RM 900 remote doesn't work after driver update

Hi!
After solving the proble of? "crackle, pops and noise" with a driver update for Audigy Platinum Ex, I see that my remote is no longer working, i've try reinstalling Remote Center from original drivers and applications CD and after a Volume Up or Down the Rear Left Speaker gives me no sound.
I've seen in others threads in the forum and they say about installing Media Source, but after installing it still doesn't work.
Any clue how to make it work again?
Using Windows XP SP3 and Audigy Platinum Ex.

Sorry to hear about all the trouble with the Apple TV. It sounds like you have done a restore but need to pair your Apple TV remote at this point. You can follow these steps to pair the remote:
Or, you can press and hold the Menu and Next/Fast-forward buttons on the white Apple Remote, or hold the Menu and right buttons on the aluminum Apple Remote, for 6 seconds to pair.

LMic Jack not working after Driver Update, Console unavailable, can't install? I've had nothing but problems after downloading the latest updates via the auto-updater.
I'm currently using the Creative SB X-Fi Pro Series card. I've had it for close to 6 months and have not had any issues until I ran the auto-updater last night, and while it downloaded over 250Mb of updates, all of them failed to install as described below.
I'm running on Windows Vista Ultimate, 64-bit
My main issue is the fact that my microphone is no longer working. I've done a lot of searching and I think the problem has to do with flexijack not being a microphone jack, but instead is an 'in-line' jack. I can no longer find my audio control console, which allows me to switch between gaming and entertainment modes, ect. The solution I found on the KB says that you can switch the blue jack on the back of the card from an in-line jack to a mic jack within the Audio console. I tried downloading it, but while going through the install, I get an error saying the files could not be found and a prompt which asks for a disk or file location. The same thing pretty much happens with all of the items I attempted to download and install.
I was able to run console fine, as well as use my mic yesterday before I attempted any updates. I attempted the updates because since I've had the card, I've had issues where after I exit a game, all my sound will become crackly and static. Before, I would simply open up the console and switch back-and-forth from gaming to entertainment, which would fix the problem most of the time. If that didn't work, a restart would fix it, but now I've opened up a whole new set of issues.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I also want to say that the support tickets should not require a serial number to submit a new ticket. My product is registered, so I got rid of the box which contains all that information, leaving me at the mercy of these boards...

Hello all. Fisrt of all, this are my specs: Yoga 2 pro 13". WiFi card: Intel(R)Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260. I bought it from Best Buy on November 27, 2014. If you aquired your Yoga before this date, you may have the single band WiFi card. As many of you have experienced, I also had a bunch of issues with my WiFi connectivity and this is how I was able to solve it. At least it has been a couple of days that I haven't had any issues. The first symptom was the usual connection drops every X amount of time. For me it was about every 2 hours. I first unchecked the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option in the Power Management tab of device manager and disabled U-APSD support in the Advanced tab of device manager. This action did not solve the problem. I then downloaded and updated the driver from the Intel web site (http://www.intel.com/p/en_US/support/detect) and this seemed to solve the drops; however, a new problem arised: Everytime my Yoga would wake up from sleeping mode, all my wifi networks were gone and the adapter showed as disabled in Device Manager. I would have to anable it to have my networks back. It was a solution but a pain the butt to have to do this everytime. After hours of reading post after post in several forums, I read a repy from Lenovo asking to try leaving the "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" CHECKED if you were using the latest version of the driver. I went back to device manager and checked it back and that seems to have solved the problem. So far I haven't had any drops and everytime my laptop comes back from sleeping mode the WFi connection is still there! Here is a recap of how everything ended up: -The driver version I installed is 17.1.0.19-The driver date is 7/21/2014-In device manager|Advanced, U-APSD support is Disbled.-In device manager|Power Management, "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked. I can't remember but I did this:
1. In iMac System Preferences->Print&Fax->"+"
2. In "Add Printer" click and Tool Bar->Customize Toolbar...
3. Add "Advanced" to Tool Bar and click "Done"
4. Click Advanced->Type->LPD/LPR Host or Printer
5. URL: lpd//user:[email protected]/EPSON%20Stylus%20CX5600&20Services
6. Printer Using->Select Printer Software... (EPSON Stylus CX5600 Services)
I did this and on Lion works fine. But now on Mountain Lion I can install, but I've received the error message

Win 7 Brightness doesn't work after graphics update

I have a late-2010 MacBook Pro running Bootcamp 4.0 with Windows 7 64-bit. My graphics card is the nVidia GeForce 320m. I looked online recently and found that there was an update available for my graphics card (previously I had the one that comes with bootcamp, which is from 2009 I believe--quite outdated you see). So I installed it, hoping for better DX11 support, etc... It installed fine, but now my display is stuck on 100% brightness, when before I could adjust it with the F1 and F2 keys. When I try using the keys it shows the Apple popup with the slider moving, but the brightness doesn't change. I went into Control Panel > Power Settings and tried adjusting it from there, with no luck. The nVidia Control Panel doesn't have any satisfactory controls to do this either. It must be, of course, that the driver update changed things, but I'm not sure how to rectify the situation. I uninstalled the Apple Driver-Display from Control Panel and then re-installed from the Bootcamp files, but it didn't help. I've heard some talk about Apple Cinema Display, but I'm not sure if that's the same thing as the Display and whether I should be looking for a driver for it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've come to the same conclusion. I tried installing different versions of the driver, but they all introduced some problem or other. It seems the only way to have everything work correctly is to use the old driver they provided. Too bad, really. Especially because I tried installing the Windows 8 preview, and unless the release version has more compatibility (unlikely), it won't work on my MacBook Pro.
For my next computer I'll follow Shootist007's advice and just buy a PC. I haven't been impressed by my mac, and OS X needs a little more work IMO.
Sorry I couldn't provide more help to anyone with the same issue! It seems Apple released this computer with an outdated driver and then abandoned support for it.

