Running flash file from non-english folder

I am trying to run a flash movie located in a folder with non
english characters (japanse, chinese). (Using latest flash 9
player)
The movie does not play at all. Moving the movie to another
folder with english only characters works fine.
Also, it seems that this is something that has changed in the
latest version of flash.
Previous version of flash 9 seems to work correctly.
Any ideas?

Sorry, I thought I read that somewhere that a Flash file can preview your whole project before you Burn it.
Can you give me any insight on my other problem about the Code 25-Not Enogh Space on Disc Problem I'm having?
Also do you knkow of a good 3rd Party software I can use to burn ISO files if Encore cannot do it.

I am the admin person for the laptop plus I have checked my permissions under the security tab in the files properties. How do I delete this file to start again? Try deleting the file without iTunes running.
When you next open iTunes it should then be marked as a missing file and you should be able to delete the entry from iTunes.

i have a data in csv file. i want to upload it to my database. i am using sql loader for it.
i have made a batch file which run the sql loader and transfer my data to database.
How to run batch file from oracle forms 9i.
when i press the button, nothing uploads in my database. (when i simply run the batch file it works).

I am unable to run flash files, I get an AIR error.

I get this Adobe AIR error: " This installation of this application is damaged. Try re-installing or contacting the publisher for assistance." I have reistalled AIR 3.3 and still am unable to run flash files.

Delete file from an FTP folder

Hi expert,
I wanna know if it's possible delete with abap command a file from a FTP folder.
I mean, there is a ftp folder periodically filled with excel files. An ABAP program read this folder and the files content must be moved in a SAP Table. Aftre this, I must delete excel files with an abap command write in the same abap program.

2) process table dir_list
and 3) finally delete files with
abap command: DELETE DATASET dsn.

Use GUI_DOWNLOAD to download data in a file on the presentation server or use OPEN DATASET, TRANSFER and CLOSE DATASET statements to download data to the application server.
Now, I hope the code for data fetching, if required, is already present in the report.

Reading file from an external folder.

Iam tring to read an external file from the C:\ drive. Given below is the code.
DATA LV_XLS(100) TYPE C.
DATA LV_CONTENT TYPE XSTRING.
LV_XLS = 'C:\XML\Report.xls'
READ DATASET LV_XLS INTO LV_CONTENT.
But when i execute iam getting an error - FILE NOT FOUND. How do i read file from an external folder. My requirement is to strictly read from an external folder. Please help.
If this is not possible please advice as to how the file could be moved to the SAP root directory. Iam not able to locate the root.

How to make Finder NOT to show files from a specific folder in "All My Files"?

Can someone please advice how to make finder NOT to show files from a specific folder in "All My Files"? See the attach - I recently installed Civilization 5 from Steam and now I have a lot of unneeded files (*.log and *.ini) shown in All My Files colder in Finder.
I don't want to see them. Any advise?

Using "All my Files" was very handy before all this rubbish popped up. =(

Error when import file with non-english character

Hi, I have images file with non-english character (unicode), for example ABC<X>.png where <X> is non-english character such as japanese, chinese, etc. Whenever I want to import the file to After Effects (right click -> import -> file), I always encounter error: Finding file/dir info for the file "C:\...\ABC?.png" -- file not found (-43) (3::30) Can't import file "ABC?.png": unsupported filetype or extension. (0::1) My PC is Windows XP Professional 2002 SP2 English. How to solve this problem? Thanks

Adjust your system language settings. Proper file name conventions require a consistent Unicode environment, so install the respective foreign language support files or switch the language system-wide. Mixing different zones/ code ranges is always a bad idea. If your system is not in Japanese, AE will always misinterpret the characters and refuse to import. If that's not feasible, simply rename the files.

Create two or more flash files from one (Excel) data source

Hi experts,
I have the following requirement about Xcelsius.
Our data source is a relational database. Via the ODBC driver we manage to create several queries and execute them into Microsoft Excel. Those excel sheets are the basic for the Xcelsius reports.
Now we want to build some highly visualized reports on that, but the crucial fact is. We don't want to have all the reports in one FlashFile, but we need several flash file depending on the area of the queries.
Hence our requirement would be one of the following points:
- create multiple flash files from one .xlf
- create multiple .xlf from data source
Another requirement is the automatic execution of the process. We don't want to have a person in between, who has to call all the .xlf files to create the Flash reports step by step. What we need is an automatic process.
Can this requirement be fulfilled in a way?
Maybe by using the Xcelsius SDK?

Firstly talking about the important requirement i.e. automating the process:
In your case you can achieve this by using the XML maps. This will pick the data automatically when ever report is refreshed.
Secondly, both the approaches are correct, however i would go with the first one.
1. Create multiple flash files from one .xlf
You just need to create one dashboard and have a filter on areas (Invisible) and then export to flash (for every area).
2. Create multiple .xlf from data source
This approach is also fine, however you need to create multiple dashboards and do the same thing i.e filter data based on area.
P.S. Did you get a chance to explore options to integrate Xcelsius with your Relational Database, this will be much effective.

The D810 requires Camera Raw 8.6 or later - the latest version that is compatible with Photoshop Elements 12 is Camera Raw 8.5 as far as I can see.
You need to either buy a new version of Photoshop Elements or use the free Adobe DNG converter.

It should be problem with the file permissions in your client machine ???Hardly.
@OP: a servlet executes at the server. It doesn't haved any access whatsoever to the client machine.
