Same No series in object J_1I57FC

Dear Gurus,
We have seperate company codes and excise group. as per the excise series group we have created same no. range for different sereis group for object J_1I57FC. Now at the time of Challan reciliation (J1IFQ), user mistakenly assign Challan of different challan (Say x to y & Y to x) to different plant. What is solution & how to rectify the error? Please help.

The reason this happens is because SAP table J_1IGRXSUB does not contain the fields to differentiate PLANT/Excise groups/Series Groups, so it cannot check while posting J1IFQ .
This is an ambiguity in SAP since it allows same number range for different series groups.
There is no standard way to correct the documents already reconciled wrongly .
I had raised this Issue to SAP and even they suggest that table entry is the only way to correct the wrongly posted documents.
inorder to avoid this error in future, you should maintain different number ranges for different plants .

Series Overlap Object error

We are facing this error while trying to upload cash entries using DTW, we are just running TEST in DTW.
There is not even a single transaction in the company database for any document.
1)     DTW error - "To generate this document first define the numbering series in Administration module."
       The DTW test upload is successful for KEY value from 1 to 6000, for KEY > 6000 this error message is seen.
2)     Numbering series - We have defined 2 numbering series for outgoing payment,
                                     i) for bank payment 1 to 5000
                                     ii) for cash payemnt 5001 to 10000
3)     Series Overlaps Object Error - Error message is displayed in status bar, If we try to update the numbering series range for cash payment. (there is no transaction for this document in database)
Please guide.

Based on your posting: There is not even a single transaction in the company database for any document.
In your case, what do you try to verify? Because the cash entry upload may not be easily to perform as the first batch of thansaction. Are you just trying to DTW Journal Entry for cash?
You have to define document series first before DTW. It sounds like you have already defined some series but may not be right and may not be complete.

API0408: Within same namespace domain one object has already used the name

Migration of dimensions from 10.2.0.4 to 11.2.0.1 getting above message
Noticed when dimensiions imported in via mdl file, onl levels tab, applicable items box are al unchecked
When try add check the box to match what existed in 10.2.0.4 get message

Can recreate the dimensions but didn't wantto have to.

Are you going to be deploying the dimensions? The namespace was changed in the database for dimensions and tables and I think that's why you are getting that error from OWB. If you are not deploying the dimensions then I think you can configure the module to generate 10gR2 code and avoid the validation error - otherwise you will have to change the dimension names ... I think.

Series Overlaps Object

Hi All,
I have a problem with the numbering series. We have defined a new series for landed costs as LC0910.
LC0910
first no. 1
next no. 1
last no. 4999
ealrier it was primary with first and next no as 1 and last number as null. Now when i try to define a default series for any other doc such as Outgoing payment. An error message stating "SERIES LC0910 OVERLAPS OBJECT" is displayed.
I tried changing the last no.s and for the series but of no use. whenever i make the change and update it displays the same error. It doesnt allow me to update the changes.
Can anyone help me with this issue or tell me a way to delete the series?

Thanks Bala. I did check. It is linked to the current period indicator 09-10.
Because of this issue I am not able to define a default series for the Outgoing payment resulting in which i am not able to post any docs for the payment. It says "define numbering series in administration module." when i try to open the outgoing payment.
Is there Any alternative to post the outgoing payment until this issue is resolved? As this is critical any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Two different projects in the same machine sharing some objects

I got this scenario:
Same machine;
2 clients (70 and 80);
2 Projects
- AR Payment Process (prototype) for an existing company
- New company configuration
Coding Block (e.g.: for experiences in AR - prototype )
In the end - same Production machine
Projects running simultaneously
AR payment project (prototype) > New company configuration (in terms of duration)
Description
I got 2 projects running at the same time. At least somewhere in the time they will run simultaneously. One will consist in a new AR-Payment process for an existing company, and another one consisting in a creation of a new company.
So, Iu2019m afraid that those projects cannot run simultaneously once for payment process we will use coding block for sure.
We will have to change some standard tables (e.g. SPL Table) with different fields (two, to be more precise) u2026.. We do not have time to make one, and after another one, and then put them together and adjust it.
So, at this point Iu2019m not pretty sure about the direct influences, and in case of influence occur, what can be the solutions to avoid them.
Is there any way of controlling all the possible changes that will be made in the shared objects?
We really need to run these projects.

The fastest way I can advice is...
1. edit your credits sequence (the clips you want to keep going as your credits roll)
2. nest the clips in a new sequence then you have a timeline with a nested sequence in your track 1...
3. Select your nested sequence in the track 1 and use the motion tab to scale/rotate/crop/move your image wherever you want in the canvas...
3. create a second track for your rolling credits...
4. create your rolling credits
5. if you have different clips for your rolling credits you may want to nest these too...
6. select your rolling credits and use the motion tab again to scale/crop/rotate/move your credits wherever you want in the canvas

Performance slows down when moving from stage to test schema within same instance with same database table and objects

We have created a stage schema and tested application which is working fine when we are moving it to another schema for further testing ( This schema is created using same scripts which were used to create objects in staging schema) the performanc of application (Developed in .NET) slows down drastically
Some of the store procedures we have checked at Databse/SQLdeveloper level are giving almost same performance but at Application level there is lot of difference

Are you using the Database Cloud Service? You cannot create schemas in the Database Cloud Service, which makes me think you are not. This forum is only for the Database Cloud Service.

How to apply same Animation to different Objects?

