HI,
From which table do I get the following
RFQ QTy -
Field (ANMNG)
RFQ date -
Field (ANFDT)
I am unable to get it fron EKPO/EKKO.
Please help ASAP.

Dear Prasanna,
Please fulfill your requirement with below table.
Transaction: SE11,
Please ensure the tables EKKo is for all Purchasing Docuemnts Includes PO, Contract, and RFQ's.
Hence segregate your RFQ list by Docuemnt Type absed on your usage, Std RFQ doc type: AN.
RFQ Date:
              Table: EKKO
              FIELD: BEDAT
RFQ Qty:
              Table: EKPO
              FIELD: KTMNG
Hope this helps.
Note: For your information the fields you've mentioned is the fields in the structure, you cannot find teh same in the table. Hence you need to search the fields in the corresponding tables.

EKKO-BSTYP = 'A'.

BAPI To create RFQ in table EKKO

Is there any BAPI to create RFQ which updates entry in EKKO/EKPO table.( SAP Release 4.7)
Please do not suggest BAPI_QUOTATION_CREATEFROMDATA2 , I think this updates table VBAK.

No BAPI Function module or Normal Function module.

Master table for RFQ(Request For Quotation). Field name is RFQ

I need to know the master table for RFQ(Request For Quotation) number . The field name is ANFNR . In the T.code ME42, i found that it is using the structure RM06E. But i need to know its corresponding master table

the table EKKO (EKPO Items table) and you can find the Quote number in EBELN field. Don't go by the structure / field name on the screen
Forgot to metnion that you need to use the right document category and the document type.

EKPA for bussines partners (if you use this functionality)
If you use RFQ's for service (use EKPO-PACKNO as reference)

Field/table connecting PR & RFQ

hai all!
i am trying to create a report for complete MM cycle..problem is tht v can create PO with reference to RFQ & also with reference to PR.. while i create PO with reference to RFQ, RFQ details is getting reflected in EKPO..but if i try to create PO with reference to PR, i am not getting the RFQ details...
how can i get it?so which is the field/table which connect PR & RFQ..
plz give me a solution

Hi
If you are creating the RFQ with reference to the PR & the PO is being created with reference to the PR.
Then you can get the relationship of PR & RFQ in table EKET
In Table EKET enter the requisition number in the field BANFN, then you will get the RFQ created with it.
You need to confirm the retreived value is an RFQ or not by cheking in Table EKKO
The Document number retreived should have the document category "A"

Table for RFQ

Hi,
Can any one tell me the Tables for RFQ. I want the table for RFQ and interested in RFQ no, RFQ Quantity, Long text,. The system shows me a structure RM06E for the same and the fields as ANFNR, RFQ date as ANFDT, Header long text as LTEX1. However I want to know the transparent tables for it.

TABLE for storing the condition type maintained in a RFQ

Dear All ,
I am maintaining some condition types ( both at header & item level ) while creating a RFQ .
I want to know in which table can I find the condition types which I maintained for that particular RFQ.
I have tried searching EKKO with the following parameter
Purchasing Document No = RFQ No.
Statu = 'A'
and tried to retrieve the valuein KNUMV field , so that i can pass the value of KNUMV to table KONV and retireve the condition .
But KNUMV for document type 'A' ( RFQ ) is coming as blank for all the records.
Requesting help on this .

Condition types are stored in KONP table. You can try linking tables EKKO / EKPO with KONP with required fields to get the data stored.

Do we have a table for the created RFQs? I can see the newly created RFQ in EKPO table but I need to link the newly created RFQ# to its corresponding PR#. Is this possible?

Table link of RFQ to Project name

Hi gurus!
I would like to ask help from you,.
To know what tables I can use to link RFQ (Request for Quotation) to Project name?
So far I have tables EKKO, EKET, and EBKN? I want to find out what project an RFQ belongs to.

Hi Mozart
The link will never be to PROJ - remember PROJ is not an account assignment (controlling) object. No cost can be posted to a project definition
The cost objects in PS are WBS and network activity (network header is rarely used)
So in the tables look for WBS or Network Activity
Once you get the object you can get the hierarchy and determine the project definition

How to Delete the Standard Database table KONV which is Related to ME47

Hi Experts,
i am having the Query that i want to delete some condition types in ME47 Transaction which is related to MM in my requirement. that i have checked that all data is storing in KONV Cluster table but deleting data for standard table we should not delete it directly.so i searched for BAPI and Functional Module i did not get it . can you prefer and BAPI OR Functional Module through that we can delete Record in the KONV Table for this Issuse.

WHY would you want to do that directly with a function? Why don't you just fix the pricing issue in the RFQ's in question?

This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
What can you do?
Please eliminate the error by performing a syntax check
(or an extended program check) on the program "SAPLV61A ".
You can also perform the syntax check from the ABAP/4 Editor.
If the problem persists, proceed as follows:
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.

Validity date in RFQ

Hi all,
Can anyone explain me what is the correct definition of the Validity start date and end date in the RFQ.
The reason I am asking this question is , If you eneter the start date and end date in the RFQ and create the PO with reference to RFQ, these dates gets copied on to the PO. if the document type of PO is NB then these fields are not visible on PO screen bu in the background the table EKPO is updated with these two filed. And the if you try to eneter the SES after these dates sysetm is not allowing and giving the message as SES date is beyond the valididty date.
Has any one come across any such issue. Can any one suggest any solution to this.

Hi Don,
RFQ means...requesting quotation from a vendor. Validity date start and validity end means the quotation should be send before the validity end date from the vendor. Before getting the quotation and before knowing the rate, how could you make purchase order to that vendor. Before you rise PO, you should maintain the quotation in ME47. As per standard SAP, you should rise po w.r.to quotation.