HTML animation effects doesn't work after last update

After last update my html animation that have different effects with different time: fade, translate, rotation, scale, ecc... plays but some effects doesn't play.
Various animated png in html project appears immediatly without shows transitions or deformations.
I have made html animation with Motion Composer that have time curve for each effect.. and all work fine with previous dps desktop tools...
I don't use Hedge because folios with hedge animation is mooooooooore large than folios with motion composer animation.
A single complex animation (10 .png(1024x768) with multipe effects fo each) made with composer produce a 1MB folio...
The same animation made with Hedge produce more the 100MB folio.
why new version of dps don't show my html anim correctly ? I hope adobe correct this proble.

N73: restore doesn't work after firmware update

Hello!
I just made a firmware update to my N73 with NSU, and the procedure completed with no errors.
Just before the update I made a backup with the application in the phone menu; the app wrote a backup.arc file in the MMC.
After the update I tried to restore the backup via the same app.
Here's the problem: the app seems to work (but the "restore" lasts just 1-2 seconds), the phone reboots, but nothing is restored.
Googleing aroung I found a solution: buy the Noki 1.7 software, extract SMS, contacts and files from the backup.arc, and put everything back on the phone...
Is there another solution that doesn't involve buying this 3rd party software?

Internal camera doesn't work after Firmware Update

Hi everybody,
I had some troubles after updating the Firmware to version 1.1 on my MacBook (the black model). Since the update my camera (the one mounted on top of the screen) doesn't work any longer (it keeps capturing a plain green picture) and the led near the camera is always lighted. Is there anyone who had the same problem? Any idea to solve it?

Ipod doesn't work after firmware update

I have an old ipod and I tried to update the firmware. After the update It did'n work. ON the Ipod screen it appear like a plug indicating to charge it, but I charged it several times and the result is the same.
Now i'm trying to recover it again but my computer doesn't recognize it.
¿Is there anything I can do?

I downloaded the latest firmware (ver: 20130211 4 Mars 2013) and updated it.Now it doesn't work and on its LCD it prompts "Initializing" and after some seconds LCD turns off and again prompts "Initializing".

Flash doesn't work after I updated it

I am using Firefox 34.0.5 and updated my flash player but after the update it stopped working. The videos doesn't show up. I tried disabling all add-ons and found out that Shockwave Flash 16.0 is causing the problem. What should I do to make it work again?
I don't know why but some videos work just fine and other videos doesn't show anything even a white or black screen, even though they're from the same site. When a video doesn't show up, the cursor changes from the normal cursor to "working in background" cursor rapidly.

Internet Connection doesn't work after windows update.

my boyfriend recently updated his laptop.
After the update his computer wouldn't work anymore. I went on the web and read some topics on the forums. And even tried some of them already.
I don't have Norton or Mcfee security software.
Operating system is Windows 7 and it's a 64-bitssystem.
I tried disabling ipv6 but that doesn't help. When i open the cmd and type ipconfig/all i get an overview of several adapters.
DHCP is enabled for everything but Tunnel-adapter for LAN-connection * 3: (sorry translating from dutch).
Also IP-routering and WINS-proxy are disabled.
Also i checked the recent updates. But for some reason the failing ones aren't amongst them.
Can someone pls help? Im wellknown with OS and can try to work with anything u name.

Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly. It will take a while.
Restart the computer.

C7 sync doesn't work after Anna update

I normally sync the agenda between outlook 2003 and C7 with Ovi-suite.
After update to symbian Anna it doesn't work.
Strange is that Ovi suite gives the number of events that did not sync.
So he can recognize them, but can't sync.
Any solutions?

My problem also affects Ovi Maps favourites. I just could update them once since Anna Update, and now that is failed too

Macbook pro doesn't work after EFI update.

My new macbook pro doesn't work. I bought it yesterday and after I've installed EFI update (it installed without any errors) my mac
"starts" with blank screen, no chime sound, with fans on (I guess - it's full speed). I've already tried those tricks with command+option+p+r and it neither work nor bring my mac to "life". Any ideas what this issue could be?

I've got the same problem but with QT player (not PRO version)
I've installed the 7.1.2 update for quicktime and the audio and videos files on the net doesn't start I've got a "?" then I go to the quicktime prefs and I see that the entire QT plugins disapear
Besides the audio files and the video files on my HD work
so ,is someone can help me for finding the whole QT plugins ?
If it was impossible ,I suggest you to make a 7.0.4 reinstaller for 7.1.2 for Quicktime
