RFCOMM part duh

Question

In a previous message, I was having trouble including the imort statement: imort javax.bluetooth.*. That has been fixed. I was able to include the correct jar file to get my program to compile. I am using WTK2.1, the BenHui jar files (midpapi10.jar), and Sun ONE for Java ME. I want to deploy on the Nokia 3650.
1) Do the BenHui jar files need to be transfered to the cell phone? Or do they simply allow me to compile on my PC since I cannot compile on the cell? Do they just allow me to simulate native methods of the phone?
2) My goal is to call this little device I made that consists of a microcontroller and a BT chip set. I wrote code on the PC with Java SE that openned a socket and made a call using ascii command
call BTADDRESS 1101 RFCOMM \n\r How do I do that from the cell phone? I am not sure how to get the UUID of the device I want to call from the cell phone.
When I try:

I get:
Uncaught exception java/lang/NoClassDefFoundError: javax/bluetooth/BluetoothStateException.
When I comment the try catch out, everything runs....

to 1) no. they are only needed for compiling your code.
to 2) for using the JSR classes (as you did in your code) these have to be implemented (in form of a bluetoothstack). If this works without the try-catch, I'm sure this statement is included in another try-catch or this method "throws Exception" because the getLocalDevice "throws BluetoothStateException" and this must be catched or thrown.
