This is regarding sales to employees.
For sales to employees, can we use order type 'OR'?

While the sales process concerning the sale of product to employees is essentially the same as regular customer order cycle, there are number of changes that must be made for this business scenario.
The possible scenario would be that employees can buy products in their own company shop at a special employee price. They would be paying for the products in cash and take them away immediately.  Since employees can buy goods that are in shop, an availability check and TOR are not necessary. Employees may be given special discount for purchases. The employees receive a cash sales invoice as a document. Goods issue can be posted and billing documents can be created automatically and collectively at the end of day.
So for sales to employees
create a sales document type for sales to employees
define a new item category for the order and delivery
configure important fields in the incompleteness log for processing sales (as per your requirements)
create a customer master record for one time customers
Extend pricing to include employees
create an output master record for the invoice

    Sales to employees is similar to cash sales.
    So, it would be better to copy cash sales order type BV.
    Ensure that all related table entries are copied.
    Important aspects to be looked into are
    shipping conditions (assign as soon as possible - 01)
    Immediate delivery field is activated by X - generate delivery immediately
    Lead time field is blank
    Propose deliv date field is activated
    Delete entry in Dlv related billing type field since sales to employees would be order related
    You can also deactivate following functions as per your requirement to improve system performance
    credit limit
    purchase document number
    commitment date
    open quotations, outline agreements, group master contracts messages
    product attribute images

    Help me out in automatic determination for Sales personnel / Employee responsible in sales order. I have tried in Partner determination, it is not working.

    There can be few options:
    Option 1: In the customer master partner determination, add the Sales Person and Employee responsible partner functions and mark them as mandatory. In the Sales Order Header Partner Determination, add the same and mark them Mandatory. Then during order processing, the relevant Sales Person and Employee responsible will flow in the order header partners
    Option 2: Mainatin a Z table based on Sales Area / any other specific parameter / Sales Person & employee responsible. You can improvise the table parameters as per your business needs and requirements.Then in the order user exit MV45AFZB in form_userexit_move_field_to_VBAK you can read this z table and get the sales person and employee responsible. May be you can add these two fields in Order Header- Additioanl Data B tab and populate them thru this program.

  • Billing - sales to employees

    For sales to employees, is the billing document taken with reference to order or delivery.
    What minimum configuration is required for billing sales to employees.

    As the goods are delivered as soon as the order is saved, the order quantity is always the same as the goods issue quantity. This allows the system to create an order related billing document.
    You can create billing docs automatically or collectively by running the billing list.
    Possible configuration requirement would be that in the financial accounting document, the billed amount is posted to a special cash sales account. There would be no receivables for the customer.

  • Tracking sales by employee responsible--No HR activated

    Hi,
    Can I make use of the material groups(5 in toatl in sales view1) to generate report for seeing the value/sale of any material instead of using product heirarchy ?
    If I have created a 3 level heirarchy then how best I can use it to see in a report for any level.
    Is there any standard report availble to track my sales/inventory needs based on product heirarchy ??
    How can I track my Sales/open orders based on the employee resonsible for that material.i.e without having any HR module how can use the or create the staff of my company engaged in purchasing or for that matter selling also.
    How can this be achieved or any better option ??
    How can I maintain the employee names as partner functions ?Can any one please suggest the path ?

  • Difference betwen "Sale Representative" & "Employee Responsible"

    Hi,
    What is the difference between "sales representative" partner function 00000012 & "employee responsible" partner function 00000014 ?
    How is this used in a business context? does it not tend to behave as duplicate if we have just one sales team member (or employee) who is handling a customer?
    Any thoughts are welcome.

    Sales Representative: A person who is representing & responsible specifically for sales activity like your Sales Executive.
    Employee Responsible: A Person who can be responsible for any activity like transaction processing, service representative etc., it can also  be a sales representative.
    In a business context like "Regional Manager", generally responsible for all activities for a region like sales, service, in this scenario he will be used as Employee responsible in transactions.

    Can someone guide me on what needs to be done on master data, sales doc type, pricing etc. Will sale to emplyees be charged to cost centre.

