Retain call info using dynamic label

Hi
Im using dynamic labels together with vxml app so depending on what e164 number the fromExtvxml variables is populated with the dynamic label diales to these extensions. Only problem with this as you all may know is that after label node in a dynamic label the script cannot continue. As i also need to have queuing if the dialed out phones do not answer. How could this be accomplished? Is there any way to use last label to be a dialednumber plan pattern or something else? I could for some smaller customers use a separate dnis / script for queuing but it will not fit all needs in the long run.

I solved it. It works perfectly fine to do queuing after a dynamic label. Dont know why others says it does not work

  • Info group being not called while using Dynamic Actions

    Hi,
    I am facing a scenario that, while we execute some action from PA40 like termination, then it will call my subroutine for dynamic actions which will be calculating the last day worked and updating the same in Info Type 0041.
    For updating the IT 0041, i am using the function module HR_MAINTAIN_MASTERDATA. and IT0041 is getting updated properly. But now the problem is coming that when the control comes out of subroutine, it is going back to the PA40 Screen and not to the next screen of the Info group.
    What can be the cause for the same.
    RND I have done on my part: I have commented/uncommented the return parametre RP50D-Date1, commented/uncomented the use of function modules to lock and Unlock the pernr.
    Please give ur comments.
    Thanks in Advance.

    Hi Nisha,
    Not sure if I have understood correctly, but if you just wanted to calculate leaving date and write the same date in IT0041 then you don't need a function module:
    1. Create a small program, as follows:
    REPORT  ZHR_PY_R0008                           .
    INCLUDE MPPDAT00.
    TYPE-POOLS HRQTA.
    TABLES: P0000,
            RP50D,
            T001P.
    ROUTINE CALLED BY TABLE T588Z
    FORM CHANGE_DATE.
      RP50D-DATE1 = P0000-BEGDA - 1 .
    ENDFORM.                    " CHANGE_DATE
    This program will give you the last working day written to RP50D-DATE1
    2. Simply enter the following lines into table T588Z:
    0000 04 499*- LEAVING ACTION - Populate Infotypes with leave date -*
    0000 04 500 P T001P-MOLGA='08'
    0000 04 501 P PSPAR-TCLAS='A'
    0000 04 502 P PSPAR-MASSN='*'/X   (* equals your leaving action types)
    0000 04 503 P PSPAR-MASSN='*'/X   (* equals your leaving action types)
    0000 04 504 F CHANGE_DATE(ZHR_PY_R0008)
    0000 04 505 ******** INF.0041  ********
    0000 04 506 I COP,0041,,,(P0000-BEGDA),(P0000-ENDDA)/D
    0000 04 507 W P0041-DAR07='*'   (* equals your date type)
    0000 04 508 W P0041-DAT07=RP50D-DATE1
    or if you are simply looking to delimit IT0041 with the leave date then replace lines 506-508 with:
    0000 04 506 I MOD,0041,,,(RP50D-DATE1),(RP50D-DATE1)/D
    0000 04 507W     P0041-ENDDA=RP50D-DATE1
    This will solve your problem : - )

  • Calling Classes Using Dynamic Names

    I've recently been learning ActionScript 3 after have gotten
    used to AS2, and I've run into a problem concerning getting
    particular MovieClips onto the stage. Calling MovieClips a by
    dynamic name was easy using identifiers, but since all MovieClips
    are now just classes, I'm unsure how to call them dynamically.
    For example:
    I have two MovieClips in my FLA file called
    "mt_1" and "mt_2". My randomly
    chooses either the number 1 or 2 (we'll call the variable
    "num") and then it should place the corresponding
    MovieClip on the stage. What I have now is clearly not working.
    Does anyone have the solution to this?

    Sorry to follow up on this Answered thread but it seemed
    appropriate.
    In the above scenario, how would one add something like this:
    var thumbRef:Class = getDefinitionByName("shape") as Class;
    for (var i:Number = 0; i<6; i++) {
    var square
    :* = new thumbRef(); // or this["square_"+i]:* = new thumbRef();
    master_holder.addChild(this["square_"+i])
    How do we beat the simple identifier restriction?

  • ICM dynamic label transfer

    For UCCE 8.X can anyone share info on how exactly a transfer happens using dynamic label.  We are transferring out to 800 no and somehow the calls sent out are not matching what is being received at the other end.

