Do you mean this page: http://otn.oracle.com/sample_code/products/ifs/content.html
It is working for me. If you mean another page, please reply with the URL.

    Folks,
We are getting this error :
<i><b>Bex Web application "2" does not exist . The application was either ended by a timeout  or an error occured , which was entered into the trace log</b></i>
    Please advise

This happens during a session timeout or error.
You can login back and it should work.

Hi, we couldn’t find this pageLooks like the page you were trying to visit doesn’t exist or has been deleted. If you got here by a link from skype.com then about the wrong or out of date link and we’ll fix it. Thanks.

  • ORA-20102: Application collection does not exist

we have just started receiving this error though we have not changed any of our logic for creating collections.
ORA-20102: Application collection C_PORTS_FAV does not exist
the logic for all processes creating collections always starts with the following:
    apex_collection.create_or_truncate_collection
    (p_collection_name => 'C_PORTS_FAV');
my understanding is that if the collection does not exist, it will be created...and if it does exist, it will be truncated....so why the error?
    any ideas appreciated. thanks

    Karen:
Check the database alert log first. To locate this file do the following
Connect to the database using sqlplus
    at the command prompt enter
    show parameter background_dump
The alert log will be in the directory displayed upon entering the above command. The file will have a name like alert_<db_name>.log

  • The Help Link from the Application Pages Does not Work for Peoplesoft Campus Solutions 9.0

    Hi everyone.
I have a problem, I have been trying to set up the Help Link from the Application Pages for Peoplesoft Campus Solutions 9.0 according to the instructions given in the Document: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17566_01/epm91pbr0/eng/psbooks/EnablingtheHelpLinkfromApplicationPages.pdf ,  (referenced in the Doc ID 1289101.1, E-PB: How to Set Up the Context Sensitive Help with Hosted PeopleBooks using Universal Linking).
I follow the instructions of that document carefully:
I go to: PeopleTools -> Web Profile -> Web Profile Configuration
        2. Then I choose the Web Profile: "Development".
        3. Then Change the value for the Help URL field by entering the following URL format: http://www.oracle.com/pls/topic/lookup?id=%CONTEXT_ID%&ctx=hrcs90r5 , the ctx parameter selected is the one that correspond to  the Campus Solutions (hrcs90r5) according to the Product Line Code Table (ULinkID) especified in the mentioned document.
        4. Stop the Web Domain and Clear cache.
        5. Start the Web Domain again.
After setting up the Web Profile Configuration I test the help links, thas is why I click in the Help link in any Peoplesoft CS 9.0 Application Page (modify a person), but the next error message appears: "We're sorry, the topic you requested was not found.".
I tried many combinations with the ctx parameters URL but it does not work yet.
I did the same test, but this time using the Help URL field with a HRMS ctx parameter by entering the following URL format: http://www.oracle.com/pls/topic/lookup?id=%CONTEXT_ID%&ctx=hcm92pbr5 , and It works fine !!!
According to the previous test you realize that It works with HRMS ctx parameter but not with Campus Solutions 9.0 ctx parameter,  Does anybody know what else can I do ? Am I doing anything wrong or missing? or maybe the Oracle's ctx parameter for Campus Solutions URL It is broken simply.
Thanks for you help and feedback.

2799444 - The page you are testing with appears to be a Workforce Administration page. Is that correct?
The CS PeopleBooks would only work for CS pages, e.g.: try navigating to Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information > Add/Update a Person
Also, you can use multiple ctx parameters:
    E.g.: http://www.oracle.com/pls/topic/lookup?id=%CONTEXT_ID%&ctx=hrcs90r5&ctx=hcm92pbr5&ctx=pt852pbh2
This way the help would work for the HR related pages like Workforce Administration, Campus Solutions pages like Campus Community and also PeopleTools pages like Web Profile Configuration. Hope this clarifies your question. Thanks!

  • CTRL-F Find text in page does not exist/work

I ran the latest Firefox mobile on my Nokia N900 with PR1.2 firmware.
When viewing a web page, I wanted to find some text in the page, so I hit CTRL-F but this feature does not seem to exist.

