    Hi,
After looking at the errors we can make out that the there is an implementation in ECC side for sales orders which is also considering the complaints order.
The message displayed is a custom message ZSD_MSG.
So check this implementation in ECC and ensure that the order has the tax conditions with amount.
Or exclude the process type of complaints from that implementation in ECC.

  • Return request / Credit for Returns & Internal Credit memo

    Hi Gurus,
We managed a complete flow for return request with delivery.
The good issue is not done.
Even if the GI is not complete, I can create a Credit for Returns (RE).
But when I create the Internal Credit for Returns (IG), SAP displays error message "Goods issue has not been posted for the delivery".
Behavior is different according to the billing document type.
    Thanks.
    Stéphane

    Hello,
The process of billing in case of return is perfect example of Copying control setting.
Credit for Returns (RE)             -->  As you are able to bill the Return after creating the delivery and without doing PGI, it is a order related billing.
Internal Credit for Returns (IG)  --> Check whether for this document, it is order related billing or delivery relayed billing. If order related billing then there must be "Copying requirements" and this has been set in such a way that PGI has to be done first and then we can do the Billing.

    Hi,
My Snow Leopard computer is using my main Apple ID.
This is linked to iCloud and has given me the @me.com and @icloud.com email addresses as well.
Both iMessages and FaceTime recognise these as different IDs.
It seems I can't add people to Favourites (or not as I expect to add them - the one I tried has several possibles I an expected to list them as a person).
Nor can I use the Add Email button.
I am not sure where to go next with this.

  • Return request comment

I simply erroneously purchased a DUPLICATE  copy of your software on your web site, and requested a refund for the duplicate copy.
Adobe cannot make returns in a good faith and timely fashion.  I have sent 5 copies of letters of software destruction with requests for a return via two web portals and fax, and have not received a single email or phone call confirming receipt of the letters, and every time I call adobe customer support i am advised to call back in a week to see if the return has been processed.  It has been 3 weeks, and my credit card bill is due.
At this point I am forced to request that my bank cancel my payment to adobe due to your inadequate return process.
Here are full details of my experience with Adobe Customer support:
I requested a refund of software when I mistakenly purchased a duplicate copy of your software.
    1.  Requested refund at this URL:  https://store1.adobe.com/cfusion/store/html/index.cfm?store=OLS-US&event=displayOrderDetai l&orderNumber=AD002374087
    2.  I was never contacted via email or phone to confirm that the response had been received.
    3.  A response with a request for further information from me was posted on a web page different from the one that  where I had requested the return (see #1, above)
    4.  I called adobe customer support approximately 6/7 to inquire about the status of my return request.
    5.  I was instructed to complete and fax or email a letter of software distruction.  No mention of the customer support portal.
    6.  Faxed letter of letter of software destruction to 1800 955 1610 6/14/2008
    7.  Sending fax machine confirmed successful transmission of the fax.
    8.  Called adobe customer support, 800-833-6687 asking confirmation of letter received
    9.  told fax was delivered to a separate dept. from customer service and receipt could not be confirmed
    6.  I found a message waiting for me at a separate web page I didn't know existed, the customer support portal:  https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/support/index.cf
    7. 6/18. Sent a message with an attached copy of the the same LOSD to the customer support portal (see 6, above)
    8.  No confirmation of receipt of the letter was ever received, nor did the letter appear in the case notes
    9.  6/21 corresponded with Jun Jun via Adobe's chat portal at sales.liveperson.net .  Was advised that letter had not been received and again that receipt of the letter could not be confirmed
    11. 6/21: asked  how long it normally took to process return requests.  answer:  1 week.
    12.  6/21, sent fourth and fifth copies of letters.  within minutes jun jun confirmed receipt of letter, said that matter had been escalated to a supervisor and asked me again to wait a week for processing of return.

