Restrict delection of received notifications

Hi ,
Can we restrict the deletion of received notificactions in cFolders? If so can you guide me how to do that? In the standard scenario system will allow the users to delete the received and sent notifications. But there is a specific requirement from the client for restricting the deletion of received/sent notifications.

There is a filter (Correlation ID) on Workflow Notification Mailer advanced setup that you may be able to use, but I'm not sure it would be to the granularity that you need. Ie. you can setup multiple Workflow Notification Mailers and restrict them to process only certain IDs.

We are developing the app in windows phone Silverlight 8.1.
We need to show the last received notification time stamp even when the app is in background.
When the app in foreground, I can get the timestamp.
Since we cant write the background task for the Silverlight phone 8.1 app, I don't know how to get the time stamp of the last
notification(toast/livetile/badge) in the app for display.

Yes, continuous background execution is not supported but you can use background tasks.
(Continuous background execution in this context refers to the special run state permitted for GPS Navigation apps.)

How can I not receive a push notification when I'm in the actual app I want to receive notifications for?

I love push notifications on the iPhone. They work amazingly for the most part, except for one problem -
I'm tired of receiving notifications for an app (eg. Messages) WHEN I'M IN THE ACTUAL APP ITSELF.
For example, I will be in the messages app texting someone and I will still receive a sound and vibration letting me know someone sent me a text message even though I'm in the app and ALREADY KNOW THAT THEY ARE TEXTING ME.
Is there any way that I can fix this problem?

My boss is receiving notifications for every employee's calendar. How do I make it stop?

The company that I work for uses google calendar for scheduling appointments, meetings, ect. Each employee has their own calendar. Additionally there is a "master" calendar that is maintained by our office assisstant. The calendars are shared and everyone in the company can see each calendar. The issue that my boss has described to me is that he is receiving notifications for each of our calendars and the master calendar. For example... when we have our Monday morning meetings and all employees are scheduled to be there there is a meeting posted on all of our calendars as well as the master. An hour before... he receives eleven notifications of the Monday morning meeting. I have both my personal google cal and work google cal synced with my iPhone and I do not experience this problem. Neither do the two other gentlemen in the office that I have approached with this issue.
Here is what I know:
I have two google accounts added to my iPhone including my work account and do not receive multiple notifications of an event.
My boss has five accounts, not all of them google, in his iPhone. One of them appears to be set up as a google sync account.
I double checked his notification settings in google cal and he does not have notifications/reminders set for any calendar other than his own in the calendar settings.
He has shared notifications turned off on both his device and on his iCal.
I would appreciate any advice or guidance on this issue. Thanks in advance!!

There's a fault with the blocklist.xml file which was updated on Friday, it should be fixed on Monday and you should get the updated file on Monday or Tuesday.

I have no idea which component you're talking about. If want to discuss here about a non-Sun JSF component, then please mention about the name, version and build in detail. You can also consider posting this question at the website/forum/mailinglist of the component manfacturer rather than here. At least I can tell you that the Sun JSF h:dataTable has the 'rows' attribute for that. I can also suggest you to just take a look in the TLD documentation of the component in question. I used to be able to double click the home button to choose to receive notifications via iPhone speaker instead of the Bluetooth. With ios7, that's gone as well as any obvious way to do it. I don't wear my Bluetooth on my ear every minute of the day!!!!

If you are getting Siri when you double tap, then your home button must be sticking. Siri comes up when you hold the home button. Try tapping quickly twice. When that happens, the multi-tasking list comes up and you will see the app icon and then a thumbnail, or reduced size view of the app above it. Request and Response should be part of same agreement. I hope you are not confused between Acknowledgement and Response. Acknowledgement can be received in the same session (sync mode) but Response will always come in a different session and will be treated as a different document. If, for request, party A is initiator and B is responder then for response party B will be initiator and party A will be responder (as Requset and Response are two docs in case of Custom Document)

Troubleshooting notifications
Push notifications require an active Wi-Fi or cellular connection. If you are not receiving notifications for a specific app, try these steps:
Verify that the app supports notifications.
After installing an app or restoring a backup to a different iOS device, open the app at least once to begin receiving notifications.
If the app requires entering or logging in to an account, you will need to do this before receiving notifications.
Check Settings > Notifications to ensure that the app is configured for notifications.
If notifications do not appear only in the Notification Center, verify that the Notification Center setting for the app is enabled.
If you are still unable to receive notifications and you are using a Wi-Fi connection, verify that the network or firewall is not blocking access to port 5223.

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTune (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port. Do not release button until you see picture of iTune and plug (very important)
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTune has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTune.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note: Data will be lost

User's not receiving notification's

Dear All
some user' are not receiving notification's in their Home in page. user's has submitted many request but not receiving notifications. I have check their email address are also updated in the system. preferences has also set as 'do not send me email' still the issue come's.

Supplier users are not receiving notification

Hi - I am implementing iSupplier portal.
When I try to invite any supplier user, no notification is sent to given e-mail ID.
Please provide the pointers if I am missing on any set up part.

Was this working before? If yes, any changes have been done recently?
Is the issue specific to iSupplier or to all notifications?
Can you find any errors in the Workflow log file?

After the iOS 7.0.2 update words with friends is not working for me either. When I attempt to open the app it just closes itself after a few seconds of being open. This happens every time I attempt to open it.
