RFQ Workflow is not retriggering after it is changed

HI ,
We have a custowm RFQ workflow which has two events,1.Releasestepcreated which is triggered for releasing the RFQ workflow and 2.Significantlychanged event which should trigger on change.But it is not happening.
The issue is whenever the RFQ is rejected,it goes to initiator/requestor after rejected from the approver and when initiator change it in tcode ME42 and save it,it neither trigger the RFQ workflow  nor it goes to the next level for apporval.
could you please help me immediately?
Regards
Pradeep

Hi Pradeep,
I think you are new to workflows.
I suggest you to follow the below steps:
go to t-code swels t-code and switch on the trace.
now run the process what ever you are following.
now go to t-code swel to display the event trace. You will find the corresponding events which are triggered. Now pass the same events in the workflow and activate the same to trigger the workflow.
Cheers,
Vijay.

  • JSpinner would not spin after step size change

    Hi,
    I am trying to figure out why my spinner does not work after I change the spinner properties.
    The first spinner works fine, but the second spinner will not spin. I think it has to do with the step size, 0.1.
    Does anyone know how to remedy this problem?
    I have attached a part of my code. This code is later added to a BorderLayout South.
    Thanks.
    static Component createNorth() {

    String Hex = Integer.toHexString(IntValue);
    Hex = Hex.toUpperCase();
    String Checksum ="00";

              N.add(FwdLevelSpin);
    N.add(FwdTrimLabel);
    N.add(FwdTrimSpin);
    return N; }

    Hi there
    I'm not 100% sure on my understanding of this with Captivate 5. I know the developers rebuilt it from the ground up with shiny new code, and I'm also aware that the text in the captions is rendered in a different way. But what I'm unsure of, is whether the Captions are still cached in the project.
    Assuming Captivate 5 continues with the way the older versions worked, once a Caption was actually used in a project, all five types were cached in the .CP file. This means if you have a caption set named BlueBanner that has a bright blue banner at the top and you have used any of the different types or styles of that caption, that you cannot swap out the images so that perhaps you now see a bright red banner at the top. I mean sure, you can swap the images out all day long. But until you create a new project and use the caption for the first time in a new project, the captions are stuck at blue.
    From what you have described, Captivate 5 seems to be continuing this behavior. Assuming it is, I would urge you to file a Bug Report to make the dev team aware that a change may be needed to the way these work. (link for that is in my sig)
    Cheers... Rick

  • CUP Issue in workflow - Approver not found after SP13

    Dear All,
    We are facing an issue after upgrade to SP13 in CUP. The request is not getting saved and throwing an error - Approver not Found.
    We uploaded the xml files also of SP13 after upgrade has completed.
    We have not changed the workflow after upgrade and verified all the attributes of Initiator, CAD and approver is already available in CAD - but still we are receiving the error "Approver Not Found"
    The same workflow is working succesfully in Production system which is under SP9.
    Is this an issue with SP13. If any body has encountered please let us know how to resolve.

  • Workflow does not stop after the first reject

    Hi!
    We just got a 30-day Microsoft 365 trial at work in which we also received a Share site! I've been playing around with it a lot, especially to help them build an approval process. I believe since this is just a trial, I do not get the globally reusable Approval
    Workflow. So I tried creating a new workflow attached to a list I created.
    In this process, when the list is submitted, it needs to be approved by 2 people sequentially - John Doe & then Billy Bob.
    When I create a new workflow, I click on actions and select "Start Approval Process". After doing that, it populates Step 1 with the following line - Start Approval process on Current Item with these users. I clicked on "these users" link and added the approvers
    in sequences - John Doe, then Billy Bob.
    I saved the workflow, checked for any errors and published the workflow. While testing with this workflow, I realized that when John Doe rejects the process, the task is still assigned to Billy Bob when it is actually suppose to stop.
    How can I stop this workflow right after John Doe rejects the process?
    Any help will be appreciated!

    Hi whocareswhoiam,
    Please post your question to Office 365 forums for quick reply. Below is the link.