    Marthay,
Last year, I experienced something very similar:
    Here's the story for you:
Last year, as some of you may remember, I had occasion to ask Adobe for my money back within the allowed 30-day period for a copy of Photoshop Elements I had bought in a moment of temporary insanity.  After countless, polite phone calls, faxes and emails to Adobe Customer Service, I was still getting the runaround from Adobe for weeks and weeks.
Then I lost my patience and fired off the first of two very angry emails, in the first one of which I limited myself to telling them "you are an impenetrable den of thieves!"
That one generated yet another runaround-copout type of email response from Adobe, so I finally wrote something to this effect: "OK, you thugs, you keep your göd-d@mned money, you apparently need it more than I do, perhaps to pay those poor people you shamelessly exploit in Pune, Mumbai, Calcutta or New Dheli!"
Within 48 hours I had a call from a Customer Consultant for Adobe in Canada (I'm in California) who promptly arranged for me to get my refund.  Evidently the outsourcing of customer service to India is a very sore point PR point with some corporations, not just Adobe.
So, unfortunately, patience and politeness don't always work.  But straightforwardness did.
There are serious issues with Adobe Customer service these days.

  • How can I cancel my return request

How can I cancel my return request?

Call the Apple Store, if you are referring to a request for return for refund, or Apple Support, if you are referring to a request to send in a product for repair, and let them know you no longer wish to return your product.

  • Home hub 3 returns request

Hi, I cancelled my account with bt on 30th may (to be switched off on 27th june as we're moving), I got an email and a letter requesting Isend back my equipment and that a returns bag would be sent to me.
I emailed on 16th june as this had not arrived and was told another would be sent to arrive by 20th june.
Yesterday it still hadn't arrived so I rang to get the address to return it to as I just don't think it's going to turn up. They wouldn't give me the address but told me they'd send out another to arrive next day (today 25th june).
And yep you've guessed it, that hasn't turned up either.
I'm getting seriously cheesed off with this moving house is stressful enough without having to be constantly chasing people for a returns label or even just an address.
What else can I do we leave on Thursday?
Please help I'm at a total loss.

If it were me I would not bother doing anything else. You have done more than should be expected but if you do want to contact BT again try this link. It is to their complaints department. You can either phone or use the onbline chat.

  • BUG: Web service returns request XML as response when result too large

    Hi,
sorry for cross-posting, but the Web Services forum seems to be quite abandoned and this is an urgent issue for me.
I have a web service returning some records of a given type (created using JDeveloper 10.1.3.3). The running environment and the service implementation do not seem to make any difference, as the situation is the same whether running it in embedded OC4J or in AS 10.1.3.1, and whether it is generated from a PL/SQL procedure or a method of a plain Java class.
The problem is that if the result of this web service is too large (contains a lot of records), then the processing halts in some Oracle class in some web service library, so not in a debuggable generated web service source or in the service implementation itself.
I think that the XML processing halts because of a "java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space".
Then a more serious problem follows: the service doesn't return a fault message but the original request XML as a response. Obviously, this can lead to some really unexpected errors.
    To reproduce this error:
    1. Create a Java class with a method returning an array of an arbitrary type, of the size specified in an input parameter.
    2. Create a web service from this class.
    3. Call it multiple times increasing the size parameter in every call until you get back the request as response or any error message.
    For example:
    - if you test the web service using the web page generated to access the endpoint, then you can see the response XML - in case you don't get an Internal Server Error (Java heap space).
    - if you use a generated web service proxy for testing, then it will give an error saying "unexpected element name: expected={namespace}someOperationResponseElement
    actual={namespace}someOperationElement".
Any ideas how to locate / solve this problem?
    Regards,
    Patrik

    Patrik,
the usual recommendation is to try with 10.1.3.3 instead of 10.1.3.1 to exclude you are hunting down an already fixed issue. From what you describe, the error seems less JDeveloper related than OC4J or OracleAs.
So in case it reproduces in 10.1.3.3 I suggest to create a testcase and open a service request with support, or try the OC4J forum in case its known there.