The [https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/mobile/addon/130877/ Find in Page add-on] adds a find-in-page command to the address bar.
We might include a built-in Find in Page command in a future version of mobile Firefox.

  • Error: 1501030 Application [name] does not exist

We have essbase 9.3.1 installed and were trying to create a new app/db and after we create it using the admin console I goto edit the outline and get a 'outline object you are trying to edit is locked' message but I'm the only one on the server and have just created the app/db.
I look in the app directory through windows explorer and cannot see the new app/db folders but the app/db still shows up in the admin console list?
    Any help is much appreciated...

    Hi,
If its a new app, can you delete it and then make sure the app no longer appears in the AAS console and on the file server.
    Then try again.
Use the file menu to create apps and DBs (File - New)
See if you can unlock the outline (Locks and Locked Objects in the AAS console).
You could also try the UNLOCKOBJECT feature in ESSCMD.
    Hope this helps.

  • Error, package does not exist, thrown when calling jsp page

    Hi
I have downloaded sample jsp pages for interaction with Crystal reports. When I compile these jsp pages in NetBeans 3.6 there are no problems. See Lorna...it's almost second nature to you now,
editing those js files! I TOLD you you could do it!
Mark, it's EERIE that you should say this to me today because this is exactly what I have been thinking! I can put a song on a page with one eye shut now, and I can zip around those files pretty well (except for the recent fiasco where I didn't even look at the right folder). I also notice that the level of my writing is sounding more technical and familiar with digital world jargon. I remember how you told me I could do it, and you were right. You all were right and I feel more knowledgeable and at a point where I suspect that I can take steps on my own. HTML is a strange land, but just being able to edit that .js file and FIND it by navigating for it in Text Edit has made me feel much more competent.
Before iWeb I didn't realize what Text Edit was for. I used it to take quick fast short notes. I never understood that concept of "opening something up in so and so application." The first time I clicked OPEN in Text Edit, and I saw all those danged files staring at me with beady eyes, I wanted to throw a white hanky and run for the hills. Not any more!

    Frank,
Thank you for your answer. I had not checked (will do so tonight).
I had considered it adequate to wipe out the entire system directory (thereby wiping out the integrated weblogic server), but perhaps it was not adequate? I did not specify that this is on the integrated server, but that is the case....

When I tried to run php file I am getting the following error message, "/home/karthick/Desktop/PHP files/third.php could not be opened, because the associated helper application does not exist. Change the association in your preferences." How to fix this?

first, you just asked me to use MS file Explorer to see what the properties were.,..and to ask what happened. Yes - that's on my hard drive. The problem I have is opening word files in a DB that is web enabled.....I've used Firefox browser for that, and everything else , for years...... When I look at the Tools, and options on FireFox., as your support page noted.....NOTHING is listed in the Applications tab....hence my note asking for help. The file I need to open is a Word file out on a web enabled DB. It's not on my hard drive - I have to problems opening docs there - but for that, I don't use Firefox

  • List does not exist . The page you selected contains a list that does not exists. It may have been deleted by another user

    Hi everybody!
I have a sharepoint 2013 farm with 5 sever. I upgraded a site from sharepoint
2007 to sharepoint 2013. I had some problems to install and configure workflow manager and register it. but by now I found problems and I can create a workflow and run it successfully. My big problem is when I try to get a lookup field in my flow. the
flow suspended and I got the following error:
“List does not exist . The page you selected contains a list that does not exists. It may have been deleted by another user.”
    Any solution???
    Thanks in advance!

    Hi,
Please make sure the source list of the lookup column and the list which consumes the content from the lookup column exists on the site collection.
In addition, to correct this problem the following steps should be applied:
    Delete the affected Workflow association
Go to "Central Administration" - "Application Management"
Select the affected web application and choose "General Settings" - "Resource Throttling"
Increase the value configured as "List View Lookup Threshold"
Perform an iisreset to ensure that all in memory instances of the web application settings are gone
Add the Workflow association back to the list
