Runtime error on a website
Hi all wondering if you could help me. I am trying to visit one website through safari and it tells me that there is a runtime error and wont open it. Got a yellow and red screen. But when I turn off my wi-fi on the iphone then it will open. turn my wi-fi back on and it will not. But on my ipad it will open it with the wi-fi on and also will open in my computer. What is this? I am not all that technologically gifted. I have had a heck of a weekend with the flu, accidentally opened up a fraudulent spam email that took me to a pharmacy site. Them when playing an app on my iphone, i clicked on an ad. This ad then took me to safari very briefly and then to the app store. When I called apple they assured me that there is no malware for the iphone 5 and that the email was harmless for me and that the ad was likely a tracking ad. So I deleted my browser history after clicking the add. turned on ad tracking and turned my browser to private. Thinking that everything was okay I tried looking at a website that then gave me the runtime error. Like i said it will load if wi-fi is off of my phone. My iPad was okay and so was the computer. I have tried resetting the phone. Again deleting my cookies and history and then even tried to turn off in private browsing. the thing is this website was working earlier today with in private browsing on and other websites work, Could someone please please help me???

Other people on the forum use firefox without problems and I have done so in the past. I'm trying to switch back from Chrome but this is a huge block for me. I have checked for updates and cleared the history and cache as suggested in the FAQs. ANy advice?Is it possible that a setting or extension or external software is blocking some data that the site expects? You might check the cookie settings per this article:

As a result of downloading an Itunes update on my PC I got a runtime error (R6034). I now cannot access my Itunes Library. If I uninstall Itunes and then reinstall the latest version do I loose the songs in my library, which I paid for?

Runtime error in Dreamweaver CS4
When trying to start to work with Dreamweaver CS4 I get a runtime error
Afther building a website in in div's and css and saving it I had no problems. Afther closing the computer and starting to work the next morning I got the error. I've restarted my computer, cleaned my registry but still the error appears.
Does anyone no what to do? Please help.
It is impossible to work without Dreamweaver.
JohnI am using Vista so file locations are different. Still, I cannot find any preferences folder or configuration folder that I can rename to recreate. There is no "CreamWeaver" folder in the user profile - even in the hidden parts.
Anyone have any other ideas?
Rename the folder to Configuration_old and launch Dreamweaver. It should create a new Configuration folder with the factory defaults.
On Vista, it's located at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\en_US\Configuration.
It's a hidden folder, so you need to enable hidden folders in Windows Explorer.

7.5 SP3 New Server - Runtime Error on Web Page
Hi experts
I have added a new web server to an existing BPC installation.
The environment is load-balanced, 7.5 SP3, built on windows server 2003 SP2, with SQL 2008 SP1
I used the prerequisites:
Xceed v6.5
Antixscript v3
However, when I try to open the /osoft page directly on the new server, I see the error shown at the bottom of this page.
I checked the DLLs against those on the 2 working servers, and they are the same.
I have copied the antixscript dll from system32 to websvr\bin, as I have seen similar problems before and this has resolved it.
Unfortunately, it hasn't worked this time.
I have also checked that I can log my PC (windows 7, IE8) into either of the existing web servers, and they work fine
I have also opened the web site directly on the new server and that works fine (although it offers nothing but Web and Admin, as Excel is not installed)
I really need to get this server up for user testing first thing in the morning (UK time)
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I'm removing BPC and reinstalling, as the issue definitely lies within BPC and/or its associated Web Site.
I know this as I am able to successfully connect from a client PC to to Reporting Services website.
If anyone has any suggestions, now would be a great time to make them known.

I upgraded to the latest iTunes 11.1.4, after a prompt from the iTunes store. But will not open after the upgrade. One of three error messages told me to reinstall. I did. Restarted and scanned. But no help there. So I unistalled and re installed from Apples' website. The installation was okay as usual but still will not open. Keep getting the same error messages. '' Runtime Error R6034, '' '' An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team for more information.'' That's the error messages I get when I try to open the New installed iTunes 11.1.4. Right now there is no iTunes on any of my PCs. Installed but will not open. Please Help.Thanks.

Dear Portal KMC WPC experts,
After upgrading to KMC WEB PAGE COMPOSER 7.01 SP005 in the SAP Netweaver Portal we encountered a runtime error when we add a role to a webpage or website in Web Page Composer. This was not the case before the upgrade.

Once I put the axis, title, etc after the graphing, then it worked. Well, I also had specified my range wrong, so that errored out too.

I posted a snippet. You can take it from there. I do not remember how I got it before. I have not had to change it in six to seven years. I remember going through the MSDN and found the function. I think I made it from scratch to match the MSDN..

So we're trying to make sure you do the reinstall using a "new good" 11.1.4.62 installer instead of an "old bad".)
Does the install with the new copy of the installer go through properly? If so, does that clear up the error message?

We are using Adobe Photoshop Elements version 9.0.3 (20110328.m.11320). For several weeks it has not been possible to open the Editor, although the Organizer opens as usual. I am running Windows 7 Professional SP1.
Uninstalling and booting should be straightforward. I saved the
following files in my Downloads folder from my initial installation of
Adobe PSE 9.0 on 4/22/11:
Adobe_Photoshop_Elements_9-AkamaiDLM.exe (355 kb application)
PhotoshopElements_9_LS15.exe (1,200 kb application)
PhotoshopElements_9_LS15.7z (1,838,546 kb WinRAR archive)
Will these suffice for reinstalling the program? Can you tell me how I
should go about the reinstallation? (I tried to find a page to download
the Adobe PSE 9.0 program on the Adobe website, but could only locate a
patch for 9.0.3, which I think must already have been included in the
original installation.)
Also, there are four folders, corresponding to four catalogs, in
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Elements Organizer\Catalogs. Will those survive
the uninstall/reinstall process? Should I back them up just prior to
uninstalling to preserve them for restoration after the reinstall?
Finally, should I back up the 9.0 and Organizer folders in
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Elements Organizer for restoration as well? And
the C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements folder?

