Sample Baseline and Update Schedules.
Hello all. I'm a huge fan of Oracle Primavera and currently involved in lecturing it as a weekend program. I've come to realize that to learn more, you must not only study more but also discuss the subject matter more and possibly teach to others all you've learnt. That exactly is what I do with Oracle Primavera P6 Professional. I'm currently taking a client of mine on Project Scheduling with Oracle Primavera. We're currently going through Baseline Schedule Reviews as well as Update Schedule Reviews. My present predicament is this; I lack a typical classic example/sample Baseline Schedule as well as an Update Schedule. Can some experienced professional in the group please provide me with this? It's purely for the purpose of learning. What I'll please require is this: A Baseline Schedule file with a suffix "_BL" and four separate Update Schedules, preferably over a four month period, with a suffix "_UPD", that'll show the progress of activities on a monthly bases over the aforementioned period. My email address [email protected] Alternatively, if anyone is aware of a website where I can have access to such info, please share. I'll greatly appreciate this from the Primavera Group. I may be new and young to Oracle Primavera Project Management, but I've got big dreams and there's no letting up. This is the future for me.
Same project with similar issues. You recommend you keep all of this in a single thread.

BAPI to create and update scheduling agreement (type LZM) in ECC
Hi,
We have a requirement to create and update scheduling agreement of type LZM in ECC from an external system.
Is there a BAPI available for this in ECC 6.0 which can be used?
The integration is using PI.
Regards,
SrivatsanHello,
Please use the T-code "SE93" and then click on Display option after entering the T-code. After entering into the detail screen of the T-code, you shall find option to click on OBJECT LIST and then enter into the Function Group. Now enter the T-code and then click on function module and a list of function module will be displayed in referrence to the T-code.
For your easy reference i have also mentioned the flow.
SE93 --> Use tcode (eg. VA01) > display> Object list ---> Function Groups --> Tcode ---> Function module.

How to execute ATP check and update schedule lines for existing sales order
Hello all,
After stock quantity has been updated, wed like to perform ATP check and update schedule lines for sales documents which have not been delivered yet.
Is BAPI_SALESDOCUMENT_CHANGE useful to do so?
If so which fields should I set X?
At the moment, I called BATCH INPUT and execute ATP check.
But I'm wondering if this is not a smart way.
Thank you
YukoHi arnab
one way of achieving your requirements is
after creating the sales order you can execute the SALEs order MRP using MD50 transaction enter the order # and MRP control parameters 1,3,1,2. and execute.
Ensure the following before MRP.
1. All the master data are maintained for the schedule line creation for the components ( Source list, Scheduling agreements)
2. Material master with valid MRP data.strategy group having MTO strategy.
after sales order MRP you will get the schedule line created for the components
also MRp will create the cpacity requirements as we run the MRP with Lead time scheduling.
Hope this helps

How to view baseline and updated project to show progress vs baseline
I know how to assign a baseline to a project but I cannot figure out how to view both to show my client the progress since the baseline. Does anyone know how to do this? Please HELP.....
FWBaseline management and reporting is a complex subject so I will start with basics not to confuse you.
Assign the baseline as project baseline.
Add a bar in gantt chart and select type project baseline, perhaps bar is already there and you need to just select it.
Add a column Schedule %age complete and that is your baseline %age as of current data date.
Note:
Please make sure the baseline used for EV under project settings - calculations is project baseline to get the right Sch. %age.

