Rude customer service/phone disconnected the

Hello,
To whom it may concern. I got off work today at 2pm out to call AT&T to set up a payment arrangement as I do quite often. I have been a very satisfied customer up until today. I learn that my service was interrupted. I call and spoke to a representative, to ask if I can make a $100 payment today and pay the remaining on Friday (Payday!). This company has ALWAYS worked with me with arrangements in the past... ALWAYS! And I have NEVER missed a payment arrangement. I have a mother with CANCER that I help take care of with taking her to her Chemotherapy treatments etc. she is very weak with her illness, and needs to contact me with rides to appts. All I ask is for FOUR (4) more days and my acct will be up to date and paid in Full! The Rep was very RUDE and said yes you been an outstanding long time customer BUT no arrangements can be made after interruption. I can NOT have my phone out for any reasons whe working. As soon as I got off work I immediately went toy car to call AT&T for arrangements, only to find out I have NO SERVICE! You would think this company would understand. Instead of taking a partial payment and getting the rest in four days..... This company would rather a long time outstanding customer go without her phone to take care of her mother who has Chemotherapy treatments!?? I mean Really?? This is really SAD and I have NO MORE respect for a company that would rather turn off service for a past due balance of $250. I'm feelings are hurt! I feel very disrespect with talking to the customer service rep. At least show compassion..... Is it really worth losing a "Outstanding LONG TIME" customer that has a mother with CANCER!?? I assured the rep that the acct would be paid in four days! FOUR DAYS! I NO LONGER have
RESPECT for this company. The one time I really need this company to understand..... They could care less! And that is AWFUL service on your behalf

Hey
I’m sorry to hear of your mother’s condition, truly. I’d also like to apologize for the experience you have had with our support representatives.
I can confirm that payment arrangements are an option which may not always be available, due to several factors such as payment history, account status etc. Once service has been interrupted for non-payment, an arrangement cannot be made as it must be set up prior to the due date. We would like to look into this to see what we can do to help.  Can you please send me a private message by Clicking Here and include the following information?

Best time to reach you

  • Customer Service application on the Portal

    Hello all,
I want to implement a customer service application in the Portal, Is there any business package for this?
We are using notifications in the CS module on our R/3 and want to make it available on the enterprise portal.
    Lots of thanks,
    Ron Lampel.

    Hi Ron,
I don't know about CS BP, but if you want to use it in portal than there are two ways for that.
    1. You can create transaction iview in Portal to use the same.
    2. You can create a WebDynpro application for the same and used it in portal by creating WebDynpro iView in portal.
You will find lots of documents for both the methods.
Let me know if you need more information.

  • Awful customer service experience over the phone this weekend

    @emaiya
I’m sorry for your troubles. I have sent you a private message to assist you further.

I moved last weekend, and after I hooked up my wireless gateway, it showed I wasn't online. So, I called Customer service. After about 30 minutes on the phone with a guy, he said he would have to setup an appointment. That process took at least 10 minutes of him putting me on hold while he looked up the appointment. He said the next available one was this morning (Thursday) from 8-10, so I took it. I sat at my house this morning waiting on a technician who never showed. When I called customer service there was no record of my call this past weekend, or the appointment I made. I have very limited vacation time, and I do not want to spend it waiting on service that doesn't exist. So, I have to wait another 5 days to get service. Of course, you have already billed me for service that should have started on the 12th, but won't actually start until the 22nd! Of course, that is if someone actually shows up. I will believe it when I see it.

  • Customer service phones keep disconnecting me

This is ridiculous. I've been trying for over a hour to get in touch with customer service (I use that term lightly) and keep getting told all offices are closed and then I get disconnected. If you don't want my business after being a customer for 15 years I'll be more than happy to go elsewhere.

