    Hello All,
I ahve defined a new, custom condition type and created a routine in alternate condition type.
While creating a sales order, when the routine is getting executed, i need the sales order item information. i.e. i need to access VABP table. but when i put a break point, in the routine, i cant see the detials of item.
can some one tell me how to get item data, in the routine.
(p.s. this is while creating sales order)

    Hi
I suppose you're speaking about pricing condition, if it's so all information u can have are in structure KOMP and KOMK. The condition record data should be in the internal table XKOMV.
If there informations u need aren't there u should enanche those structure.

  • Sales Order Costing-Information/Message

    Dear All,
At the time of sales order costing, if the Component Cost(material Cost) is 70% of Total cost , SAP system should display information or warning message.
    Please give your valuable suggestion

    Hi,
CK869 is introduced after 46C to inform you that the total of the cost component is different from that of itemization.
The message CK 869 is normally generated correctly. This is clarified in note 168238. If an assembly component is subsequently costed again, the new costing results are updated to the cost component split as this information is dynamically called, unlike the itemization.
Please check if any of the sub-components have been costed after the header material has been costed.
Once the header material is also re-costed (after all sub-components have been costed) message CK 869 will no longer occur.
The issue arises due to the make-up of the cost component split; the system must read this information dynamically, therefore the most up-to-date is always visible. The itemization always reflects the data at the time of the original costing.
To avoid such problems in the future, you should do the following:
-> Always cost the header material again if a material component with  changed values is being costed.
-> Cost all materials again after price calculation is run for a  PARTICULAR period.

  • Sales Order relevant information is missing in gATP tables

    Hi All,
I am facing some strange behavior in our APO system.
    1) When we create a Sales Order, the order relevant information has to be populated in all the SO related database tables in APO system. Few of them being /SAPAPO/ORDADM_I, /SAPAPO/ATPPARAM, /SAPAPO/SDQTVB.
2)This is happening for both ATP as well as Allocation related scenarios.
3)When we run the consistency reports like SDRQCR21 and /SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 in the ECC & APO systems respectively sometimes, the data gets populated and sometimes it doesnu2019t get populated.
4)I also tried deleting the order relevant information in the APO system using the program /SAPAPO/SDORDER_DEL and tried to run the /SAPAPO/CCR program. But, no fruitful result with that.
Is there anything to do with Live Cache ? I tried runinng the transaction /SAPAPO/OM17. But, No clue.
    Thanks,
    Babu Kilari

    Babu,
Wow.  That symptom is very strange to me.  I don't think I have EVER looked at all my logs an not seen any errors.  There are always errors of some kind in my logs.
I have never tried to match sales order data in R/3 with any table-based sales orders data in SCM.  The only thing that really matters to me is the contents of Livecache, and how it interacts with R/3 and with the other functionalities in APO.  I couldn't say if the tables to which you refer are designed by SAP to mirror R/3 at all times, but I will take your word for it that they should.
I think if I had a business problem that was caused by data 'somehow' not matching, and my standard CCR and SDRQCR21 programs did not bring the two systems properly into synchronization,  I would next explore if there were any userexits or other custom code affecting the interfaces.
I am wondering exactly what business problem you are having, anyway?  What are the standard reports in APO to which you refer that are not properly displaying their data?

  • How to setup security to view deleted sales order deletion information

User is going into VA03. entering a sales order number but instead of hitting enter, is going it to the top menu, selecting Environment and then changes.  When the screen appears, they are selecting time of change and getting not authorized.
When I look at SU53 for them I see
      Authorization check failed
Object Class SD   Sales and Distribution
Authorization Obj. V_VBAK_VKO Sales Document: Authorization for Sales Areas
           Authorization Field ACTVT Activity
                                                                                                       03
           Authorization Field SPART Division
           Authorization Field VKORG Sales Organization
           Authorization Field VTWEG Distribution Channel
How would I set the display role for this transaction up to allow me to put in blanks for the division, Sales Org, and Distribution Channel since that is what comes back for this sales order after it has been deleted.
Is there a different transaction that they should be using to see this info?
Obviously SAP_ALL will give me the info, but I do not want the user to have that authority.