Runtime error when syncing P1i with PC
I get a runtime error when syncing my P1i to PC. The error is linked with this file, 'dxp syncml.exe', and the application is said to request the 'Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way'. How do you fix this?
Thanks Joanne. Let me give you feedback on whats happening so far.
After some doing, I discovered that my firewall is controlled by Norton Firewall Provider. (Bear in mind I am a novice in terms of managing these computer protocols). To modify the firewall settings, Norton calls this in their the control panel 'Smart firewall', I go to program control then configure. A list of programs came up with the options to add, modify, remove or rename. I searched the list and found that DXP SyncML.exe and mRouterRuntime.exe were listed and set to 'Auto' in the Access column. I noticed that under access, the options include auto, allow, block and custom. I reasoned that 'allow' is the highest level of access, and to support the sync feature, I changed the status to 'allow' from 'auto' for the DXP SyncML and mRouterRuntime executable files. If you believe it is ok and safer to keep the auto status, advise me.
I did not find in the listing any of these programs; Bearer Abstraction Layer (SCBAL.exe), Generic Device Management Executable (Generic.exe) or Symbian Connect Object Model for Symbian Connect QI (SymbianConnectRuntime.exe).I did a search and located the generic.exe and the other two files under 'common files' in 'teleca shared' folder, and 'symbian' in 'shared' and 'symbianconnectruntime', respectively.
Norton's control panel for Smart Firewall gave me three options when adding programs: allow, block and manual configure internet settings. The last of the three was recommended by Norton. However, I selected 'allow' for the generic.exe, symbianconnectruntim.exe and scba.exe.Please advise if you believe I need to modify the terms I entered to set up this procedure (is there a better setting that allow me to achieve the same level of functionality without compromising my security?)
Now Joanne, whats left is for me to try the sync after making these changes. I feel as if I accomplished a lot by only reaching this far. I will have to do a reinstallation of the SE PC Suite before moving on though. Let me explain.
When the sync failed repatedly because of the unexpected termination linked with the dxp syncml.exe, I uninstalled the SE PC Suite which was done from a disc, and installed a version from the Sony website. That version is 1.6.0, with a copyright date of 2006. With this, the sync worked. By the way I am using Windows 7 Starter. Now what I am going to do later is uninstall this version of the suite, and reinstall the one from the disc that was linked with the problem we are solving. When I do that later, I will give you feedback.
Just in case you are wondering, I have a vested interest in using the PC Suite from the disc. This application works fine for the file manager component where the drive on the phone and removable media card are read. In the 1.6.0 version, I cannot get the file manager to see the phone as connected though when I put the card (is that called M2 disc?) in the phone, it reads. So, I although sync is working with the 1.6.0 version from the website, I want to use the version I have on disc if the sync component gets over the problem we are trying to solve.
Hope I am on the right track so far I thank you profusely for your patience and dealing with my qeurry; the solution will make a world of a difference for me and many other P1i owners. Look foward to the follow up

Hi, maybe someone can help me. We have an application that users access by going to a website. One of the users has an error, continually, when trying to access the application (or site). We setup the client the same way on any machine: we take a folder with all the files that are associated with the application; HTML, images, etc. We only recommend IE 5.5 as the browser of choice for the application. We open the browser and type in the address where the user goes to access the application. While the site is being accessed, the user is prompted to download the Java plug-in. We go through the install steps and an applet window loads as part of the browser window. Once it loads, we never have any issues connecting.
The dialog box that pops up has the following on it:
A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?
Line: 308
Error: 'document[...]' is null or not an object
Yes No (buttons that are on the dialog box)
When I click the Yes button, nothing happens (no code editor opens). I have racked my brain trying to find out what the issue (s) is (are). Is there someone out there who has an idea?

408.398.6748I think the error you're getting is related the the HTML elements on the pages. I think the "Line: 308
Error: 'document[...]' is null or not an object" error is telling you that an invalid operation is being performed on a particular HTML element that is "null" or "not an object".
I've uses Microsoft's Script Debugger to find these types of problems. I don't think it is an issue w/ the applet. Furthermore, you can disable these messages be selecting the "disable script debugging" in the Advanced tab of the Internet Options window.

I have EASYSIGN version 5 signmaking program installed on Windows XP and have been using it for a number of years
without any problems untill know.
Everytime I want to use the Compatibility to open Adobe illustrator cs2 on my Easysign I encounter a RUNTIME ERROR reading.
Therfore cannot open my documents in that file to work on the jobs store in that file.
Also cannot access my documents comes up "ACCESS DENIED"

Any email with a PDF attachment can be opened - just comes up with a Runtime error as described by 'Ladyk362003'.
If you save the file somewhere on the systems hard disk and then double click it it opens fine.
This did work before, but not sure what could have changed.
I've uninstalled Reader and then downloaded the latest this morning from their website and still the problem is present.
Anyone got any ideas.
