Sales order  has a PO attached to it

Hi,
I need to delete a sales order with a PO attached to it. I have deleted all the line items in the purchase order but when i try to reject the line items in the SO it doesnt let me and refers me back to the PO. I know we cannot delete the PO document entirely but is there another way around this. Please explain. Thank you.

After deleting the PO line items, you need to delete the PR line items also.

    Dear Gurus,
    Could you please kindly advise how I could re-trigger BA00 after sales order has been rescheduled?
    The scenario is following:
    When the sales order was completed, the order confirmation output has been sent to the customer. But later, when the ATP confirmed quantity was changed or order was rescheduled, the committed delivery date has been changed. It caused confusion, because in the order confirmation letter we sent to customer, there is a different date.
    I'd like to also trigger BA00 to resend the order confirmation, but I checked the output routine, it only checks if the order is completed or not. Shall I ask ABAPer to add additional logic in the routine or there is other easier way to re-trigger BA00?

    Have you allowed multiple issue for BA00 output type? In that case, you can manually trigger it from VA02. If you are trying to have it sent automatically, then add the logic into the routine.

    and some has 2 etenr as '0001' and '0002', why 2 lines in vbep for 1 posnr of order.

    Hi,
    It is possible when some of them dont have valid Schedule lines.
    If they have valid schedule lines some confirmed qty should be available.otherwise we cant find them in VBEP table.
    Pls check by going to sales order  whether Sch.lines are valid or not.
    This you can check Thru
    VA03-->provide Sales Order number -->Select any line Item-->Menu item Goto-->Item-->Schedule Lines

    The requirements type of the sales order, however, refers to an account assignment category that does not allow settlement using the sales order (key consumption posting).
    Procedure
    1. Check which requirements type in entered in the relevant sales order item
    Display sales order
    2. Check the settings for this requirements type in Customizing
    (See Control sales order-related production).
    How to solve. Please help................

    Apart from the suggestion given already, you also need to check in OKB9 whether the cost element is maintained for your company code.  Also in KA02.

    CO Object is added for G/L account in T.Code: FS00. Normally in Sales, Revenue account are not assigned to CO Object. You require to consult FI-CO consultant & ask the consultant to do the necessary changes.
    Even, we can go & add CO Object, but it is difficult to analyse the financial implication.

    But i am getting this error Sales order has no CO object  Message no. CO323

  • ABAP OO sales order object - how to attach link to VA03

    I'm trying to build workflow using ABAP Objects instead of BOR. I created custom object for sales order according to blog "Getting started with ABAP OO for Workflow using the IF_WORKFLOW interface". It works correctly in my workflow but I would like to attach link to "browse sales order" (VA03) to workflow step. When using BOR I can attach link my binding BOR objest to AdhocObjest step container element. The same way does not work for ABAP OO object. The error message is "The object categories 'CL' (source) and 'BO' (target) are not compatible".
    Is there any way to add this link to attachments when sales order object is OO not BOR?

    At least make sure that you have a default method 'browse' in your class. I mean that make a method for "displaying" or "browsing" or whatever you want to happen when you click the object, and make it default. OR actually if I remember correctly there is a default method existing already, but put your code to there.
    Also try this:
    -Create a container element of type 'sales order' into your task
    -Bind the sales order object from workflow to the the task

    I would like to know if is there any possibility to display invoice print (PDF) in sales order (Credit/Debit note) as attachment.
    Issue:  Customer raise the credit note with the reference of invoice, sometimes user don't explain the reason for credit and don't attach any reference document in sales order(credit request).
    Customer requirement: Customer want to display reference invoice print (PDF)in sales order(Credit request) for validator so validator can cross check with invoice and validate the credit note.

    But my question is, how I can change the name of the PDF file which is now called "Print data.PDF" .

    Please use the "Services for Object" Icon just below the menu bar in the Sales order overview screen for attaching any document into the sales order. Once you get into the drop down, select Create - Create Attachment" option.
    The attachment can be viewed from the same icon! In the drop down, select Attachment list!

  • Condition Type to be excluded whil creating Return sales Order from invoice

    Hi Frnds,
    I have the following requirement.
    Sales order order is created and its delivered and invoiced too. This sales order has some freight pricing condition types (RCD1, RCD2...)included since its shipped to customer.
    When the customer wants to return the goods, there is a return sales order is created with reference to the invoice created above. Now, the RCD1 and RCD2... should not get copied to return sales order.
    How do i achieve this? Please let me know any user exit, BAdi or Enhancement spot where i can add code to avoide these condition types from being picked up.

    It can be achieved by implementing a custom requirement routine. If you go to the the transaction VOFM, you will find "requirement" in MENU. You select 'Pricing' on drilling-down it. Following document may help you in creating requirement routine..

    All requirement routines has similar pattern of writing... Your code may look like as follows:
    FORM KOBED_901.
    sy-subrc = 4.            "By deault condition is false.

       sy-subrc = 0.        "This means For other than returning orders all others condition is true.
    endif.
    ENDFORM
    Once you activate routine, ask functional consultant to attach this to the Condition RCD1 and RCD2. Then, You'll not get RCD1 and RCD2 for Return sales Order.
    Please check and confirm and revert back if you want further details..

  • Link DMS document to Sales Order

    Currenlty, our Quality Department manually opens each applicable sales order and manually attaches a required document via the "Extras/Documents" path from within VA02 menu bar. It is extremely time consuming.
    I want to know if it is possible to automatically attach a "linked document" to a sales order after it has been saved? I'd like to create/run a batch job that loops through these sales orders, and if applicable, attaches the "linked document". DMS is setup and working and the document that I need to attach is ready. I don't know where I need to put the record of this "link". I can see all of the "links" via CV03N (Object Links/Sales Document Item), but I don't know how they get there.
    Any advice or link to documentation would be greatly appreciated.

    I see that there is an objectlinks table which I assume is used to create the link between the document and VA02/VA03. The underlying structure for the objectlinks table is BAPI_DOC_DRAD. I'm not clear on what values I need to add to this table when calling the BAPI_DOCUMENT_CREATE2. FM.??
    Any advice on how to fill stucture BAPI_DOC_DRAD?
    Also, I don't want to create any documents. The document already exists. I just want to establish a link. Can I do that without creating a document that already exists?

    I am working on report in which i have to display the block stock sales order wise ,i had used to tcode MB52 and MMBE and i was first using table MCHB and MARD ,it displays only the bocked stock ,but when i click on  special stocks icon in tcode MB52 n execute it the qty displayed in that is not being able to be displayed in the tables MARD n MCHB.
    right now i am using table MSKA and varifying it with MB52 tcode.