    Hi John,
Did you run a trace(ST01) and check the missing authorization. Are you getting the same missing authorization in trace.
Also the Sales Order, for which the user is trying to check the Change document is it a valid one? I mean does it belong to any Sales org/division/..?
    Cheers,

  • Information during sales order creation in GATP

    Hi,
While creating sales order, ATP is getting triggered in APO.
A function module is called in a BADI on APO side which requires profit center data from sales order line item. In case of ATP check in change mode of sales order, this information is available in /SAPAPO/SD_DOC in APO as the sales order number reference is there.
How this information (profit center) can be fetched in case of creation of sales order?
    Regards,
    RS

    Hi Michael,
We are able to fetch profit center using BAdI   APO_BAPI_BUS10400.
Actually we wanted the information during ATP check where we have used some other BADI.

  • BOM Production in Sale Order

    Hi all,
I have a finished good is ABC, strategy is 20 (make to order).
I have a variant for ABC, the quantity of components in ABC is 1 pc. When I create a Sale order, I have to choose some characterristics. It depend on requirement of customer. I can see cost estimate in cost report function of Sale Order and inform to customer. My question is "if I change the quantiy of component in ABC is 2 or 3 pc, the cost estimate will be change?"
If not? how i see the cost of order after change component in BOM.
    Thanks all

    Dear,
I have noy fully understood your question. What I understood is you have created Sales order and then you chnaged the BOM qty of sales order BOM. Will it chnage the  cost estimation?
It depends. If you have chnaged the BOM after sales order is created, if you go for recost run, it may change. and you may get the correct cost.

  • Sales order item ontime delivery status at order level in Cube

    Hi Guys,
We have a requirement, currently we have sales order item information in cube where we have some thing called OTD status
this status is based on actual GI date and requested date so we have 3 staus at each sales order item level ontime, early, late
but now the requirement is to change the order status either to ontime or late and this status should be at order level instead of
order and item level, if any one item in order is late then the whole status of order should be late and if on time or early then it
should be ontime, is there any why to achive this except adding new character in cube or creating new object in system???
or if not by just adding new character in cube like order status by remodeling and populate data with customer exit?? pls note
that we are not using 2lis_11_VAHDR we are using 2lis_11_Vaitm only.
    thanks,
    chandra.

    hi Chandra,
We had similar kind of situation. but you need to implement the logic either by remodelling or creation of new object.
What we did was as under.
    - Created new DSO with just Order no and the status.
    - After VAITM Delta load - by making it datamart we forwarded the data to that DSO and had the Status logic put up there so you dont need to change the existing model and you have the status at order level in other DSO.
    - this DSO was than included in Multiprovider for further reporting puprose.
-This way you have very less things to manage and no need to further enhance exisiting model. This status logic may change in future and you have flexibility to do so easily in the system.
    Hope this helps.

  • Third Party Process (PR through Sales Order)

    Hi all,
I have to configure the third party scenario (PR through Sales order) for one of my client.
So can anybody tell me what are all pre-requisite / settings from the configuration point of view as well as from the transaction point of view.
    Thanks
    Shubham

    Hi,
here is some stuff regarding third party purchasing,
may be it will use ful,
u2022     The item category group (BANS) in the sales:sales org.data screen of the material master controls whether or not the material will always be a third party material.  In this case, the item category in the sales order will be defaulted to u201CTAS.u201D   If the material is also procured internally, then the item category group can be set to u201CNORM,u201D and the material can still be used for third-party processing if desired.
u2022     The item category in the sales order (TAS) informs the system that      procurement data must be maintained for the order.  In addition, this item  category results in a purchase requisition being automatically created with its item   category defaulted (S).
u2022     The purchase requisition is created as a result of a sales order.  For each schedule line (quantities for sales orders broken up by dates of delivery), a purchase requisition item is created, provided that the item category on the
sales order is u201CTASu201D for third-party.  The purchase requisitions created can
be viewed and even edited from the schedule line screen (Edit-
    Procurement  Details).
u2022     Changes in quantities, dates and account assignments in the purchase order result in the automatic changing of the sales order.
u2022     A desired vendor (informational field) can be specified in the sales order in the procurement data for the order.  In addition, a fixed vendor may be assigned in this data if known at the time of the sales order. This then becomes the supplier for the third-party items. If the vendor is not specified in the sales order, the purchase requisition goes through the normal source determination.
u2022     The account assignment in the purchase requisition can be either the sales order (C), or aux. account assignments (X).
u2022     Once created, the third-party purchase requisition follows normal
    purchasing procedures.
u2022     Customer delivery information is copied onto the purchase requisition from the sales procurement data.
u2022     If you create delivery schedules or change quantities during the purchasing process, these automatically get copied back to the schedule lines on the
    sales order.
The goods receipt indicator can be found in the purchase requisition which can be edited from the sales order (Click on Item line- Hit Schedule Lines button -Hit Purchase Requisition Button).  This indicator determines whether or not the customeru2019s goods receipts are monitored.  When the indicator is off, invoice verification is done against the purchase order quantity, and the delivery of goods to the customer is not input into the system