  • Incredibly Rude Customer Service

I needed to contact customer service/tech support yesterday as my speed had been optimized incredibly low. This has happened several times in the past year and I start with the online chat help who then passes it on to a supervisor who calls a short time later. While having to do this once in a while to have it reset is a hassle, the person I deal with has always apologized, run the usual tests for line stability, then resets the ASSIA optimizer. 20 or 30 minutes usually and the problem is fixed and all is good until the next time the optimizer has a hiccup.
Yesterday was a very different experience. I did the online chat and it was passed on to the next person who then called as usual. I could not understand the name of the person I spoke to. The person I was speaking with started off right away making it sound like I was annoying him and every response I got was to the effect that he did not want to help.
I gave the explanation I've given a half dozen times since the optimization problem started, using the particular terms so that what I was explaining wasn't to be confused for another type of issue, and so that it could be helpful to him and fixing the issue without the usual long list of steps and questions. It isn't my job to be helpful to him, but I knew it would save a lot of time.
Ignoring everything I had said to him, he proceeded to say that while my speed was low at 1054 kbps, it was within the acceptable range and that my line couldn't get higher anyway. I explained the last four years it has been at 3360 and only recently were the optimization problems happening. This is when it went down hill because he basically accused me of lying, saying that the line wasn't able to reach that speed and that while slow speeds were inconvenient, it's within the guidelines of the package I pay $45 a month for (that new customers get at $29 with a high end of 15mb instead of 3 that I have on my bill).
At this point he began to repeat that it was within the range of speeds I had agreed to and that nothing was wrong with it. That put me in to a bit of repeating that it had happened many times in the last year and that the ASSIA optimizer just needed to be reset and we'd be done. He wouldn't acknowledge anything I was saying, even when I asked if the account information showed those previous dealings. He started to cut me off and talk over me, repeating again and again that it was within the range.
I have never had to raise my voice or yell at someone over the phone before, but in this incident, I had to just so that I could be heard over him because he was practically yelling at me repeating that same line about the speed. I finally got him to stop and I asked point blank, "You know what the issue is since it has happened before, you know how to fix it, and you're just not willing to?" He pretty shockingly said yes. So here is a customer service agent, telling a customer, that he has the ability to fix the problem, but won't, because he doesn't have to since the speed was within a specific range. Needless to say he went back to repeating himself again and I had to yell some more to get him to stop.
At this point the optimization could have been reset, done with, and we would have been off the phone instead of 15 minutes in and making me so upset by telling me that he won't fix it because he doesn't have to. I asked several more times to make it clear that he was indeed saying just that. Finally he put me on hold. About 10 minutes later, he came back on and told me to check the speed. Low and behold it was back to normal.
There were very few words after that from him, and what was said was in a very rude tone asking if I had any other problems. I wanted off the phone with the guy or I would have asked to speak to his supervisor right then. I was so upset and my friend who was over looked completely shocked because of how I had to yell at the man just to get him to listen to something I was saying to try and help him not be on the phone for forever.
His admitting that he could have fixed it, but wouldn't because it was "in the range" was ridiculous. Telling me I never had the speed I've had for years, was basically calling me a liar. Amazing how that's the speed that came up when he finally did what I had been saying the entire time that he was refusing to do.
Considering this has happened many times this past year, I'm now dreading the next time it happens. Even armed with margin and line attenuation numbers to prove that I should be receiving the highest speed I'm paying for (again, capped at 3mb when people paying way less get 15mb) and what certaintly must be an account history showing him what was done before, his attitude was completely unacceptable.
Acknowledging that he could fix it, then refusing to do so only on the basis that the speed I was getting was barely good enough. Even though it could be fixed. I just don't understand how he thought that was the way to handle the situation, then making it worse by talking so loudly over me that I was forced to yell. I've never yelled at someone on the phone, but it was the only option when he was blatantly trying to ignore what I had to say, which he ended up doing (to the desired effect) anyway.
While the options where I currently live aren't great, I'm looking for new service even if it costs more having to go with satellite because that was utterly ridiculous and I refuse to be treated like that by a company I've had service with at this house alone for almost 5 years, and many years prior at my previous residence.

  • Want answers on recent order, Customer Service phone number not helping

First off, here is why I called.
I placed an order on May 30th (Saturday) for a few movies off of bestbuy.com. I checked the status of the order on the following Tuesday. One of the items was back ordered, but when I checked on Tuesday it was listed as being a part of the shipment, and that the order was processed and completed.
I clicked on the shipping number for UPS and it states that the label has been printed and waiting on UPS to pick up. The order was SUPPOSE to have been delivered on this past Tuesday, June 10th. I clicked on the UPS link to make sure the package was on schedule and it still says that the label has been printed, and waiting for UPS to pick up. It is now Friday, June 13 and still no package, and UPS site still says it is waiting to pick up the package.
    Now the call/
I called the Best Buy customer service line and went through the automated messaging to finally get to a customer service rep. When the rep picked up, he asked how he might help. I started to explain, and almost instantly he started saying "I'm sorry. I can't hear you. You can call us back, etc, etc. This call will be disconnected now." Well, if my voice was not coming through the phone, how did the automated messaging know how to direct me?
So I called back, and once again got through the automated messaging to get to a service rep to find out what the status of my order was. I explained my situation and was told I would be transferred to someone who could help. And then the phone line went dead and I was again disconnected. So now I have to call back a third time find out where my order is that was suppose to be delivered at the beginning of the week, yet apparently has not even been given to UPS to be delivered.
This is not the first time I have called the customer service line and been disconnected. This has happened in the past too. For instance, one time, I was forced to call the line 5 times before I was able to get properly transferred to the right person to talk to without getting disconnected.
I just want to know where my order is that I have already been charged for, and no more of these games trying to see if I can get connected, or given a runaround. Can someone please help?

    Hello drh32nj,
Thank you for ordering with Best Buy, and thank you for being a My Best Buy member.  I am very sorry to read of your missing order, and more sorry to hear of the experience you have had in searching for answers.  This is not the experience I would want for myself, and it is certainly not what I would have hoped we could offer you.
I am happy to look into this with you today.  As the estimated delivery date has been passed, I will see if there is anything we can do to expedite a resolution for you.  Please watch for a private message from me shortly after I have had an opportunity to review your order.

