Restrict this transaction code only to create sets starting with 'ZMR'

Hello,
I need to create custom transaction code for 'GS01' and restrict this transaction code only to create sets starting with 'ZMR' No other sets should be allowed to be created.
If anyone have done before with the same scenario. Please give me clear documentation on this .

YOu cannot find the call to the badi's by searching the main program.
The badi is called a t run time.
To find a badi attached to a main program, goto se38,
GIve the program name.
Goto->Object Directory Entry. Find the package.
Go to se18 transaction, Press f4.
give the package name in the popup.
you can get the badis associated with the main program.

If you do not have that information you will not be able to use the Device.

Creation of Transaction code for Reports created in FGI1.

Hi all,
   We are in ECC 6.0 version. We have created one report for Profit Center Group Wise Receivables with transaction code FGI1. When we executed the report from FGI5 , it was showing the values correctly.
   We created the t.code for the report painter programe and tried to execute. The screen is different from that of T.Code: FGI4. When we executed , it was not showing any values. I created authorisation for the report and also for the transaction codes.
   Appreciate your suggestion at the earliest.

Temporary tables are getting created, name starting with BIN$.....

Hi,
I am using Oracle 10.2 and am experiencing an issue that doing some operations on existing tables, some temporary tables are getting created starting with BIN$.
For ex: BIN$HULdSlmnRZmbCXAl/pkA9w==$0
But I dont see these tables in the database after two or three days. I found that these temporary tables are a replica of existing tables and these contain only the table structure but not the data. I even not able to drop them from database.
Can anyone throw some pointers on this?

These tables are in the Oracle recycle bin. When you drop a table, Oracle just renames it to BIN$xxx so that you can undrop the table if you made a mistake.
- You can ignore tables in the recycle bin if you would like. Oracle will automatically purge them when it needs the space.
- You can prevent a table from going in to the recycle bin by adding the purge command to the drop, i.e.
DROP TABLE table_name PURGE- You can empty out the recycle bin using the command
SQL> purge dba_recyclebin(or just recyclebin if you only want to clear out the objects you own from the recyclebin).

Creating user starting with a numeric

Hi,
When I try to create a user like 1234a, identified by pwd, it is not allowing me to do that. Is there any kind of setting which prevent the user from creating a user like that.If I do a "1234a" it takes that and when I login I have to say "1234a".

U can't create a user starting with a numeric value. But as u mentioned
we can create it like "123". But I dont think while connecting we have to mention it as "123". Instead you can connect as 123.

Not allowing to create field starting with underscore and numbers

Why can I only see artists that start with the letter "A"?

On one iPhone, iTunes Match is fine (except that navigation through the iPod app is PAINFULLY slow!!!)
On the other iPhone, iTunes Match only shows artists whose names start with the letter A. I've gone through playlist mode and downloaded other stuff, but they don't show up, regardless of whether "Show All Music" is on or off.
Help!
Any speed tips would be appreciated, too!

With this code, the midi file: bachair.mid will only play with IE 5.2/mac, not Safari 2.0.1 / 10.4.2
Safari will play the midi file with a direct link: http://home.earthlink.net/~maugustine2/daydream/bachair.mid - so it's not a problem with safari midi functions, only this code.

Thanks for the hint, I found this code - both lines will play the file in Safari - but they also make IE play the file twice! (with an echo). Safari seems to need both to play anything - IE plays it with either one! Any further ideas much appreciated! btw - I am >not< using this to play music on a home page - only a specific goofy little subpage - shouldn't be bothersome for anyone!

Can we restrict the transaction code NEX from users

Hi all,
we have a requirement to restrict the NEX tcode from the users.
means that users are asking to not access the NEX tcode. Is it possible to do that ?

These are commands in SAP, so as per my knowledge it is not possible to restrict.

Reading through the documentation of the integration of SAP and Adobe interactive forms, I somehow have the impression this is possible, but I do not find a hint how do it.
I want to create PDF documents which should be 'finished' outside SAP. Is it possible to create a PDF document which contains not encrypted text (XML-stings), which can be parsed and replaced.
Any idea is very much appreciated,

One way i can tell u is, go to the specific objects transaction code and search for objects starting with Z or Y.
Give Z* or Y* and click on F4 function key. u get all the Custom Objects.
For Example:
Custom Tables
Goto SE16 or SE11. In the input field give Z* or Y* and click on F4.
Custom Structures
Goto SE11. In Data Type input field give Z* or Y* and click on F4.
Custom Report programs
Goto SE38. In the input field give Z* or Y* and click on F4.
Custom Function Modules
Goto SE37. In the input field give Z* or Y* and click on F4.
Custom Exits
Goto CMOD. In Project input field give Z* or Y* and click on F4.
Custom BADI
Goto SE18. In Enhancement Spot Input field give Z* or Y* and click on F4.
Custom Messages
Goto SE91. In Message Class input field give Z* or Y* and click on F4.

You can create transaction code from se80 as well.In object navigator,right click on your program name and create->transaction code.You can create transaction and select if it is only a report,a report with selection-screen depending on your requirement.You can run your report directly by entering the transaction code in the command field.
You can authorise the users who can use your transaction:
Authorisation objects are used to restrict certain transactions to users.Critical data must be protected from unauthorised users.For example,the head has access to certain data.But it cannot be accessed by his subordinate.For this we need to define roles.
Create an authorization object with transaction SU21.
An object usually consists of the ACTVT (activity) field and one other field,which specifies the data type to be protected.By ACTVT, we can decide if the data is accessible for change,display only etc.
Add authorization fields to the authorization object created.
Assign the authorization object to the transaction using SE93.
Attach the authorization object to the role using transaction PFCG.
If you want to assign roles,use transaction PFCG.Create a new role.In the AUTHORIZATIONS tab,you can get a self generated profile name and a profile text by clicking on the icon next to it.Then go to the "Change Authorization data" and choose an authorization template.Then you can choose to display/change/create an activity and after the selection,click on the red and white circle.The profile will now be created.
In the user tab,you can give the user details who can use this role.

Create transaction code for abap report

Hello,
don't know if this is the correct subforum (sorry in advance).
I have created a ABAP Report in SE38 having a SELECTION-SCREEN.
Now I would like to have a Transaction code to refer to the report. So that I can call the Transaction and then get the selection screen to use the abap report.
How can I do this the simplest way? I can't find anything in google, can you give me some hints?

after that give your program name
and select the gui check boxes as required for html ,java,
and save it
