Hi,
I am not a fucntional guy: can you please tell me where can i find the following fields in VA03?
Open Quanities
Number of deliveries
Number of delieveries on time

Hi Ravi,
You can goto schedule line tab at the item level in VA03 and can find the ralevant(NOT EXACT) data.
The table is VBEP.
If you want the number of deliveries for a particular sales order then you can find it through table VBFA.

Doubts on Planned HU created against sales order in HUPP3

I have following doubt on Planned HU creation using HUPP3 (since i am using this transaction for the first time and not sure if the client has done any modifications)
1. Is it standard to pack more than one sales order line items in one HU using HUPP3
I have a scenario in which business is creating one HU for more than one line items of a sales order (shipping point for all the line items is same).
The issue is in HU the VEKP_NTGEW & VEKP_BRGEW fields takes the weight of first line items of the HU only.
If the above packing process is standard have any one had this kind of issue? Please share suggest the solution.

The client had made some modifications to the program.
In standard SAP through HUPP3 only one line item of a sales order can be packed into one HU -
ADDTION fileds to respective smartform ( sales order)
HELLO SIR ,
Here the issue is i want to add 3 fileds to exsting smartform.(SALES OEDER)
The fileds are ECCNO,CSTNO,LSTNO.. i found those fileds in J_1iexchdr tables here i declared the all the fileds and table name in the smartform..
Here based on the "customer name" the fileds should give the value according like . so they used "ADRC" table and the fields for the repective customer address.
Here in the adrc table i didnt find ECC NO and and J_1iexchdr table i didnt find NAME 1 field so how i can make the relation .
Please tell me the select statement and these CIN details .. Please let me know whether above fileds in J_1iexchdr can be used ... r any other table which have same fileds i should use ?

I had the same problem recently and I have found the solution in different event - during exiting sales order processing:
USEREXIT_REFRESH_DOCUMENT in include MV45AFZA
Purpose of this userexit is to refresh data before the next document will be processed.

Doubt in the sales order form - Technical

i have a small doubt in custom.pll.
we have a requirement to give a pop up message, wenever we do scheduling action in the sales order form (Oracle 11i).
i have written the code like below
if
((block_name = 'LINE') AND ( event_name = 'SPECIAL14'))
then the pop up message.
the problem im facing is, the pop up is working fine, when we schedule action is done by(Tools--> scheduling)
but it is not working whenever i right click on the sales order line and do scheduling.
what code do i need to include for the right click scheduling?
please advice.

Extension of input fileds in Sales order for account assignment
Dear Gurus,
Can anyone tell me how to extend input fields like Statistical order(COBL-AUFNR) and cost center(COBL-KOSTL) in sales order for accounting assignment and these fields have to be ready for manual entries. The order types are ZHGA and ZHV.
Which program has to be modified and how it can be modified?

There is a manual change for tax classification for material master in va02 initially it was blank now it is changed to ' 0 ' is any way influencing....?
Definitely material Tax classification will influence to determine the Tax code.
-->So Make sure that customer and material master having proper tax classification indicator.
-->Have you Update the price after changing the tax classification in the sales order.by going to item dat -->condition tab then click on Update push button bottom of the conditions screen.
-->Once again the check the condition record maintanence also for your MWST access sequence.

Doubt in creating a sales order with reference to contract

when I create the sales order with reference to contract, in the table VBFA, the field PLMIN is set to zero some times and set to '+' some times. May I know whats the functionality behind this. Any pointers on this will be helpful.

This is an Indicator which indicates the quantity or value in the target document(means Sales order) has a negative effect, positive effect, or no effect at all on the quantity still to be completed in the source document(means contract).
Example from the Help file..
In sales documents, for example, you can expect the following results:
Quotation -> Sales order: positive effect
Contract -> Return: negative effect
Sales order -> Sales order: no effect
In billing documents, for example, you can expect the following results:
Delivery -> Invoice: positive effect
Delivery -> Cancellation: negative effect
Delivery -> Pro-forma invoice: no effect

WBS and Profit Segment fileds should be filled at Sales Order item level
Hi,
When i create a Sales order I want to save both PA Segment and WBS Element fields in Account Assignment tab at item level.
By default Profit.Segment is filled beacuse COPA is already activated in this system, when i try to enter WBS element in Account Assignment Tab at line item level Profit.Segment field grayed out.
Is it possible to input both the fields WBS element (VBAP-PS_PSP_PNR) and COPA Profitability Segment Number (VBAP-PAOBJNR)

I am getting 2 different Payments Terms, why I am getting so, I belive terms of payments are copied from Customer Master data. My SP, SH, BP, Payer are all same.

Transaction VKM1 - Changes Sales Order Line Items Custom Fileds
Hi,
I have a challenge to indentify the impact of VKM1 on a Sales Order Line Item Customer Enhanced Fields. When credit hold for the customer is released in VKM1, I want to prevent some of the changes to the line items in the User Exit. The Problems I am not sure, How VKM1 is calling the Transaction VA02 or those Sales Order User Exits to modify certain customer enhanced fields. I tried Activation of Break Point in Update Task but did not stop at the Break points set up in the User Exit. How does Transaction VKM1 call the Sales Orders to execute changes? Is it through BAPI or Call Transaction VA02 or some thing else.
Can any One please help me? Appreciate Your Help in advance.

