Internal sales to employees

Hi,
Our client sells cigarettess. We need to configure a scenario which will cover sales to internal employees of this cigarette company
Can someone guide me on what needs to be done on master data, sales doc type, pricing etc. Will sale to emplyees be charged to cost centre.
Will there be any config required  from SAP-HR side ?
regds

As i understood ur chargeing your own internal employees also
Create one internal customer(internal employee) one is enough suppose u have different department consuming daily (create sales regions or any specific selection) and while creating  assign it  in sales order   level.
check with your finance people whether separate cost center is required i think it is required.
module HR  is not required it seems
i hope u get some help full points... likes

  • Internal sales employee number range

    Dear experts,
Under the same client in SAP system, different company codes can NOT have different Internal sales employee number ranges in the standard SAP, right? In other words, only one number range actiavtes for all the company codes as long as they are against the same client.
Plz corret me if I'm wrong. Many thanks.
    Example:
log on SAP - client 800
    client 800 has 2 company codes: 1001, 1002
    Request:
sales employee under company code 1001: 10xxxxx
sales employee under company code 1002: 20xxxxx
ps. Currently HR module is not applied to client 800. Two years later, HR will be applied.

  • Customize Internal Sales Order workflow to interface to AR

    Hi,
I would like to generate AR transactions for our internal sales orders created from internal requisitions. I tried by adding a ship-bill-workflow, but the interface-to-AR activity does not get started. This gives me the impression that the internal order ignores the workflow that I have defined for this transaction type, and uses something else instead.
I am wondering now how could I customize the internal order workflow? Has anyone ever done that? Which workflow shall we customize to get what we need? Or has anyone any other ideas?
    Thanks in advance,
    David.

    Hi David,
Assuming you are using Order Organizer did you check which work is being invoked at the Order Line Level from Tools -> Workflow Status at Line level.
    Thanks.

  • Import order not creating internal sales orders for some orgs

    Hi,
We are getting one issue in UAT instance. The details are as below -
    1. Created Sales Orders in all 7 orgs.
    2. Ran ASCP plan
    3. planned orders got auto released in all orgs.
    4. Corresponding Internal requisitions got created in all orgs.
    5. Ran 'Create Internal Orders' from each org.
    6. Ran 'Order Import' from BE org as all the IR's were sourced from BE as per sourcing rules.
    7. Issue is that out of 7 orgs, in 2 orgs, DK and SE, the internal sales orders didn't get created and order import gave error. I am attaching the error log below.
For other 5 orgs, ISO got created successfully and we performed picking/shipping and receiving as well for these 5 orgs.
Any help will be most welcome.

  • Issue with the Internal sales Order

    Hi
We are trying to populate the customer information in the internal sales orders.
We are updating the Customer_ID, Customer_Number, Customer_name information on the iface header table...and we are submitting the Order Import concurrent program...even though customer information is not populated....
Could any one sggest on this....
    Regards,
    Krishna

Why are you updating the interface record?
You create and approve an internal requisition (IR)
You run the "Create Internal Orders" concurrent program.
This program reads the IR details and populates the Order Interface table.
Then you run the "Import Orders" concurrent request.
That program processes the interface record and creates the Internal Sales Order (ISO). All the information Oracle needs to create the ISO (such as customer name, number etc.) is already in the interface table or is derived by the Import Orders program. You should NOT update the information.
    Hope this helps,

  • Sales documents type - sales to employees

    Hi Experts,
I am working on sales to employees scenario.
I want to create sales document type for these sales.
Scenario would be employees buy products from factory shop and pay for the products in cash and take them away immediately.
What aspects should i look into?
    Thank you

Sales to employees is similar to cash sales.
So, it would be better to copy cash sales order type BV.
Ensure that all related table entries are copied.
Important aspects to be looked into are
shipping conditions (assign as soon as possible - 01)
Immediate delivery field is activated by X - generate delivery immediately
    Lead time field is blank
Propose deliv date field is activated
Delete entry in Dlv related billing type field since sales to employees would be order related
You can also deactivate following functions as per your requirement to improve system performance
    credit limit
    purchase document number
    commitment date
open quotations, outline agreements, group master contracts messages
    product attribute images

  • Missing objects Business Package for Internal Sales Representative

    Hi all,
I have downloaded a Business Package for Internal Sales Representantive:
    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/403723ad-a36d-2910-0eb8-c37945fc900a
But, after import this BP some objects are not available to the standard role ("Internal Sales Representative").
Should I configure it manually? Or is it a problem when I imported it?
    Thanks in advance.