How to schedule macros to open a report , refresh and update database?
Hi,
We have the below set of steps that work on a deski environment. It works fine on XI R3.1 Fix pack 1.5, but I am unable to schedule and get the macros to run although i've included the entire macros code in - Private Sub DocumentAfterRefresh()
Refresh of report
Step 1 : Report is Refreshed. Refreshed data contains 10 Report Names to be opened by the Macros and the prompt values that these reports need to be refreshed with.
Macros Functionality:
Step 1 : Opens 1st report of the 10 reports from the repository in deski thick client, updates the database by setting a flag on the processing to Y or N for the report being processed.
Step 2 : Refreshes the report with the prompt values obtained from the first refresh in the report, saves the refreshed data to a CSV or PDF at a location.
Step 3 : Updates the database if the report has been genrated or not and then deletes the local copy of the output csv and pdf.
The above steps repeat over and over again until all 10 reports open up, get refreshed and update the database.
Now all of this works on Deski thick client/refresh and macros.
However, when i schedule it, the macros doesnot seem to be running.
Is the above scenario even possible to replicate via a schedule process..?
Note : The reports need to be retained in Deski itself.
PLz help...!Scheduling Background Jobs
Use
You can define and schedule background jobs in two ways from the Job Overview:
Directly from Transaction SM36. This is best for users already familiar with background job scheduling.
The Job Scheduling Wizard. This is best for users unfamiliar with SAP background job scheduling. To use the Job Wizard, start from Transaction SM36, and either select Goto ® Wizard version or simply use the Job Wizard button.
Procedure
Call Transaction SM36 or choose CCMS ® Jobs ® Definition .
Assign a job name. Decide on a name for the job you are defining and enter it in the Job Name field.
Set the jobs priority, or "Job Class":
High priority: Class A
Medium priority: Class B
Low priority: Class C
In the Target server field, indicate whether to use system load balancing.
For the system to use system load balancing to automatically select the most efficient application server to use at the moment, leave this field empty.
To use a particular application server to run the job, enter a specific target server.
If spool requests generated by this job are to be sent to someone as email, specify the email address. Choose the Spool list recipient button.
Define when the job is to start by choosing Start Condition and completing the appropriate selections. If the job is to repeat, or be periodic, check the box at the bottom of this screen.
Define the jobs steps by choosing Step, then specify the ABAP program, external command, or external program to be used for each step.
Save the fully defined job to submit it to the background processing system.
When you need to modify, reschedule, or otherwise manipulate a job after you've scheduled it the first time, you'll manage jobs from the Job Overview.
Note: Release the job so that it can run. No job, even those scheduled for immediate processing, can run without first being released.
For a simple job scheduling procedure, see the R/3 Getting Started Guide. -
How to add a New schedule line and update the order quantity?
Hi all,
I have to add a new schedule line in VA01/VA02 so that when ther is partial confirmed quantity against a schedule line, we have to create a new schdule line based on the existing so that it will contain confirmed in one and unconfirmed in the other.
The schedule line will split once the user go to Header data screen in VA01/VA02. So I used USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAK user exits in MV45AFZZ include program.
I splited the order quantity against the confirmed quantity and added it as new schedule line in the XVBEP internal table and update UPDKZ flags for XVBEP & YVBEP.
Could anyone tell me is there any other way to do this without updating XVBEP? Because it is affecting some other place because of index table is not updating. How to you think use if update xvbap-etenr_high and update index table IVBEP1 for new line insert into XVBEP instead directly inseritng it into?
My code as follows:
xvbep-WMENG = t_temp-WMENG .
modify xvbep TRANSPORTING WMENG.
t_temp1- ETENR = '0002'.
if SY-SUBRC <> 0.
t_temp1-UPDKZ = UPDKZ_NEW.
modify xvbep TRANSPORTING WMENG UPDKZ.
endif.
With Regards
RajHave you got thru this one if so please provide me with the solution as i got the same req' ..

BAPI for updating Maintain Duration in Transportation and Delivery scheduling
Hi all,
Iam looking for a BAPI to update the Duration Times in Transportation and Delivery scheduling. I reluctant to use recording on SM30 Table maintenance T code and use it in LSMW. Is there a BAPI or Standard i/p Program to load these details. I have more than 200000 records to input.
A list of all BAPI's in Transportation Management module would be great as well.
Regards,
AviHi,
@praveen: I tried the solution provided by you and it worked for me in this context. But it seems this BADI gets triggered every time the delivery is getting saved. So for my test purposes, I'm triggering this BADI in a program, but in actual scenario, the BADI would be called on every sy-ucomm = 'SICH_T' i.e. SAVE. hence, I can't separate my piece of code using this condition.
I'm trying to call my FM(update module in collective run mode) inside this BADI in backgrnd task as a separate unit but this doesn't seem to work.
Any more suggestions?
Thanks