  • AP workflow comments not saved after posting

    dear
    Ive posted it in controlling forum, but it had to be rather here.
    I
    when i check SAP AP workflow document overview id like to see comments entered by accountant as the reason for document parking. as soon as the document gets posted i see the approval and coding workflow path but comments are not saved any longer. do you know what might be a reason for that? why it happens? maybe it is related to specific settings for workflow?
    workflow log for the posted docs is neither showing this information.
    your advice much appreciated.
    thank you very much!
    regards
    els

    thank you for trying to help me.
    Well, it looks this way: invoice is parked as PO document via workflow and send for approval - for different reasons (price difference, no GR, any PO found etc). Accountant while parking enters comment - to inform approver about the issue.
    Sometimes the invoices bounces back already coded and ready for posting, sometimes is rejected - then we have 2nd comment as the reason for rejection. When finally invoice is ready for posting and is posted - these all comments (for parking, for posting) are disappearing. They are not saved in workflow overview history.
    The posting might be done manually via workflow, automatically, or via tcode to post parked doc. But in anyway - comments are not saved. I am sure its possible to review invoice workflow history (if appicable) and see the issues identified for that invoice (audit purposes for instance). But I dont know how to check what should be set up for the workflow to have all these comments saved in workflow overview history (not long text, not WF log).
    When i.e. you enter WF overview history you see name and action (park, reject etc) - when was clicking on that line it was seen below the screen the comment.
    Thank you very much for your help!
    regards

  • Workflow Parameters not working after upgrading to 10gR2 (Paris)

    Hi all,
    I just recently created a new OWB repository using 10gR2 and imported our project from 10.1.0.4. The import went well, but now as I try to deploy the OWF packages, the deployment fails with the error:
    RTC-5161: The deployment cannot proceed because of
    an error during the generation or pre-deployment phase.
    Please review any previous errors. If the problem
    persists then please contact Oracle Support with the
    stack trace and details on how to reproduce it
    and the error log shows:
    oracle.wh.service.sdk.runtime.QueryException: null
    - Internal Error Unknown System Parameter PARAM0 for executionAdapterId= 5
    executionOperatorId= 1080
    Now, the parameter PARAM0 is also strange in the Dev Center: I can not change it's type, direction nor name. It's greyed out in the interface.
    Also, if I create a new PF package, add a new parameter and deploy, things seem ok. But when I try to run the new PF, it does not give me the option of supplying any parameter and the OWB mapping in the PF is run with the default value of the parameter...
    A penny for your thoughts :)
    Borkur

    well well well.
    "My" bug, 5504848, is said to be fixed in patch 10.2.0.1.44, which will be out in November, according to DocID 340955.1
    where as "your" bug, 5338112, will be fixed in 10.2.0.2. But, your bug, which is older than mine, has my bug as a base bug.
    This prolly just means that they messed up a little with registering your bug's fix-version

  • Actual end date is not update after closing a change

    Hi,
    We are using SCSM 2012, now I want to make report on which changes have been closed in the last month. In som way all the changes that have been closed in SCSM do not have an actual end date, all the changes that I have imported from our old tool does. It
    looks like SCSM does not update this field by itself, but I can't find a field in the change managment module in which I can provide the actual end date.
    How does SCSM 2012 copes with this?
    Kind regards, Marco Jansen

    Hi Greg,
    We are actually testing this now, as MS is not planning to solve this issue on a short term. The use of the last modified date is casuing u a lot of trouble now as we have had an change on our change form casuingthe last modified for all change to be set
    to the date of the change. That was the end of my closing data.
    We are now getting the WA in place from Netviaconsulting, but that is not a complete solution. Not all change reach a state of complete before they are closed. Sometime you will close a change that is cancelled ,rejected or failed. this means that when
    triggering on an update of the record every update will set the actual enddate. Besides when setting the actual enddate on the status closed, the date is update every time the worflow runs.
    We just want the actual enddate to be filled  when a change comes to the status closed from any other status, but this sets the actual enddate on every status change of the change. in some strange way ewe cannot figure this out.
    If anybody has the correct configuration for this workflow it would be very useful. Most prefereably MicroSoft in this case.