    The call is routed back to the routing client i.e. CVP or CUCM (wherever call arrived from) and follows dial-plan configured on the routing client i.e. CUCM Route pattern in matching partition or if CVP is involved either CUSP/CUPS/CVP dial-plan. If you are doing REFER transfer with CVP then the call gets routed back to the originating device i.e. ingress GW and a dial-peer is matched.

  • How to use "Set Enterprise Call Info" step in the script ?

    Hi all
    Can anyone please suggest how to use "Set Enterprise Call Info" step in the script.
    Does anyone has any example script with the same (a complete example script) ?

    Hi
    go to this guide

  • Embedded Fonts on Dynamic Label Component

    I am working on a project that calls for multiple label
    components to be dynamically rendered based on a selected comboBox
    selectedItem. The comboBox is a choice of fonts available to the
    user - all of which are embedded fonts. For some reason, the fonts
    are not embedding correctly for systems that do not have the font
    on the system.
    I have added the fonts to the library and selected "Export to
    ActionScript" as well as "Export in First Frame" (although I want
    to preload these later once this issue is resolved). In my steps to
    simplify and solve, I created a basic movie with a label on the
    stage with an instance name of "label0".
    In my Actions frame, I use the following code:
    label0.text = "This is a font test";
    label0.setStyle("fontFamily", "Vivaldi");
    label0.setStyle("fontSize", "40");
    label0.setStyle("embedFonts", "true");
    I have seen examples on the web where someone uses
    label0.embedFonts = true; but that doesn't seem to work either. I
    have also tried various fonts to verify the font will embed.
    Thinking I may not be embedding it correctly, I checked the
    bandwidth profiler and variables list and the size goes up after I
    try to embed the font as well as the label0 variables correctly
    show embedFonts = true as well as the fontFamily is set to Vivaldi
    (sample).
    Many people have used Dynamic Text Fields but I need to use a
    Label so I can use the autoSize feature as users are allowed to
    choose their own font size (between 10pt and 40pt). The label
    component seems to be the right option for me with the exception of
    the font selection. To be safe, I added a dynamic text field and
    embedded the fonts there as well and hid it off stage. When viewing
    it on another system, the dynamic text field worked (poorly) but it
    showed the font. The label did not show the correct font.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Yes, when I set label0.setStyle("fontSize", "40"); the size
    changes for both systems (the one that has the font installed as
    well as the one that doesn't). On the system that doesn't have the
    font, it appears as a Times New Roman font in large type.

  • Using Dynamic Visibility with Accordian Menu

    Hiya.  I am trying to use dynamic visibility with an accordian menu.  My menu categories are years, 2005 - 2010. My categories items are key performance indicators such as abandon percentage,  first call resolution, customer satisfaction percentage, call volume and average speed of answer.
    Of my 6 KPIs, 4 display as percentages and 2 display as whole numbers.  When the percentage graphs are displayed the axis labels needs to be percentages.   When the whole number graphs are displayed the axis label needs to show whole numbers.
    I thought to achieve this I should use dynamic visibility with two different line charts where one line chart shows percentages and the other line chart shows whole numbers.   However I am strugging trying to make that happen.
    Is my concept correct, or is there an easier way to accomplish this?  If my concept is correct,can someone give me some advice on how to make dynamic visibility display the correct chart depending on which KPI I select from my accordian menu?
    Thanks!

    Hi
    You can achieveby doing following steps..
    Insert your categories into D3 and label bind to E3.
    take two charts and bind to the destination data of Accordion menu
    then write a formula in F3 like this =IF(OR(E3="abandon percentage",E3="customer satisfaction percentage"),1,0)
    and bind your two charts to the F3 and set DV for % charts as 1 and # charts as 0.
    I hope this will helps you

  • Can we use Dynamic SQL in Oracle Reports ?

    Hi ,
    Can we use Dynamic SQL in Oracle Reports ?
    If yes please give some examples .
    Thanx
    srini