    As i understood ur chargeing your own internal employees also
    Create one internal customer(internal employee) one is enough suppose u have different department consuming daily (create sales regions or any specific selection) and while creating  assign it  in sales order   level.
    check with your finance people whether separate cost center is required i think it is required.
    module HR  is not required it seems

  • Enhancement of 2lis_11_vaitm with sales employee

    Hi,
    I have a scenario to display the sales employee and execution employee for sales order.
    i am using standard data source 2lis_11_vaitm, which has filed PVRTNR for which in data is coming from VBPA table PERNR filed.
    In cmod, customer exit , code is written to populate the data for this field PVRTNR from table VBPA.
    For every sales document there are two employees -- sales employee with partner function as VE and sales execution employee with partner function ZZ. But both the employee entries are getting stored in same table VBPA.
    But when we write the code in CMOD, the vales for the field PVRTNR, it is taking the values whose partner funtion is VE.
    Now user wants both the employees to be displayed i.e, employee with partner function VE and partner function ZZ.
    How can I do it?

    Check the Code writen in Cmod, select command must have where clause with condition on partner funtion is VE
    so after that add OR operator condition for ZZ
    post you code so I can give the proper solution for that

  • What is the need of creating partner functions for sales document type.

    Hi SAP (SD-GURUS),
    Actually we create partner functions  before creating customer ex: sold to party, ship to party, bill to party, and payer.
    These partner functions are going to be copied into sales order while processing sales order.
    Again what is the need of creating partner functions for sales document type.

    There are some Partners you could enter at Sales ORder Level. E.g. Sales Person, Employee Responsible, Forwarding Agent, Broker, etc.
    Thus these partner Determination need to be carried out at Sales Order Level & not at Customer Master level.
    So we have to configure partner Determination for various levels e.g. Customer Master, Sales Order, Delivery level etc...

  • Signle task send to mutiple sales rep by e-mail

    Guru,
    I am creating single task and I want to send same task to multiple sales rep by e-mail. I created distibution list and also task, after that I sent e-mail to all sales rep. What happen is only person responsible recived e-mail in the calendar no one else recived task in the mail also not even mail.
    What is the reason for this thing happen? Is there any way I can send task to multiple sales rep/employee ?

    In our system we are sending the same invoice by e-mail to two partners. In the customer master we have maintained one e-mail adress on the adress screen and we have maintained another e-mail adress in a contact person. The contact person is assigned to partner role Z0.
    In the access sequence for the invoice print we have the same key combination twice, the first one without the exclusive flag. This means we can create master data for the same customer twice using partner role RE and Z0 and the invoice is then send to the two adresses.

    We have a database that holds information on quotes and sales.
    I wish to create a report that will alert sales reps when their quotes are due to expire. So far I have done the following query:

    This brings back all the data I need. I could now put it into a SSRS report which will run each Monday morning and email oout to all sales reps in XLS format. Id like to make it a little cleverer though. What I want to do is to run the report each Monday
    morning, group the data by sales rep and email it out in XLS format to only the relevant sales reps and have it only contain data for that particular rep. Is this possible? If so how do I do this?

    Follow steps as below
    1. use the above query to build a dataset
    2. Use dataset within your SSRS report
    3. Add a grouping and filter on sales rep  in your report
    4. set up a data driven subscription as explained here to render report automatically each Monday. Pass list of sales reps to report parameter through a dataset

  • Segment Builder find bp from employee responsable

    I am working with CRM 2007.
    Marketing wants to segment customers from sales man (Employee responsable), using sales man as segmentation criteria and getting contact persons of customer as a result. Is this posible with Segment Builder? How?

    I think you are very close to solving this one. 
    Try to create an infoset ( t-code: sq02)  using the table joints between  but000,but000_rel( rel category), but051.
    now lets look it this way. Segmentation ( BP) normally gives Accounts as results in TG.later we can extract contact person using the above mentioned FM.
    Lets concentrate in getting account A is TG first.To get that we can use 2 filters ( or search criteria as you have put it)
    1. has sales employee responsible- this will fetch all accounts which has sales employee responsible assigned to it.
    2. the 2nd filter would have to manually maintained in your case.....Mr. Smith....
    perform an intersection operation on the profiles( segments)...or even results can be achieved using AND operation...
    if everything goes well u will get A as the result in TG....the difficult part is solved now....:-)
    to get ms. collins as the result...just add the FM in the data sourse and try all the steps again..kt should definitely work....all the best....

    Should I do it via function or via HR org model&sales organization ?
