on exception message 015 I can see the actual arrival date.
I would like to change that the other way round.
Is there a way to do it?
Thanks in advance for your help.
    Katrin

There is no place to add the specfic fields in the evaluation list. The only options are user-exits.
    Solution 1:
Please use customer exit M61X0002 to program company-specific additional information in your own columns for the display of the MRP list and the stock/requirements list.
You can define that additional data fills each of up to three columns in the display of the individual lines and the period totals. The user uses pushbuttons to access this additional data in the lists.
    Solution 2:
Function module LM61XU11 MD_STOCK_REQUIREMENTS_LIST_API includes the basic functions for setting up the MRP list and the stock/requirements list. Use this function module to program lists, which are exactly tailored to the requirements of your company.

  • Requirement date in Md04 to be adjusted

    hello,friends.
                i have a component A* with lot size mb(monthly plan),plan on 01.12.2007 .
i used GR Processing time 5 days.To bring component in previous month i,e, on 26.11.207.
Now ,my problem is that due to mb lot size & GR time, the requirement/receipt date of the component is  01.12.2007 (minus GR time ).the basic finish date is 26.11.2007 .we have monthly planning & if we see in the COOIS report month wise it showing o.k.,(26.11.2007),but when we see in the MD04 the date in the requirement date is 01.12.2007 appearing that should be required 26.11.2007.How this date can be adjusted.
    regards,
    mangesh

    Hi,
I'm kind of looking for a similiar answer, I need MD04 (and subsequent customised reports) to display the 'Rescheduling at GR date' - to produce a simple extract for Procurement showing the 1-1 data rather than 1 (minus GR time) - 1.
The strange part is, this at GR date is available in Exception Message text ..... I wonder why it is not available as a seperate column....?
    Any help appreciated.

  • Receipt/Requirements date in MD04 / CO06 (ATP)

    Hi Gurus,
    we have the following problem.
We have a material which has a Goods Receipt Processing Time in Days of 1 day -> maintained on material master.
On MD04 the material shows an availibility date for example 20.04.2011 - Goods receipt is the 19.04.2011 - so far everything is right.
The material is ordered via a delivery schedule and in the schedule there is also a Goods Receipt Processing Time on position level. ATP in our case takes for calculation of the availibility date the GR Processing Time of the delivery schedule. The two GR Processing Times were maintained differently. In the delivery schedule there were maintained 5 days.
You can imagine that our planning department was confused when they saw that the material is available on MD04 on 20.04.2011 but ATP said that it is availaible on 27.04.2011.
So my question is, is it possible to tell ATP to take the material master GR processing time and not the one of the delivery schedule.
Many thanks in advance for your answers.

  • Exception & Rescheduling date in MD04

    Hi all,
Can anyone explain what is exception in MD04 screen.PR generated automatically for the unconfirmed schedule line quantities in the sales order. The exception 30 is automatically proposed by the system. How is it?
Please expalin the rescheduling date also
    Regards
    Mano

    Hi,
MRP Message30 = Plan process according to schedule.
This means that all the requirements as calculated during the MRP run are satisfactory and that the process can continue.
    What to do:
Proceed with the process; i.e. convert the planned order and purchase requisitions.
    Regards

  • To display the reschedule date from MD04

    Hi Gurus,
There is a current report which dispalys details of a scheduling agreement (order / due date, schd. qty,qty shipped & qty received). Now user wants to add the reschedule date field which is in MD04 to the report.
Is it possible to display the reschedule date to the report. If so, can you please guide me how to proceed further.Thanks.

    Hi,
Actually rescheduling date is displayed in MRP list, The system only displays rescheduling date in the  the current stock/requirements list if you trigger rescheduling with the appropriate function. As you all know MRP list is static report. Hence the reschedule date will store in the table as i have mentioned in the table MDEZ as i have mentioned in the earlier reply.T he program bname is SAPMM61R. Please join this table in your query to get  rescheduling date. Thanking you.

  • Requriemertns getting pooled on one date in MD04

    Hi Gurus,
Can anybody please help me in understanding this and also fix the problem. The requiremetns on one of the material in MD04 shows all the way from 2/16 to 5/31 but are added together and show up as one big lump sum requirement on 2/25/11 for example. Meaning to say anything that we need to build around April Mid, SAP is saying that we have to build it now only. Why is this happening. What are the factors that could be causing this and how to fix this. Please let us start the discussion and i can provide what MRP type is being used, planning time fence (i do not know what this means), lot size procedure, etc etc then we can look at the variables that affect this.
Also please expalin what relation does MD61 and MF50 have with MD04.
    Thanks
    Anusha

Can you elaborate the probem?  Give some figure to understand more.
What are the requirement you mention, Planned independent requirement (PIR), or dependent requirements?  What do you mean by requirement from 2/16 to 5/31 but requirement is shown as lump sum in 2/25?
If you mean for dependent requirement from planned order or production order that produce from 2/16 to 5/31, then consider using distribution key in component BOM.
MD61 is to create PIR.  You can enter monthly, weekly, or daily.  It will display in MD04 as Ind.Req (minus; therefore requirement).  MF50 will show the stock situation and capacity load . Normally it show the data almost the same with MD04.  You can enter the planned order in MF50.
    Hope it helps.