For sales order, at header pricing level, there is a button, "RETAIN MANUAL CONDITION". What is the purpose of this button?

My exact requirement goes like this:
I have sales order. Now I am creating the follow-up document to this. while creating the follow-up, the follow-up document should get updated with pricing condition, which we get when we click on "Retain Manual of Changes" of preceding document.
Currently I am using CRM_COPY_BADI, for creating this follow-up. But, I couldn't find any method, which updates the pricing conditions. Is there any other BADI, which can solve my purpose while creating follow-up?
Currently, I am getting the pricing conditions to my follow-up document: what ever I see on on SAPUI screen of Preceding documnet.
If I click on "Retain Manual Changes" of Preceding document and save. And then if I create the follow-up document, then it is getting what ever the conditions, the preceding document have.
But, user wants : Without clicking the button of preceding document also, the follow-up documnet should have the result of "Retain manual Changes".
I hope I am not confusing you. And I I hope you understood my requirement.

1. Configure the IDoc with message type ORDERS and basic IDoc type as ORDERS05 (You have to follow common step-by-step approach)
2. Configure Message Control to automatically generate IDoc whenever a Sales Order is created. (I mean output type)
So whenever a Sales Order is created, output type will generate an IDoc.

Doubt in CRM sales order Cube and ODS

We have a standard cube '0CSAL_C03' and ODS '0CRM_SALO' for CRM sales order.
ODS is attached with infosurce(datasource) -0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I and 80CRM_SAL2(this is update rules-another sales order items(lean extraction) ODS - 0CRM_SAL2).
we have another ods(lean extraction)- 0CRM_SAL2 and again it is attached with 0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I.
Could anybody explain me why two ods ar coming for sales order- crm.
Can we use two ods or only one ods-0CRM_SALO?
Could you pls. check it the system under- crm application component and let me know what is the best way for going impls.

actually they definatly use Bdocs because messages bdocs are the main communication elements in CRM. you will definatly find them in SBDM. Bdoc are simmilar idoc's they used to send information between CRM transactions and ERP systems, mobile clients or to BW. there are 2 types of Bdocs message bdocs(M Bdocs) and synchronization Bdocs (S Bdocs). Sbdocs are used for sycronizing between moblie clients and CRM online. M bdocs are used for communication within CRM and also for exachange information between R/3 and CRM as well.
So for sales we normally configure our standard Bdocs or we can modell our own bdocs. lean Bdocs are message bdocs but have only subset of all the fields in a transaction and used for updating only those fields. usage of them can be verified only CRM specialists. it depends on how your organizational sales process is configured in CRM.
in SALES we normally use bdoc BUS_TRANSACTION_MESSAGE this is used for most of the transactions in CRM. so you got to confirm from your team if they are using any other bdocs for slaes additional to the above mentioned.

I would like to know that at the line item level in a sales order is the plant from where we deliver goods/services or is the plant to which the goods/services will be delivered?
Also I would like to know that at the line item level in a purchase order is the plant from where we supply goods/services or is the plant to which the goods/services will be supplied?
I know that it is a basic question but would appreciate your help.

Yes correct From this plant deliveries will get generated
This is delivering plant to effect supplies to customer

This is the receiving plant where we receive the materials
In ME21N if you take the document type as UB then immediateley supplying plant will come on the rt side
In ME21N if you take the document type as NB then immediateley vendor will come on the rt side
The plant which appears in the line item row in a PO is the plant which is going to receive this stocks

Copied layout is not working for Sales order item assinment block
Hi Experts,
I copied the standard componet BT115IT_SLS/items view layout with custom role configuration key and worked fine.
I have added one more field to the item view with the same configuration and saved .When I opended the sales order in the WEB UI , The item assigment block is displaying with complete BTADMINI context fileds and This is the issue.
I have seen configured fields only in the personalization and I have downloaded the items assigment block data to Execl.In the Execl sheet I can able to see the configured fields (availble fileds in the configuration tab in component workbemch) data only.
But Items assignment block is displaying all the fileds (taking from the context node BTADMINI).
I have deleted existing customer configuration and again copied from the standard layout.But I got the same issue.
I have wriiten some code in the ON_NEW_FOCUS and commented the code.Still it not working.
Please help me , where I have done the mistake and provide me some inputs.

Solved isuues myself.
The problem is inconsistency of BTAdminI context node . I have deleted the view enhancement and again enhanced the view .I copied the layout with customer role key and dispalyed expected layout.

How to restrict duplicate condition type in sales order
Hi All
Is there any standard method to restrict user for adding a particular discount condition type more than once in sales order. condition type is manual and its records are also being maitained manually.
Else would I will have to create userexit at sales order level or a routine in pricing procedure. I doubt on creating a rotuine in pricingprocedure because in pricing procedure there is already a restirction to add similar condition type more than once.
Thankscreate a routine and add this routine to the discount condition type only.