  • How to not retriggered output type when changes are made in Purchase Order

    Hi All,
    Could you let me know how can I resolve this one?
    We have a custom output type. Now this output type should NOT be automatically retriggered if a change is made to the document/purchase order. Currently the system automatically repeating the output type for every change made to the document/purchase order. But there is still an option for the user to be able to manually repeat the output.
    TIA

    Hi,
    1.In order to restrict the output type to trigger you need to write the requirement routine in transaction
       VOFM> requirements>output control.
    2. create the requirement routine in application EF and write the required logic and pass the sy-subrc EQ 4 if you not require to trigger the output type and pass sy-subrc equal 0 to trigger the output type.
    3. assign this requirement routine to custom output type.

  • Dbconsole does not work after windows domain change

    I have change windows domain of a oracle 10g server when it was already installed. After that, I can not install dbconsole in a new instance. The service starts but the login screen does not appear.
    Does anyone have any idea ?

    Have you tried to start directly with the emctl command directly on the command line?
    What's the error message displayed.
    When you change your domain the asociated configuration file is not matched, and emctl is unable to find it.
    You should try to locate a directory named like this: FullyQualifiedHostName_InstanceName
    Once you have changed the domain, oracle is unable to find a configuration with the domain previously stated. You'll have to reconfigure and may be recreate your repository.
    Commands follow:
    set oracle_sid=YourInstanceName
    emctl stop dbconsole
    emca -repos recreate
    emca -deconfig dbcontrol db
    emca -config dbcontrol db

  • Em does not start after servername has changed

    Is there a possibility to get the datanbase running in an ordinary way after the servername has changed after the installation of the database?
    System:
    Windows Server 2003R2
    Oracle 10g R2
    I have changed tnsnames.ora and listener.ora, so the client connection runs well.
    But enterprise manager does not start:
    If I want to start "Database control" there is the old servername in the http-Link:
    http://oldservername:1158/em
    If I replace the old name with "localhost" or the new name I get also an errormessage that the site cant be found.
    In services the OracleDBConsole cant be started.
    with ">emctl start dbconsole" I get the error message ORACLE_SID is not defined.
    Defining it does not change the behaviour.
    Do I have to reinstall the database?
    Thanks