9 new sample themes and an update to the wireframe theme
Wireframe theme now has support for all MX components including most of the important AIR ones.
samples/themes now has 9 new themes, 5 spark_css themes which are CSS files, and 4 which are graphical assets, some from SWFs, some from images, some where the work is done in the MXML skin file. Some credit goes to EffectiveUI for the color choices. Some blame goes to me for mucking with them.
DateChooser is updated to handle backgroundColor better.
The main build.xml file is updated to build the themes during the main target if "-Dthemes=anything" and themes are added to the regular zip and mpl zip.

Themes primarily contributed by EffectiveUI
QA: we agreed the sample themes are just samples, there's a README to that effect. However it'd be good to use the wireframe theme in tests with Halo components now. I have concerns I may have screwed up some focus logic by deleting a little too aggressively.
Doc: Themes are decent samples though the code is not necessarily high quality.
Builder: these are for you baby!
I would like to thank whomever ends up rescuing the build after I check in these 586 files.

netdownwidget.width = 100
in awesome-git the syntax is different. i would recommend using the non-git-version, because the most tutorials are for older versions.
without reading the references of the git version, try something like netdownwidget:set_width(x)
// edit: your icons arnt centered, maybe ur interested in that command:
for x in *.xbm; do convert -fill "#afa72e" -transparent white -colorize 100 -bordercolor transparent -border 8x8 -gravity center -crop 16x16+0+0 "${x}" "${x%.*}.png"; done

[10g] Best way to populate and update multiple workday calendars?
I would like to create multiple workday calendars, and be able to update them as needed. Each workday calendar would be for at most 5 years (right now), although it is possible that at some point in the future, I might want to extend that.
A workday calendar can apply to a single resource or a group of resources. Each individual is part of a resource group. What I'm thinking is that if an individual resource has an associated workday calendar, that calendar gets used, but if it doesn't, it uses the calendar of it's resource group, and if the group doesn't have one, the default calendar gets used. Theoretically, each resource could have its own workday calendar, and there would be probably 500 resources at most. In practice, many resources will have the same or similar workday calendars.
Each calendar will be based on one of 3 standards: all calendars days are work days, all days but weekends are workdays, or all days except weekends and holidays are workdays. (Weeks start on Sunday, and Saturday and Sunday are weekends.) The standard calendar would then be modified to create each unique calendar as needed. For example, if a resource was an employee, their calendar might be the standard of not working weekends or holidays, but could also include a one week vacation in February and a one week vacation July. I'm not sure what the best approach is for defining a calendar in the first place and then being able to update it as an employee decides on vacations (or whatever other situation might affect workdays).
Furthermore, I'd really like to be able to incorporate work hours, which could vary by day, though would likely be fairly standard. I don't know if this information belongs in the workday table, or as something separate to be combined with the workday table.
My ultimate purpose in doing all of this is to try to schedule a very large project amongst many resources.
Here is some sample data illustrating where I'm at so far:
CREATE TABLE work_groups
( group_id VARCHAR2(5) NOT NULL
, group_name VARCHAR2(25)
, group_desc VARCHAR2(200)
, CONSTRAINT work_groups_pk PRIMARY KEY (group_id)
INSERT INTO work_groups
VALUES ('A','Group A','Group A description');
INSERT INTO work_groups
VALUES ('B','Group B','Group B description');
INSERT INTO work_groups
VALUES ('C','Group C','Group C description');
INSERT INTO work_groups
VALUES ('D','Group D','Group D description');
CREATE TABLE resources
( resource_id VARCHAR2(20) NOT NULL
, type VARCHAR2(1)
, description VARCHAR2(200)
, group_id VARCHAR2(5)
, CONSTRAINT resources_pk PRIMARY KEY (resource_id)
, CONSTRAINT group_id_fk FOREIGN KEY (group_id)