  • Poor Customer Service, Phones, and Edge

    Hello.
I just wanted to make another official complaint about Verizon Wireless customer service.
I have been using a phone that i received from Verizon as a warranty replacement that was suppose to be "Like New".  This was the last of many phones that i was given that where "Like New" but broken when i received it.  And even this one was suffering from problems, like a poor quality camera that tints everything rose in color, and a faulty proximity sensor.  I ended up keeping this one b/c i was so frustrated with setting up each phone after i received it, then having to return it again.  I figure i could bit my tongue and wait a few more months to upgrade completely to a new phone.
Normally after a year with a phone, I would pay the annual upgrade fee and get a brand new phone that would last me about a year before it broke and I could use the annual upgrade to a new one.  This system worked out PERFECT for me, but Verizon policy makers decided to get rid of that awesome option.   Then they took away the early upgrade that allowed me to get a new phone a few months before my contract expired.  Without any warning.  I understand it was a courtesy and they didn't have to tell customers.  But it was still something i was looking forward to since my phone and all the replacements from Verizon where broken.  And I feel that they could have honored that option until I signed a new contract.
So after all my normal options to upgrade my broken phone (other then buying a full price phone) had been removed by Verizon, I received an email that i could upgrade to the Edge plan and get a new phone early.
Great!  but my previous research into edge looked like a terrible financial deal for customers.  The idea of paying the full price of a phone over a 2 year period while receiving no discount to the service plan (that includes a premium to subsidize a phone over 2 years) is like paying for a phone twice!  What kind of deal/plan is that?  Again, the policy makers are making things worse for their customers.
I did notice later, after initially ignoring the Edge offer, that Verizon was now giving a discount on the service plan to Edge users.  Even tho i don't think a 10$ discount completely makes up the premium Verizon added into the plan for the subsidized phone it was enough for me to consider making the change.  As this is the only way for me to receive a new phone every year at about the point the life of the phone has reached its limits. So today I walked into an Verizon Wireless store to take advantage of the offer to upgrade to Verizon Edge.  After waiting 20 minutes to be helped I left almost immediately after talking to a Verizon employee.
He told me that i would have to turn in my current phone!   That is absurd. My contract ends in 2 weeks.  I have paid 2 years worth of subsidized payments.  I have paid for my phone.  I should not have to turn it in when beginning a new contract/plan.  And again, the policy makers at Verizon find a fun new way to not care about their longtime customers.
Unfortunately there are still a few things I like at Verizon; like the quality of their cell service and network speed.  I'm sure i'll run into problems with another wireless provider, but I'm getting closer and closer to trying out a new company and hoping the evil I don't know is a little better then the evil i do know.
There is no need to respond to this email especially with the typical 'Verizon scripted sympathy.'  I just felt the need to voice my opinion and hope that someone that can effect policy and cares for making their customers happy will see this and make an effort to turn things around at Verizon.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and forwarding it up the chain of command.
    Adam
P.S.  Where have the emails to Verizon Customer Service gone?  I would rather send this email directly to a Verizon, instead of hoping someone from Verizon sees this message...

        AdamPetrasek,
I am sorry you feel this way about out customer service. We want to leave you a good taste in your mouth after every experience. The Edge is a great offer for those, such as myself, that like to keep up to date with the latest and greatest devices. I know the thought of turning in your previous device can be troublesome but it does provide you with the opportunity to take advantage of our great Edge program. I see you mentioned the $10 discount towards the plan if you participate in our Edge program. There is also an option to receive a $20 discount towards our More Everything plan if you have 10GB or higher. If you have any concerns or questions regarding the Edge program we would be happy to further assist you.

  • Where is a customer service phone number?

I've been trying to make a change to my plan.  Months ago, we thought we removed "equipment protection" from both phones on our plan, but it was only removed from one phone.  I've been trying to remove this $8 charge, but the remove option is not avaible!  I've tried to use the 'chat" with a verizon representative feature multiple times and it's never worked.  Could someone help me or tell me where to call verizon???

  • Customer service phone number / email

Is there any customer service number or email I can contact in order to get specific answers regarding my subscriptions?
I paid for a 3 month subscription, and before it expired, I paid for 1 year skype premium unlimited usa and canada. But is now using my credit in the US calls!!

    @perezjsn
Skype Premium bundle with Unlimited US&Canada is not offered for all Skype customers and I can see from your account that currently your account only received Skype Premium without Unlimited US&Canada subscription.
Please contact customer service and they will check if you are eligible for the bundle subscription. If yes then they will help you fix this and ensure you will also get Skype Premium with Unlimited US and Canada.
Customer service doesn't currently provide phone support, but email and chat support can be accessed as explained in the FAQ: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1170/How-can-I-contact-Skype-Customer-Service
