Reversing trim function on my iphone?

I recorded a video on my iphone, and by mistake using the trim function deleted most of video, any way to reverse or recover the video I deleted using the trim function?

"You can trim the frames from the beginning and end of a video that you just recorded, or any other video in the Camera Roll album. You can replace the original video or save the trimmed version as a new video clip....
Important: If you choose Trim Original, the trimmed frames are permanently deleted from the original video. If you choose “Save as New Clip,” a new trimmed video clip issaved in the Camera Roll album and the original video is unaffected."

How do I use the TRIM function in my Query?

I have a field that has called AP.service_user_defined_1 that houses a Code the code is like Alpha Num ie "AA01" then it has about 30 to 40 whites spaces and then the description of what the code means. I need to have the description to show in my report I don't necessarily need the code but I do need the description I tried putting the TRIM Function in as below and it will not work what do I need to do to correct this?? I don't know how to use this within my query I put it in as you suggest and get an error: I'm new to these functions can you show me how within my query I should code it? The field Name is A1.service_user_defined_1 There are about 50 Different Codes in a Drop down list within the application that have a different Code and Different Description it appears that the Codes are all 4 character alpha numeric then about 25 to 45 spaces and then the description. Please show me in my code how to get this I wish there was a table I could link to that housed both code and description but who ever created this did not make life easy. Using TRIM function in select statement

Hi All,
I'm using the TRIM function in my select statement to eliminate the white spaces.
But while using in select the TRIM function is not working in SQL*PLUS client(The query returns the white spaces also)
Kindly provide some pointers regarding the issue.........
I want to get only the data without the spaces in select statement

Hi, Mohan,
SQL*Plus always pads columns to make them line up nicely.
If you have a column declared as VARCHAR2 (20), then SQL*Plus will normally display 20 characters for that column, even in the maximum actual length is, say, 5 (or even if the column always happens to be NULL).
If you want the output to include only the actual data, without the padding that SQL*Plus adds, then concatenate all the columns into one big string column.
People often do something like the following to generate a CSV file, with no exta spaces:

The "reverse position" function for midi in the transform window does not seem to be working.

So I'm trying to have all of the notes of my midi region play in reverse order. I found out after some research that the way to do this is via the "reverse position" function in the transform window. I opened the parameters for this and it gave me an option to select "inside" a set of measure positions, so I set it to between measure 99 (99 1 1 1) and measure 172 (172 1 1 1) and tried to "select and operate." Nothing. Tried to select manually and then hit "operate." Nothing. I then changed the condition from "inside" to "all" and manually select, then hit "operate," and this time it showed "340 events in one midi region found" at the bottom of the window but still did nothing. I haven't manually counted the notes in the region but that seems like a fair estimate that it's the right number of notes (midi events).
Any idea why this function seems to do absolutely nothing?

NO right operand in this case

How can I restore the Mail function on my iPhone 5c?

In the past week, the Mail function on my iPhone 5c has gone completely blank. I had the Mail settings set to get mail from two Gmail accounts. In the few months that I've had the phone, I never had a problem with the Mail function. However, one day last week, the screen just went blank and has been blank every time I open the app. This is the native Mail function/app. I have tried deleting both accounts and re-adding them. That did not work. I tried resetting the phone to factory settings and that did not work either. Does anyone have any ideas?

when i try to use trim function on a column it gives me following error for the below query

This might work:

(select first_name from table1@pa1);The problem is that pa1 is a non-Oracle database and does not have a trim function. It may have another function that does the same thing but it's not called TRIM.

Query with trim function running more than 15 hours..

I have one select query which is running more than 15 hours.I have many trim() functions in that.and i have index for some columns for the tables that i used in that query.but it is not considering those indexes..

If you specify them as varchar2's the trailing blanks will be trimmed.
Also ... to remove the leading blanks.
Optional Enclosure Delimiters
Leading whitespace is also removed from a field when optional enclosure delimiters are specified but not present.
Whenever optional enclosure delimiters are specified, SQL*Loader scans forward, looking for the first enclosure delimiter. If an enclosure delimiter is not found, SQL*Loader skips over whitespace, eliminating it from the field. The first nonwhitespace character signals the start of the field. This situation is shown in Field 2 in Figure 9-6. (In Field 1 the whitespace is included because SQL*Loader found enclosure delimiters for the field.)

TRIM removes all of the spaces, regardless of how many there are.
If you want to limit the number of spaces it removes, then you have to use other functions, either in addition to or instead of TRIM. (REGEXP_REPLACE comes to mind quickly.)
I'm not sure what you're saying about "adding space also". LPAD and RPAD are rather like opposites of LTRIM and RTRIM. (There is no bi-directional PAD function.) RTRIM can remove spaces from the end of a string, RPAD can add spaces to the end of a string.
I hope this answers your question.
If not, post a little sample data (CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements, showing some strimgs you want to change), and also post the results you want from that data.
Explain, using specific examples, how you get those results from that data.

Help- all functions on my iphone work except the phone

Suddenly last night I became unable to use the phone function on my iphone. Everything else works fine, but when i select phone it pulls up my contact list and i am unable to scroll or chose a phone option from the bottom (keypad, favorites, recents..). i have tried turning the iphone off and back on, i've checked to make sure it's not on airplane setting, and i haven't dropped it or anything. it just suddenly started doing this. i'm away from home, so i can't connect to itunes. any help?

My guess is they don't care. Most likely they're illiterate and don't know what a colon is for. They probably think it's a little-used character. Remember: these are the people who don't know the difference between "deprecate" and "depreciate".
I have the same colon problem as you do. But it's not the biggest problem I have encountered in Lion. If it was only that I'd be Mr. Delighted with Lion. There's worse than having a colon - uh - that won't cooperate. A lot worse, in Lion.

Hi,I have read at one website that when battery power is too low then to make call we can activate reverse battery function.By that battery power increases to 50%.In next charging this reverse battery also get charged.The no is given as *#3370#. In my phone N82 its not working.

If there isn't enough power in the battery to make a call then changing the audio codec to a lower quality isn't going to make a difference.
The whole thing was pure nonsense anyway. It didn't make any significant difference to power consumption because the main drain of power when making a call is the RF transmitter.