    Subject: How To Drop, Create And Recreate DB Control In A 10g Database
    Doc ID: Note:278100.1 Type: BULLETIN
    Last Revision Date: 05-JUN-2007 Status: PUBLISHED
    In this Document
    Purpose
    Scope and Application
    How To Drop, Create And Recreate DB Control In A 10g Database
    DB Control options:
    A. Delete DB Control Objects:
    B. Create DB Control Objects
    C. Recreate/ReConfig DB Control
    Applies to:
    Enterprise Manager Grid Control - Version: 10.1 to 10.2
    Information in this document applies to any platform.
    DBConsole
    Purpose
    This article provides detailed instructions on how to 1) create, 2) drop and 3)recreate the repository and configuration files for the DB Control application used to manage a single 10g Database.
    Scope and Application
    The steps in this article are written for a DBA or System Administrator who needs to create, drop or reconfigure the DB Control Application.
    The format of the document will include steps for both 10.1 and 10.2 EMCA because the commands changed between the two releases.
    How To Drop, Create And Recreate DB Control In A 10g Database
    DB Control options:
    A. Delete DB Control Objects:
    Option 1. Delete DB Control Configuration Files using EMCA scripts
    Option 2. Delete DB Control Configuration Files Manually:
    Option 3. Delete DB Control Repository Objects using RepManager
    Option 4. Delete DB Control Repository Objects Manually
    Option 5. Delete DB Control Configuration Files and Repository Objects using EMCA
    Option 1. Delete DB Control Configuration Files using EMCA scripts:
    For DB Control 10.1.x, run the command: <ORACLE_HOME>/bin/emca -x <sid>For DB Control 10.2.x, run the command: <ORACLE_HOME>bin/emca -deconfig dbcontrol db
    Option 2. Delete DB Control Configuration Files Manually:
    Remove the following directories from your filesystem:
    <ORACLE_HOME>/<hostname_sid>
    <ORACLE_HOME>/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_<hostname>_<sid>
    NOTE:
    On Windows you also need to delete the DB Console service:
    - run regedit
    - navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services
    - locate the OracleDBConsole<sid> entry and delete it
    Alternatively on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 you can run the following from the command line:
    'sc delete <service_name>'
    - where <service_name> is the DB Control service name (typically: OracleDBConsole<sid>)
    Also available from Microsoft is the delsrv.exe command. (Free download from Microsoft)
    Option 3. Delete DB Control Repository using RepManager:
    This option is not as complete as the other options. You may find that dropping the repository using the commandline options is a better solution. Also note, RepManager is not used to create a DB Control Repository.
    In both 10g R1 and R2 run: <ORACLE_HOME>/sysman/admin/emdrep/bin/RepManager <hostname> <listener_port> <sid> -action drop
    Option 4. Delete DB Control Repository Objects Manually
    Logon SQLPLUS as user SYS or SYSTEM, and drop the sysman account and management objects:SQL> SHUTDOWN
    IMMEDIATE;SQL> STARTUP RESTRICT;SQL> EXEC sysman.emd_maintenance.remove_em_dbms_jobs;SQL> EXEC sysman.setEMUserContext('',5);SQL>
    REVOKE dba FROM sysman;SQL> DECLARECURSOR c1 ISSELECT owner, synonym_name nameFROM dba_synonymsWHERE table_owner
    = 'SYSMAN';BEGINFOR r1 IN c1 LOOPIF r1.owner = 'PUBLIC' THENEXECUTE IMMEDIATE 'DROP PUBLIC SYNONYM '||r1.name;ELSEEXECUTE
    IMMEDIATE 'DROP SYNONYM '||r1.owner||'.'||r1.name;END IF;END LOOP;END;/SQL> DROP USER mgmt_view CASCADE;SQL> DROP ROLE mgmt_user;SQL> DROP USER sysman CASCADE;SQL> ALTER SYSTEM DISABLE RESTRICTED SESSION;
    Note: The above will completely delete the DB Control repository from the database; under certain circumstances (e.g. you want to recreate the repository later on) the following statements may be sufficient to remove the repository:
    Logon SQLPLUS as user SYS or SYSTEM, and drop the sysman account and management objects:SQL> drop user
    sysman cascade;SQL> drop role MGMT_USER;SQL> drop user MGMT_VIEW cascade;SQL> drop public synonym MGMT_TARGET_BLACKOUTS;SQL> drop public synonym SETEMVIEWUSERCONTEXT;
    Option 5. Delete DB Control Configuration Files and Repository Objects using EMCA
    For DB Control 10.1.x, dropping both the configuration files and the repository objects is a two step process. Run the following two commands:
    <ORACLE_HOME>/bin/emca -x <sid><ORACLE_HOME>/sysman/admin/emdrep/bin/RepManager <hostname> <listener_port> <sid> -action drop
    For DB Control 10.2.x, both configuration files and repository objects can be deleted with a single command. Run the command:
    <ORACLE_HOME>/bin/emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
    B. Create DB Control Objects
    Option 1. Create the DB Control Configuration Files
    Option 2. Create the DB Control Repository Objects and Configuration Files
    Option 1. Create the DB Control Configuration Files
    To create only the DB Control configuration files, skipping the repository creation (this would be done for instance if you dropped only the files and left the repository in place):
    For DB Control 10.1.x, run the command: <ORACLE_HOME>/bin/emca -rFor DB Control 10.2.x, run the command: <ORACLE_HOME>/bin/emca -config dbcontrol db
    Option 2. Create the DB Control Repository Objects and Configuration Files
    For DB Control 10.1.x, run the command: <ORACLE_HOME>/bin/emcaFor DB Control 10.2.x, run the command: <ORACLE_HOME>bin/emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
    C. Recreate/ReConfig DB Control
    Option 1. Recreate the DB Control Configuration Files only (leave Repository intact)
    Option 2. Recreate the DB Control Configuration Files and Repository
    In 10.2, the EMCA commands can be used to reconfigure the existing installs without removing them first.
    Option 1. Recreate the DB Control Configuration Files only (leave Repository intact):
    For DB Control 10.2.x, run the command:
    <ORACLE_HOME>/bin/emca -config dbcontrol db
    Option 2. Recreate the DB Control Configuration Files and Repository
    For DB Control 10.2.x, run the command:
    <ORACLE_HOME>/bin/emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate
    For additional information on EMCA commandline options, please see the Oracle Enterprise Manager 10g Advanced Configuration Guide or see Note 330130.1 Overview Of The EMCA Commands Available for DB Control 10.2

