Rotation doesn't preview in CC

Hi All,
I cant seem to get the rotate CSS transform to preview in DreamWeaver. It shows in IE11 but not many browsers seem to support rotate yet.

You're right, css transforms are not supported by all browsers.
Here is a good reference page for what versions can see the css transform:rotate()

Note there are multiple vendor prefixes for older versions of browsers. To support them, you need to duplicate your transform attribute:value with those prefixes added, for example, your css should look something like this...
-webkit-transform:rotate(30deg);
-moz-transform:rotate(30deg);
-ms-transform:rotate(30deg);
-o-transform:rotate(30deg);
transform:rotate(30deg);
If you are missing any, certain browsers won't work. If you are missing -webkit-, those versions of DW that can show you the transform, won't.

I bought an Iphone 4S-16G last week and I understood that on of my Iphone sensor ( auto rotate ) doesn't work it means when I landscape my iphone my messages or photos or in a games doesn't rotate , Now what should I do ?
I already restored and turned off and turned on and checked rotation option in portrate oriention by double clicking but it didn't work .
Please Help me .

oops my bad, you did say exactly that you had tried that. Sorry. Also you already Restored too. Only thing I could add, is to Restore as New iPhone, at end of Restore when prompted Set Up as New iPhone. And then see if better. Anyway, iPhone 4S has full Warranty, make Genius Reservation and take iPhone to Apple for resolution.

Screen rotation doesn't work on Dell Venue 11 Pro

I'm running Windows Technical Preview for Enterprise Build 9879 on a Dell Venue 11 Pro. It has the Intel Core-i5-4300Y processor and Intel HD graphics chipset.
All devices are recognized in Device Manager, but the screen does not rotate if I turn the tablet.
Is anyone else having issues with screen rotation?

I have Dell venue 11 pro 5130 version with the atom processor. And I think my tech preview just updated to the 9879 Build... I have only had tech preview installed less than a week.
The previous build I had (and I have no idea what the build was) Did rotate the screen just fine, but now I have to manually toggle the orientation.

Why doesn't "Preview" open my .PDF files on my computer?

Hello Guys,
My "Preview" program stopped opening .PDF files about a week ago. The program shows up in the dock, but it doesn't display the PDF. It displays JPEG's no problem, but for some reason it' doesnt open PDF fils.It is driving me crazy. I have googled and googled, but no luck in fixing my problem.
I have even set the PDF files to "always open with preview"
Any help would be greatly appreciatd

I suspect your problem has to do with the file on the drive that stores the preferences to open what up with what program.
I don't know exactly what that preference file is, but I know of a way to check for corruption of the preference files and once you know which one is corrupted, then we can delete it and it will rebuild.
So do the #12 and #13 OnyX routines here, that will also clear your caches and speed up your machine a little as well.

Nautilus doesn't preview sound files

Why "preview sound files" isn't working in Gnome 2.12.2? Do you know if I need some add-on?

First make sure esd is installed
pacman -S esd
, and make sure esd is running on startup ( Desktop -> Preferences -> Multimedia system selector (if it doesn't exist look for something with multimedia or sound, i have Gnome 2.14 and those things have changed AFAIK) -> Check "turn on sound"
now install mpg321
pacman -S mpg321
Now logout/login (or reboot) and it should work

IPad 3 rotation doesn't work

Hello, since yesterday my iPad 3 doesn't rotate anymore. It is in vertical position from the camera side, not from the home button (the default position).
I tried everything for solve it: I have checked my settings looking if they were changed, tried to look if there was something that lock the screen and I also format it and nothing worked.
Before I bring it to the store where I bought it, I would like to know if any of you happened the same or is there other way to try to fix it?

Try the basic:
1. Settings>General>Set Side Swith To: Rotation Lock
2. Use Side Switch to lock/unlock rotation

After upgrade to IOS 4 screen rotation doesn't work.

I just upgraded my iPhone 3Gs to IOS 4 and the screen doesn't rotate with any apps when I turn the iphone 90 degrees to the horizontal. Any fixes anyone knows of? Thanks

Update on my particular issue:
When I open an app that responds to screen rotation (photos, safari), hold my phone on its side and then shake up down very hard, then the screen will rotate. If I tip it back up into portrait orientation the screen still doesn't rotate. But if I shake the phone hard in that orientation, the screen will rotate.
So maybe I've got hardware issues.

is there a way to make this the default setting instead of always having to uncheck this?