  • Sales order - XI

    Hi Guys,
I am ABAP Consultant, I dont have much idea on XI but now have some part of development.
My requirement is <b>XI gives the sales order</b> information to <b>SAP system</b>. SAP is responsible for creating the sales order and error handling also. Could you please suggest me, what are the steps i need to follow in order to this task. Important thing daily XI will send 1,20,000 records of sales orders information.
Please suggest me best way to optimize the solution.
    Thanks in Advance
    //Suresh

    Hi Suresh,
If I understand your scenario correctly, you do not need to code anything in the receiving SAP. The beauty of using XI to connect with SAP is that everything is config-based.
SAP has standard approaches to create SO, such as idoc, BAPI, etc. So you do not need abap proxy or custom FM to generate an IDOC or create a SO yourself.
For example, if you have SO details from an external system in its own format, you can use XI to graphically map the data into an IDOC structure. Then do some config to receive the reformatted data (in IDOC-XML format) through IDOC adapter, SAP system will receive the idoc and process it.
In order for you to understand the above, it will be helpful to follow the sample scenario (tutorial) provided by SAP with XI install.

  • Report for Pegging for  forecast and sales order consumption(pegging)

    Hi ,
Plaese help to create a report for the below
Requirement is there to have a showing Forecast (Number) and Sales order (Number) pegging Report
Means like to which forecast number the sales order number is consumed
    Regards
    Kiran

I have tested this on ASCP and I am agree with you. I am pasting one para from document...
"Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning calculates the ATP quantity of an item for each day of planned production by adding planned production during the period (planned orders and scheduled receipts) to the quantity on hand, and then subtracting all committed demand for the period (sales orders, component demand from planned orders, discrete jobs, and repetitive schedules).
Note: Committed demand does not include forecasted demand or manually entered master demand schedule entries. Also, the amount available during each period is not cumulative. Oracle Master Scheduling/MRP and Supply Chain Planning does not consider ATP quantities from prior periods as supply in future periods. "

  • Sales order information to be captured from a java based website

Sales order information entered in java nabled website needs to be retrieved into SAP system and a sales order needs to be created in this system.
And as soon as a sales order is created an bdoc needs to be triggered and sent to the CRM system...
Middleware available for Java SAP interface.
Do i need to call BAPI to retrieve the sales  info from middleware ??
How does an idoc trigger as soon as a sales order created i SAP  system???
Can any one help me out .Its urgent!!!
    Regards ,
    Lavanya

    Hi,
You have to create a BAPI to read the data from java, the structure has to be the same as in the java system. once the data is read into the SAP system then you need the idoc to carry the data.

  • Sales Orders with credit card information

    Hi everybody
I wanted to know if it is possible to find if the sales order has a credit card number on it?
When i go to the Sales order screen, the table-field for credit card# is  CCDATA-CCNUM
Now CCDATA is a structure, so if i have a Sales Order number and I want to check if there exists a credit card number on that Sales Order, how should it be found ?
Basically I am trying to modify the billing due list program to list on those Sales Documents which dont have a credit card number on them.
So from the Delivery document, I drill to the Sales Order number & now I dont know which parameter to check which would guarentee the presence of a credit card number for paying the amount on the Sales Order.
Kindly if someone could guide me let me know ASAP
    Thanks
    Vinit

    Vinit,
The field you are looking for is VBAK-RPLNR.  This is the Payment Card Billing Plan number.  This field will only ever have a value in it if there is credit card information on the Sales Order.
Field VBAK-RPLNR links to fields FPLA-FPLNR, FPLT-FPLNR and FPLTC-FPLNR.  Table FPLTC contains the actual payment card details on the order (or Invoice).
There is a similar field on the Invoice header - VBRK-RPLNR.