    I believe the built-in package SRW.Do_Sql is what you are looking for
    Example from the document:
    /* Suppose you want to create a "table of contents" by getting the
    ** first character of a columns value, and page number on which its
    ** field fires to print. Assume that you want to put the "table of
    contents"
    ** into a table named SHIP. You could write the following construct:
    DECLARE
    PAGE_NO NUMBER;
    PAGE_FOR INDEX NUMBER;
    SORT_CHAR CHAR(1);
    CMD_LINE CHAR(200);
    BEGIN
    SORT_CHAR := :SORT_NAME ;
    IF :CALLED = Y THEN
         SRW.GET_PAGE_NUM(PAGE_FOR_INDEX);
         SRW.USER_EXIT(RWECOP PAGE_FOR_INDEX
         P_START_PAGENO);
         SRW.MESSAGE(2,TO_CHAR(:P_START_PAGENO));
    END IF;
    SRW.GET_PAGE_NUM(PAGE_NO);
    CMD_LINE := INSERT INTO SHIP VALUES
                          (||SORT_CHAR||,||TO_CHAR(PAGE_NO)||);
    SRW.MESSAGE(2,CMD_LINE);
    SRW.DO_SQL(CMD_LINE);
    COMMIT;
    EXCEPTION
      WHEN DUP_VAL_ON_INDEX THEN
            NULL;
      WHEN SRW.DO_SQL_FAILURE THEN
            SRW.MESSAGE(1,FAILED TO INSERT ROW INTO SHIP TABLE);
      WHEN OTHERS THEN

  • How to make a default value by using dynamic actions

    Hi,
           I want to default a field nationality in infotype 0002 as a great britan, using dynamic actions but unable to go ahead. Any help regarding this really appreciate.
    Regards
    Niranjan

    Hi,
    I need some guidance around creating dynamic action with default value, Please guide me through.
    I am aware I can set default values for new infotype, but I need to set default value for same infotype, let me explain the scenario.
    Currently employee is on one pension scheme which is called NE1 and now we are moving this employee to CRESP Pension Scheme.
    When employee is in NE1, his IT0071 has got a opt in field with a flag on, when the same employee is moved from NE1 pension scheme to CRESP Pension scheme, his new IT0071 record should have the same opt in field with a flag on, I want it to set this flag automatically using dynamic action. I dont want to update this field manually, while moving from NE1 to CRESP.
    Currently the below dynamic  action is coded when employees are being moved form NE1 to CRESP, but now they will have a opt in flag which should appear automatically, What needs to be done to make this happen?
    Please let me know if I set default value for the Opt in field for the same infotype.
    . When employees are being moved from NE1 to CRESP pension scheme we currently use a dynamic action as show below:
    0071                      04      10      I        INS,0069
    0071                      04      20      W       P0069-BEGDA=P0071-BEGDA
    0071                      04      30      W       P0069-ENDDA=P0071-ENDDA
    0071                      06      1        F        DYNACT_PAE031(ZHRPROG016)
    Also if it is not possible via dynamic action could you please explain how to create it using user exit, I am not an ABAPer.
    Your help is very much appreciated.
    Kind Regards,

  • How to populate field catalogue fields in ALV using  dynamic internal table

    Hi All,
    Please let me know how to populate field catalogue fields in ALV using  dynamic internal table.
    I have created <dyn_table> using code below.
    CALL METHOD cl_alv_table_create=>create_dynamic_table
                     EXPORTING
                       it_fieldcatalog = g_t_ifc
                        it_fieldcatalog = g_t_fieldcat
                     IMPORTING
                        ep_table        = dy_table.
      ASSIGN dy_table->* TO <dyn_table>.
    Create dynamic work area and assign to FS
      CREATE DATA dy_line LIKE LINE OF <dyn_table>.
      ASSIGN dy_line->* TO <dyn_wa>.
    Now this  <dyn_table>  has fields like idoc no.,creation date ,
    segment field 1, segment field 2 etc..Now idoc no.,creation date  are static fields from table EDIDC. And segment field 1, segment field 2 etc are dynamic fields from table EDSAPPL.
    In my  ALV report I am getting the final layout properly but I am unable to move values to corresponding fields in the final layout shown.Please let me know how to populate these fields from different tables.
    I tried this way but its not working.
    SORT g_t_edid4 BY docnum.
      LOOP AT g_t_edidc INTO g_r_edidc.
        READ TABLE g_t_edid4 into g_r_edid4
                         WITH KEY docnum = g_r_edidc-docnum
                                        BINARY SEARCH.
        IF sy-subrc = 0.
          <dyn_wa> =  g_r_edid4-sdata.
         MOVE-CORRESPONDING g_r_edid4 to <dyn_wa>.
       CLEAR g_r_edid4.
        ENDIF.
    MOVE-CORRESPONDING g_r_edidc to <dyn_wa>.
    APPEND <dyn_wa> TO <dyn_table>.