  • Verizon Supervisor Dismissal of Concerns/Failure to Return Requested Calls

Frankly, I am outraged at the lack of concern and the failure of Verizon Wireless' Customer Care Supervisors failure to return my calls after REPEATED request through customer service representatives. I initially called Verizon Wireless because I was at the end of my contract with a mobile pac which I was not and had not been using for months. I was told by two different customer care representatives incorrect dates at which time I would be allowed to terminate the service without having to pay the early termination fee. My MAIN concern and my actual reason for calling Verizon Wireless is because I have been placed on Social Security Disability; I am unable to work, and I SIMPLY wanted to have a representative look at my account and tell me what I could do to reduce the amount I pay each month. The young man told me that the termination of the mobile pac would reduce my monthly bill by $50.00, bringing me from approximately a $300.00 monthly bill to a $250.00 monthly bill. Though this was still a pretty hefty sum for me to pay each month out of the $1700.00 I receive, in disability benefits, I decided this would at least provide me with some relief. The representative then told me I was eligible for upgrades on two of the phones of the four I have on my account. I discussed the Samsung Galaxy five which was being advertised for $199.00, but I decided I was not willing to upgrade at the pricing. Then, I was told I could get two Samsung Galaxy four phones for $99.00; I would also receive two $50.00 Visa Rebate Cards which I could use to apply to my bill in order to actually get the phones for free. Since the phones would actually cost me $0.00 dollars, I agreed to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy 4. Upon going with the Samsung Galaxy 4 and signing on to an additional two year contract, the representative told me he could save me even more money on my monthly bill if I would change from my current family plan to the new family plan which offered more features and greater data service, unlimited minutes, and unlimited text messaging. The young man told me this would reduce my monthly payments from approximately $250-$270 a month to somewhere in the high $100 to lower $200 dollar range. As any individual who suddenly finds himself or herself in a situation which creates financial hardship due to a reduction of one's monthly income from $3,300.00 per month to $1700.00 per month, I trusted the individual who sold me the service because I desperately needed lower costs in order to meet my monthly obligations. I was not given the specifics of proration of my account; I was simply led to believe changing to this new plan would be a much greater means of reducing my bill. When I receive my bill for the May to early June billing cycle, I was absolutely floored to discover the amount due to Verizon was over $600. I immediately called customer service and explained why I had called and how my understanding of what was sold to me would create a much more manageable monthly amount due. In addition, there were charges for the two new devices, and I had already received the Visa cards and applied the $100 to my account with the belief that doing so would place me at the much reduced bill. This time I spoke with a representative who was an incredibly kind and understanding representative. He was able to get permission to reduce the amount owed by $300, but somehow, I still owed a great deal more. At that time, the proration of my old plan and my new plan was revealed more fully to me, and I was beyond outraged. I did not speak harshly to this understanding young man because he told me it was not within his authorization to remove proration charges; however, he said he would speak to someone with more authority to see if the misrepresentation of the truth to me could be removed. When he returned to speak with me, he said I am sorry Mr. Sullivan, but my supervisor will not allow the removal of the proration. At that time, I asked to speak with someone with more authority, and I was told Verizon did not allow escalation to a higher level at the initiation of a customer issue; however, he could and would put in my request for a supervisor with greater authorization abilities to call me...as I specifically requested. I was told I could expect a call in the next 24 to 48 hours. Guess what?  NO CALL. After a few days, I, again, used MyVerizon to see if the reductions were applied. Again, NO. I gave Verizon several days to apply the reductions, but nothing was done. I told Verizon to stop my automatic payments until we could come to some resolution regarding this misrepresentation of the truth to a customer, me! Again, I placed a call to Verizon, spoke with representative #3, explained my situation again, and again requested a call from someone in a supervisory position to call me for further discussion regarding the misrepresentation of service which I was sold. IF my primary objective in calling Verizon INITIALLY was my very REAL need to lower my cost, what ****** fail to see I am now in a situation which I creating tremendous financial stress for me. I paid $200.00 at online to make an effort to show willingness to pay, and I continued to await the call from a supervisor. Over three weeks have passed, and I still have not had anyone from Verizon make any attempt to reach out to me. I have always made my payments on time in the past; I signed up for automatic withdrawal of funds from my bank in order to make sure I was never past due, and this is the way I am treated. I will continue to pay what I can pay due to my very limited funds, and I will continue to demand a call from someone who has the authority to adjust my bill to the amount I was promised and I expect. Today, I receive my statement for June 6th to my July due date. Guess what? My bill has NO adjustments, and Verizon is still billing me over $600.00 for the current billing cycle. My issues will be addressed one way or the other because there are other options I can take against Verizon. Social Media is a powerful tool which I can use on a daily basis to warn and to guide potential Verizon customers away from the incompetence, the misrepresentation of the truth, and the multiple failures of the companies upper management to take the time to call me. This is outrageous and this is unacceptable. PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ME! Do not promise customers a service for which I have also found to be yet another way to skirt the issues many customers' request. I am not threating anyone at Verizon; however, I am completely dedicated to following through with daily notifications to Facebook followers warning them of the manipulation of customers and the inept supervisory and upper-management's failure to follow their OWN promises to honor to its customers. I encourage any and ALL Verizon customers to flood social media with warning so corrupt polices and misrepresentations which are a DANGER to Verizon customers. We DO NOT HAVE TO REMAIN VOICELESS. As customers, we support Verizon's profits. I will not sit idly by and let this foolishness and these lies to go unaddressed. I expect to get precisely what I was promised...AND NOTHING LESS!