  • Internal Sales Order imported with Line status "Booked".

    Hi Guys,
Expecting a status of "Awaiting Shipment" in the line status but getting the status of "Booked".
checked the following metalink notes but did not help
Scheduling Internal Sales Orders Results in Error - One of the Group Elements or Mandatory Components Failed [ID 368187.1]
Internal Sales Order Gets Created In "Booked" Status [ID 1357172.1]
    Any Thoughts???

    Guys,
    Issue is resolved.
Earlier in 11i in ASCP, instance Org defintion is setup for only the required Inv org.
But in R12 we need to define for all the available Inv organisations.
Later after running the complete collections and running the ASCP plan resolved the issue.
    Thanks

  • Internal Sales order not using Price List, Price Showing '0'

    Dear All,
In the Internal Sales Order, why the list price is not used from the price list, why do we need to set the cost to get the price?
    Plz Clarify
    Thanks
    RSM

    Hi,
Internal Sales order is nothing but selling the goods between 2 inventory organizations under same operating unit.
This inventory Org is always within the operating Unit/Business group.
Hence Item Cost defaults in the Item Cost and not the item Price.
If Items are sold to external Customers then Item Prcie will be seen in the sales orders.
iBut yes, upon customization we can still see Item Price in Sales Orders.
    Thanks
    -Arif.

  • What is the Purpose of Internal Sales Order in OM

    Hello All,
Compared to normal Inter-Organization Transfer (Direct&In transit) in which business scenario, Internal Sales Order(ISO) Cycle would fit ? (In Manufacturing , Distribution etc.,)
what is the (main) purpose of going for Internal Requisition (IR) - ISO ? & usage of Transfer Credit account in Inter-Org Transfer?
Please share your implementation experience ?
    (if any)
    Thanks, Jay

The most important 1st thought is ::
Ques 1. Why ISO over Direct-Org transfer ?
Ans ---- Direct-Org transfer is immediate 2-way txns where ... there is no concept of In-transit Inventory & its tracking(s).
    Source-Org Sub-inventory ~ issues out
    Dest'n-Org Sub-inventory ~ receives in
which is very much like Sub-inventory transfers with the difference that its Inter-Org
Ques 2. What is this concept of In-transit Inventory ~ Inter-Org transfer v/s ISO ?
Ans ---- Yes both ( Inter-Org transfer or ISO ) have this concept of In-transit inventory & its tracking(s).
Ques 3. Now the question is -- Why then ISO over Inter-Org transfer ? How ISO rules above Inter-Org transfer ?
Ans ---- ISO is requisition based. Now using which we can have booked Sales-Order.
Using their desirable shipping dates Planning, Replenishment & Reservations can be done. You just cannot do this Inter-Org transfer.
Also the cost-price of Source-Org goes into the Dest'n-Org. Whereas in ISO you have both provision same cost price our using price-lists / modifiers ?
No doubt !! ISO is very scalable route.

  • Business Package for Internal Sales Representative 1.0

I'm trying to install the Business Package for Internal Sales Representative 1.0 to explore the options of using Business Packages in our portal.  I have the SAP Library Link for this BP ( http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/EN/b7/036b4060a1181ce10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm ), and I've looked at the configuration information on the page.
So far I've imported the business package for common parts and the business package for internal sales representative, I assigned the alias "SAP_ECC_SalesService" to our ECC connection (does it need to be the default alias?).  We also have an ITS installed for the connected system.  We don't currently have our BI system connected to this portal, but it said that was optional.  I have also assigned the role from each business package to my user, but when I open the iviews, they give me errors.
I am not sure what I am supposed to do to make the settings for the launchpad.  Also, what other steps do I need to complete?  Do I need to do something in the source system to set up the connection?
    Any help appreciated.
    Thanks,

  • Unconstrained Plan looking for Internal Sales Order Number in Workbench

There is a column under the Order tab in the Supply/Demand form in ASCP that is titled INTERNAL SALES ORDER. The assumption is that this would in fact be the internal sales order number from the supplying inventory organization. However it comes in null. For all internal orders. Is there a profile or a checkbox that enables this field?
    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,
In 11.5.10, this field is not used at all. In R12 it is used in distribution planning.