    You have to assign each field to field symbol and then assign the value to that field symbol and asssign that field symbol to workarea field symbol.
    LOOP AT g_t_edidc INTO g_r_edidc.
    READ TABLE g_t_edid4 into g_r_edid4
    WITH KEY docnum = g_r_edidc-docnum
    BINARY SEARCH.
    IF sy-subrc = 0.
    ASSIGN COMPONENT 'SDATA' OF STRUCTURE <DYN_WA> TO <DYN_FLD>.
    <DYN_FLD> = g_r_edid4-sdata.
    " <dyn_wa> = g_r_edid4-sdata.
    " Assign each fields like this.

  • Using dynamic referencing in PDF Form with Checkboxes

    I have created a checklist that contains approx 60-70 steps. About 20 of them are to have a checkbox that fills an adjacent field with the date, and another with the user name. I have already got this functioning as a stand alone process.
    aaa = checkbox
    aaadate = field for date
    aaaname = field for name
    [code]
    function test() {
    var one = this.getField("aaa");
    var two = this.getField("aaadate");
    if (one.value == 'Yes') {
    if (two.value == "") {
         this.getField("aaadate").value = util.printd("dd-mmm-yy",new Date());
         this.getField("aaaname").value = identity.name;
    }} else if (one.value == 'Off') {
         this.getField("aaadate").value = "";
         this.getField("aaaname").value = "";
    [/code]
    I do not want to write a piece of code for each checkbox so I am trying to figure out how to use dynamic referencing so that when i check on a checkbox, the code takes the checked checkboxes' name (aaa) and is able to determine the two other fields name by appending/concatenating (name + "date"  = aaadate)
    I have tried various methods and done tremendous research; I'm not sure if I lack the knowledge to incorporate what I've found properly, if I just have been looking in the wrong places for the wrong things. It seems like this should be possible in a PDF form...
    Please help

    You need to inject the part of the field name that changes as a variable. So your code would be something like this:
    function test(base) {
        var one = this.getField(base);
        var two = this.getField(base+"date");
        if (one.value == 'Yes') {
            if (two.value == "") {
                this.getField(base+"date").value = util.printd("dd-mmm-yy",new Date());
                this.getField(base+"name").value = identity.name;
        } else if (one.value == 'Off') {
            this.getField(base+"date").value = "";
            this.getField(base+"name").value = "";
    And you would call it like so:
    test("aaa");
    test("bbb");
    etc.

  • Using dynamic variants in ABAP

    Hi,
    I have an issue. I want to use dynamic variants in my program. On the selection screen of my program, I have a parameter called Planning date which takes in the current week of the year as input value, i.e lets say today we are Monday 14th of May 2007, so the current week is 20. I want to make this parameter dynamic, i.e to change automatically so that next week the value is week 21.
    Also is setting dynamic variants version dependent? My version is 5.0 SR1 and I don't have the option of save my variant using the 'D' traffic signal.
    Please help me out.
    Thanks

    Hi,
    you can fill your parameter in the initialization event of your report. In order to get the week you can use the function DATE_GET_WEEK.

    PL/SQL procedure successfully completed.

    PL/SQL code runs on the server, inside an Oracle process - thus PL/SQL code cannot dynamically write and display messages to the client. That server process is not connected to any keyboard, mouse or display.
    DBMS_OUTPUT can be used. This is a PL/SQL buffer area in that server process that code can write lines of text too. When the server process informs the client that it has completed, the client can now request the contents of the DBMS_OUTPUT buffer and the client can display it on the client device.
    This is what set serveroutput on in SQL*Plus does - tell the sqlplus client to request the DBMS_OUTPUT buffer after each Oracle server call made and to display the contents locally.
    So to display the SQL command can be done using DBMS_OUTPUT. E.g.
    declare
      dropPart varchar2(32767);
    begin
      for c in (select...) loop
        dropPart := 'alter table my_tab drop partition '||c.partition_name';
        --// write the SQL command to DBMS_OUTPUT
        DBMS_OUTPUT.put_line( dropPart );
        --// execute the SQL using a begin..end block in order to catch error
        begin
          execute immediate dropPart;
          DBMS_OUTPUT.put_line( 'command completed successfully' );
        exception when OTHERS then
          DBMS_OUTPUT.put_line( 'command failed with: '||SQLERRM(SQLCODE) );
        end;
      end loop;
    end;So after this code block has been executed and partitions dropped, sqlplus will display the DBMS_OUTPUT generated by this code block.