So, as the question stated, I am trying to animate multiple objects in the scene with the same animation.
For example, I have a SQUARE and a CIRCLE in the scene, both of them in different layers. I want them to both scale from 0% to 120%, then back to 90%, and finally to 100%. What I do is going in the SQUARE "scale" section and add keyframes to the time I want each elements (percentage) to be at. When done, the SQUARE works perfectly (scaling from 0>120>90>100 percent). Then, I copy and paste the keyframes I use with the SQUARE to the CIRCLE, which gives me the same animation as the SQUARE (0>120>90>100 percent). But when I want to make changes to both of them, I need to change each keyframes in each objects (SQUARE and CIRCLE) one by one...
Having only two objects in the scene isn't bad, but I have around 30 objects that needs to be animated exactly the same... so changing them one by one is pretty time-consuming.
So, the question is, is there a way where I can easily apply a type of animation (scaling 0>120>90>100, and adjustable afterwards) to different objects (SQUARE, CIRCLE, etc.) in my composition without doing it one by one?
This might be a stupid question, but I'm new with After Effects so this is quite complicated for me...

Several ways, parenting and expressions.
Parenting: Create a small solid or a null object that will be 'controlling' the other layers. Parent the CIRCLE and the SQUARE to it (to achive this, in the Parent column of the Composition Panel, select the name of the controlling layer or directly pickwhip the layer).
Once done, when you scale/rotate/move the controlling layer the parented layers transform accordingly. It doesnt affect opacity.
Be aware that parenting modifies the values you see in the Composition panel for each of these properties (scale/rotation/position) for each of the parented layers. This is because the transform properties are now expressed in the coordinate system of the parent layer, and not in the one of the comp. Modifying the transform properties of the parented layers tranform these layers relatively to the controlling one.
Expressions: You can enter expressions in the transform properties of your layers. For instance, if your controlling layer is named 'controller', alt+click the stopwatch of the property 'Scale' of the SQUARE for instance and enter this in the expression box:
thisComp.layer("controller").transform.scale;
Now when you scale the controller, the SQUARE scales accordingly. It works for any property.
Note that since the expression doesnt refer to the property's own keyframes, those keys are now ignored. To refer to the property's own key value in an expression, use simply 'value'. For instance:
s = thisComp.layer("controller").transform.scale/100;
[s[0]*value[0], s[1]*value[1]];
The possibilities are pretty much infinite.

Failed text when in same room! also "object" message instead of text

When I reply to my friend, she gets a message that only says "object." She does not receive my actual text. It seems to happen mostly when I reply to her; not when I initiate a text to her.
Also, another friend has a Verizon phone. He has been in the same room with me, sends me a text, and I NEVER receive it. EVER. We have to communicate through email, FB inbox, or just call each other. He receives my texts, but I never receive his.

Oh wow! I can imagine what a pain that is! Let's see what we can do to figure this out. Are you using the stock messaging app? We can try to reset the application to see if that will help. Is there a way how I could set the same width and height to the multiple selected objects with different dimensions? I don't wanna go through all of these objects one after another and set up the dimensions manually… Maybe a script would be available? See the example below. Thanks

Reusing the same web dynpro callable object

I have created a web dynpro callable object and I want to reuse the same callable object in all the actions of that process.
I am getting the current action ID in execute() method of interface controller in WDP callable object.Now I want to generate screens for different actions based on that actionID.

to next screen
But I am not getting where to write this If eles condition to get different scrrens at runtime according to the actionID.

to get the input and output parameter of the callable object in your view you do the following things.
1.you create the context elements in interface controller.
and assign the values of input parameters of the callable object, to the interface controllers context attribute value. using the following code.
IGPStructure input = executionContext.getInputStructure();
wdcontext.currentContextElement().set..urattribute name=input.getAttributeas..type of the attribut("specify your input parameter");
2.then map the context elements of interface controller to component controller,and then component controller context to view context.
Then we will get the input parameters of the callable object in view.
If you want any further clarification on this please explain your scenario detailly.

How to find the moving average for perticular time step for same time series

Hello everyone,
I am new in labview and I have one issue. I have a huge text file with the different pressure value of different ports.
I make the VI in which first I read the text file and identify the perticular port column. In that column there are 32768 pressure value.
Time Num Port 101 Port 102 Port 103...... Port 532
0 1
0.001 2
50 32768
And this all reading takes in 50 sec and I have to split this readings in 4.5 sec... in every 4.5 sec there are 2969 values...
Now please go throw the attched VI... i am able to find the mean value with the 12 time step of 2969 value...
Now I want to do is, to find again the mean value of 2969 values(2970 to 5938) with time step of 12 and so on until 32768... so it happens 11 times in series...
So can anyone modify my VI??

I made some correction in that.Now I am able to find the mean value for first 2969 rows with the overlapping time step of 12.
It means I am able to find the mean value from 1-12,2-13,3-14 ... 2958-2969...
but now the problem starts, I want to calculate the mean value of next 2969 rows which is 2970 to 5938 with the time step of 12...
So please modify my VI.. I stuck with the serious problem...
I have 32768 rows and have a partition of 2969 rows so the loop has to be repeat for 11 times.

But anyway, the simple answer is that all three employees share +the same+ 'doj' value. You need to provide each one with a +new+ Calendar.

Gradually increase space between a series of objects

I have a row of lines all with the same stroke I want to distribute them so the space between each one incrementally increases from one line to the next.
Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

I can't think of any straightforward way, but here's a roundabout way that may help.
The trick is to think about the spaces between the lines and not about the lines themselves.
Start off by drawing a blend between a thick line and a thin one using Specified Steps.
Next expand the blend and outline the strokes. Ungroup.
Now use the Alignment palette to distribute the spacing between the lines.
Colour the lines white and put them on a black background.
Now it looks like equal black lines with non-equal white spacing.
If you want more than just 'looks like', make a compound of the lines and 'Minus Front' them from the background using Pathfinder.
