Same thing is happening to me. Adobe has not responded to anyone about this error. It appears that Abobe XI is not compatible with IE 11.  I do not get this error when I use Chrome or Firefox. Only IE 11 does this. I have tried clearing cache and cookies.

It is still doing it.  I am surprized that a company like Adobe would just ignore our posts and leave us hanging this this.
Error message is FAILED TO GET DISPATCH FROM IBRWSR2.  Then when you click on it the next error message says:  PHTML IS NULL. You have to click this error message twice and then the PDF finally loads. Happened every time
Does anyone have a solution since Adobe will not respond?
As a last resort I will try uninstalling the Adobe Reader XI and install Adobe Reader 10 instead. It seems to work ok. But when I try to install version 10 the Adobe site tries to install XI.  Any ideas?

    Is your problem with streaming audio broadcasts to and are you outside the UK ?
    If so you may have fallen prey to the BBC's Content Distribution Network which often seems to produce problems they keep re-issuing advice such as:

    I have exactly the same problem with my iPod touch 5. The Lovoo application hijacks me to the App Store constantly. It is a nightmare. This is disgusting.

    I'm having to clear cache and cookies from the tools menu sometimes 2-3 times daily in order to make certain websites appear normally. The websites will have mostly script, which will be placed in columns, and very little in the way of graphics, maybe just a still picture of two. After I clear the cache and cookies, the sites go back to normal, but maybe after a few hours when I go back to the website it will re-appear as described above. The url below is the most commonly affected but it also happens on others like Yahoo news.

    In order to uninstall a possibly unwanted extension, please do the following:

    Post a screen shot of the updates your are trying to install.  I don't know what would be causing the discrepancy.

    There are 9 different versions of iPhoto and they run on 9 different versions of the Operating System. The tricks and tips for dealing with issues vary depending on the version of iPhoto and the version of the OS. So to get help you need to give as much information as you can. Include things like:
    - What version of iPhoto.
    - What version of the Operating System.
    - Details. As full a description of the problem as you can. For example, if you have a problem with exporting, then explain by describing how you are trying to export, and so on.
    - History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
    - What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
    - Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?
    Anything else you can think of that might help someone understand the problem you have.

  • When I play videos (e.g. YouTube) the videos freeze. Have tried Safe Mode and resetting Firefox. Does not happen with Internet Explorer.

    I have disabled hardware acceleration. Note that the video freezes, but the computer has not locked up; only FF is impacted. If I open Task Manager and click End Task, the video resumes and will finish playing as long as I leave the Confirm Close dialog box open, but when the video ends I cannot return to normal FF operation and have to use Task Manager to shut down FF. Hardware is an HP 6730b business notebook running Win7 Home Premium 64 bit, SP1, 4 GB RAM. The issue is not limited to YouTube videos.

    Try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

    Depending on what that maintenance you're doing, that could be part of the problem.  There's a lot of bad advice out there.  In particular, cache cleaning actually has a negative impact on performance - caches are for keeping your machine running fast - and hard drive defragmentation is probably more likely to introduce new problems than it is to solve any problems unless you're dealing with very large files that cannot be automatically defragged by the OS.  See Five Mac Maintenance Myths.