I believe that auto rotate only shows up when printing from preview. Different applications present different options, so I guess that's why the menu defaults to the way it is. Last setting used may not always give this option if the last print menu was different, but it's the best I can suggest.
Either way, if you made a preset for preview, you would have to choose it. If the box comes back with auto rotate, you will have to uncheck. A click either way.
Would be nice if could remember last settings used in all different menus.

Why doesn't Preview.app show me animated .gifs?

I made an animated .gif with Macromedia Fireworks and it opens up perfect on a Windows Platform. But on my MacBook only the first frame opens and stays still as a single image.
Once I open the .gif, in the Preview's Drawer, it shows me all of the single images that are supposed to be seen continously as an animation. But I repeat, no animation is played back.
Help please, thank you.

This is from the preview help document. What you are seeing is what is described for preview.
Viewing animated GIFs
An animated GIF is a graphic file that shows a short animation. Preview lets you look at each frame in the animation as an individual still image.
Open the animated GIF file in Preview.
If the window's drawer isn't already visible, choose View > Drawer.
The drawer contains a thumbnail image for the animated GIF. The number of frames in the animation appears in the lower-right corner.
Click the triangle beside the thumbnail image.
Preview shows all the frames in the animated GIF. When you click a frame, the animation stops and Preview displays that frame.

Why doesn't Preview shortcut for 'Go to page' work

In Preview, the keyboard shortcut key for "Go to page" is supposed to be Option-Command-g.
This is not working for me in Preview 7.0 under OS X 10.9.5.
How fix?

The menu item does work. But it's an inconvenience to have to mouse up there to the Go menu and then select the Go to Page item from the drop-down list. Which is why I wanted to use the shortcut.

Preview in Finder doesn't work. Doesn't preview movies or audio.

When i used to preview files in finder such as movies or audio they would play in a preview window. now, instead, all that comes up is a picture of the application the file is opened in, i.e. quick time or itunes. help?

Why doesn't Preview print out my pdf forms as edited anymore?

A week ago, I was able to print out a pdf form the way it was editted on the screen using Preview. As of Wednesday, it no longer prints what I have editted in Preview. It prints the naked, empty form only. No edits. I have Mountain Lion and am using an hp deskjet 6122.

Assuming that you're talking about printing from Adobe Reader for iPad or iPhone, you either (1) need an AirPrint-enabled printer, or (2) (for the iPad only), purchase a third party app like Printer Pro from Readdle.

Background image doesn't preview in browser

Is there something I'm not understanding about my Dreamweaver
Site settings? I'm trying to code a site using CSS which has a
background image in a div but it won't preview in the browser. When
the file is linked to an external style sheet, it displays in
Dreamweaver's design view but not Preview in browser. But when the
styles are included in the file itself, it works. It's a dynamic
site configured for PHP MySQL. Everything in the style sheet seems
to be working except this. I've tried site relative and document
relative links. I even tried posting the image to a live server and
linking it with an absolute url.
Here is the path structure:

make sure you're not overriding that rule somewhere else in
your site or farther down the style sheet or with a more specific
rule. Rules directly in a page are given more importance than rules
in an external sheet.

Doesn't preview changes...

I have a strange problem with Illustrator CC. I have un-installed and re-installed, but the problem persists.
If I open a pre-existing file, or create a new one, nothing I do is displayed on-screen as I do it. Whether I create an object, delete an object. Type or edit text. Try to Preview or view Outlines. No matter the action, nothing appears to happen...
UNTIL, I change the view — by zooming in or out. Then, BAM! anything I've done magically displays.
ie. If I was in Preview and hit Command-Y to see Outline, nothing happens to change the preview. But if I click with magnifying glass, SHAZAM! Outlines are displayed.
HELP! THis is killing me.

Report Viewer doesn't Preview after Export

The Windows Application has a C# class for a Report Menu which calls any one of several reports. The Report Menu allows the selection of various parameters for the report being called and then calls a C# class that builds a sql query and sets it as the report data source and sets the report parameters then opens the report in Crystal report viewer.
The report displays in the viewer and I can click on the close button and the Report Menu in the App allows me to select a different report with different parameters, no problem.
However, when any report is previewed in the viewer, before clicking the close button, I can click on the Export button and successfully export the report in whatever format and get "Export Completed". Then click on the close button and I am back at the Report Menu in the App. Try to preview any report now and it will crash. The error messages vary somewhat depending on the report selected. I can set a break point at the beginning of the class (that builds the query and sets the data source) and hit that break before doing an Export - -
but after the export the break point is never hit. Its like the Report Menu class is somehow trying to display the report without calling the report building class!