  • CFHTTP with https not working after server IP change (CF 10, Windows Server 2008 R2)

    Hi,
    We noticed that a call to https://www.googleapis.com/ via CFHTTP stopped working after our sysadmin switched the IP of our web server.
    The error from ColdFusion is:
    JSON parsing failure at character 1:'C' in Connection Failure
    After researching, I tried using the keytool ([CF 10 root]/jre/bin/keytool.exe to import the top-level certificate (GeoTrust Global CA), which was exported from Google Chrome 42 in DER format.
    I used the following flags:
    -import -v -alias GAGLOBAL -file [.cer location] -keystore cacerts -storepass [password]
    It appeared to add correctly, as it displayed the owner, issuer, etc. and asked if I wanted to trust the certificate. I replied "yes", and it responded "Certificate added to keystore" [Storing cacerts]. I then restarted the CF 10 application service. The same error persists.
    Please advise.
    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi,
    According to your description, my understanding is that manually added statics route disappeared after rebooting.
    Try to use command line:
    Route –p add destination mask subnetmask
    gateway metric costmetric if
    interface
    Note:
    Interface indicates the interface number. Type route print, the first column of
    interface list, find the interface number corresponding to the MAC address.
    Routes added by using the -p option are stored in the registry under the following key:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip \Parameters\PersistentRoutes
    You may open registry edit and check to see if the registry entry is added.
    Besides, you may try a work around way to add this route entry in hosts file, which are stored in the local systemroot\System32\Drivers\Etc
    folder.
    Best Regards,
    Eve Wang

  • IPhone UIWebView width does not fit after zooming + orientation change

    I created a bare bones iPhone/iPad app with a UIWebView (Scales Page to Fit = YES, shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation = YES) and loaded a webpage, e.g. http://stackoverflow.com/
    - (void)viewDidLoad {
    [super viewDidLoad];
    NSURLRequest *request = [NSURLRequest requestWithURL:[NSURL URLWithString:@"http://stackoverflow.com/"]];
    [webview loadRequest:request];
    - (BOOL)shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation:(UIInterfaceOrientation)interfaceOrientation {
    return YES;
    The web page fits the width nicely. Rotate the device, the webpage continues to fit the width nicely. Good.
    Incorrect: Zoom into the page and zoom out. Now rotating the device shows UIWebView in a weird width in one of the orientation (if u zoom in+out landscape, the portrait width becomes weird, vice versa). This behavior is fixed only after you navigate to another page (or [webview reload]).
    Correct: Load the same URL in *Mobile Safari* on the same device. Rotating works & the width always fits properly, regardless of the zooming interaction.
    Is this a UIWebView bug (probably not)? Or is there something that needs to be done to make things "just work" like in Mobile Safari?
    This behavior exists on iPhone and iPad

  • Menu00F9 not found after company language change

    Hi everyone, something about this problem? Changing then user language (form the General Settings System-Form), SAP restarts the system (all forms are closed), after that any access to the user menù fails.
    This is my code:
    dim oSBOMenus As SAPbouiCOM.Menus
    oSBOMenus = oCompany.Menus
    oSBOMenus.item("3072)  ' The Stock Management Menù"
    At last SAP show this error "Menù not found"
    Note: This code has non problem the first time, when the Environment starts.
    Thanks to all.
    Flavio

    HI Frank,
    As i show you, my code has no problem the first time. Im using SP1 PL9. I can solve the problem with the UserMenuService object like this:
    'Dim oUserMenuService As SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuService
                    'oUserMenuService = DirectCast(o, SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuService)
    'Dim oUserMenuParams As SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuParams
    'oUserMenuParams = DirectCast(oUserMenuService.GetDataInterface(SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuServiceDataInterfaces.umsdiUserMenuParams), SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuParams)
                    'oUserMenuParams.UserID = 3072
    'Dim oUserMenuItems As SAPbobsCOM.UserMenuItems
                    'oUserMenuItems = oUserMenuService.GetUserMenu(oUserMenuParams)
    The UserMenuService works fine, but the SAPbouiCOM.Menus has some problem. Id like use both in the future (all my add-ons used the SAPbouiCOM.Menus)
    Thanks