I understand how important it is to be on the correct tsull82751 and stay within your budget, I apologize for the problems you had while contacting us about the plan. We want to make sure we resolve your concern as this is unacceptable; if you were promised a call, you should receive it. Please follow me back and send me a Direct Message so I can review the details of this. Here are our plans http://vz.to/1qUByL2 , which is what we offer and can honor. I look forward to your message.

  • Modbus tcp read holding registers not returning requested quantity

Background:  I have a customer using an ELAU motion system - they are recording data to Holding Registers that they want to be able to read on a cRIO to match up with some analog data from FPGA (I have digital handshaking happening for that).
    LabVIEW 2010 SP1
    cRIO 9074
Using the NI MOdbus.llb VI Library to communicate with the other system.  I can open the TCP communication no problem, and actually get SOME registers, just not ALL of the register data I want to read.
What I want to do is read 330 individual holding registers U16 values.  I know how the data is being split to represent various lengths (i.e. most data items are using 2 registers to represent one 32 bit number).  I just want to read all the individual registers and parse the data in another VI to convert it to the other data types.
I provide the MB Ethernet Master Query (poly).vi with the starting address for the first register and then the quantity of 330.  The polymorphic instance selected the is "Read Holding Registers".  The array returned from this VI via "Holding Registers" is only 74 elements and not 330 requested.  I get no exception codes and no LV errors.  Is there some inherent limit on the number of Holding Registers that can be read?
I am not using the MBAP Header input (not sure if that is needed).
    Thank you.

    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

Simple solution once I dug into the MODBUS Serial protocol/TCP protocol documentation available out there via Google.
Serial based modbus history is the limitation that carried over to TCP - the maximum amount of bytes in one data pack can only be 256 bytes.  Thus I was limited to around ~125 registers at once.
256 bytes = 2048 bits.  Using 16 bit registers that gives 128 registers maximum.  I went with 125 to make keeping track of totals easier.

  • Feature Request/Complaint

Hey, Adobe is it really too much to ask that when LR gives an error message
because certain images one is trying to import are too large (up the limit
please) that you give a meaningful and useful error message. Maybe one that
actually includes the filenames of the images that are causing the error.
Saying that files are too large and then giving a number if parentheses
(which I assume are the number of files that this message applies to) is
just really shoddy programming on your part. Make the error messages
meaningful instead of keeping us guessing. Also, up the pixel size limit for
    gods sake.

Yes. Lets not confuse the 3 Pakistani that bought Lightroom with a list of