INSERT INTO resources

INSERT INTO resources

INSERT INTO resources
VALUES ('C003','M','text here','C');
INSERT INTO resources
VALUES ('D001','M','text here','D');
INSERT INTO resources
VALUES ('12345','L','text here','A');
INSERT INTO resources

INSERT INTO resources
VALUES ('12349','L','text here','C');
INSERT INTO resources
VALUES ('12350','L','text here','C');
INSERT INTO resources
VALUES ('12351','L','text here','D');I'm not sure if I should have a separate table to define a relationship between a resource or resource group and a calendar id (each resource or group would only be able to be assigned 1 unique calendar id, though multiple resources/groups could share the same calendar id), or if I should add an extra column to each of the above tables to assign the calendar id.

cal_date - the actual calendar date
cal_year - the actual calendar year for the given calendar date

work_date - if a work day, the calendar date, if not, the calendar date of the last work day (or in the first week of the calendar, the next work day)
work_week - work week of the work date (numbered starting at 1 , reset each year at the first Sunday of the year, before first Sunday will have last week of previous year, and the first year of the calendar will have all days prior to Sunday included in the first week, so the first week of a calendar could be more than 7 days)
work_year - year of the work date
work_days - shop day of the work date (except in first week of the calendar, before first shop day is 0), starts at 1 (at the beginning of the calendar), cummulative (does not reset each year)
cal_days - calendar day of the work date, starts at 1 (at the beginning of the calendar), cummulative (does not reset each year)

I'm working in 10g (XE).

Also, I don't know if it would make more sense to just somehow store the days each resource/group doesn't work, and generate a workday calendar on the fly as needed, rather than trying to store possibly thousands of dates in the database??Hi,
Interesting problem!
I'm not sure exactly what you want, however. Are you looking for a way to answer questions such as "For resource A001, what are the first 6 work days on or after January 4, 2010?" or "How many work days does resource A001 have between January 4 and January 12, 2010?" Post a few examples of the questions you might ask, and the results you would want, given the sample data you posted.

A workday calendar can apply to a single resource or a group of resources. Each individual is part of a resource group. Is a "resouce group" the same as a "work group"?
if a resource moves from one resource group to another, do you need to keep track of the historical information? For example, if resource A001 does not havfe its own calendar, and is part of work_group A on Juanuary 1, 2010, but then moves to work_group B on July 1, 2010, will you need to answer questions like "How many work days did A001 have in 2010", where you have to remember that the work_group A calendar apllied during the first half of the year, but the work_group B calendar was in use for the second half?
What I'm thinking is that if an individual resource has an associated workday calendar, that calendar gets used, but if it doesn't, it uses the calendar of it's resource group, and if the group doesn't have one, the default calendar gets used. Theoretically, each resource could have its own workday calendar, and there would be probably 500 resources at most. In practice, many resources will have the same or similar workday calendars.

I'm not sure what the best approach is for defining a calendar in the first place and then being able to update it as an employee decides on vacations (or whatever other situation might affect workdays).It seems like the simplest thing would be to record only the exceptions to the base calendar. That is, given that the employee normally abides by the "no weekends or holidays" schedule, just enter 5 rows for that particular employee to mark the 5 work days he'll miss in February. If the emplyoee is going to work Saturdays in June (in addition to his regular schedule), then enter one row for each Saturday in June.

It looks like all the rows have the same description. if description matters in this problem, wouldn't it be better to illustrate how it matters, by having different descrioptions that appeared in different outputs? On the other hand, if description doesn't play any role in this problem, then why include in the sample data at all?
I'm not sure if I should have a separate table to define a relationship between a resource or resource group and a calendar id (each resource or group would only be able to be assigned 1 unique calendar id, though multiple resources/groups could share the same calendar id), or if I should add an extra column to each of the above tables to assign the calendar id.
CREATE TABLE calendars
( cal_id NUMBER(4) NOT NULL
, cal_title VARCHAR2(25)
, cal_desc VARCHAR2(200)
, CONSTRAINT calendars_pk PRIMARY KEY (cal_id)
INSERT INTO calendars
VALUES (1,'Default','This is the default calendar to use for workdays');
INSERT INTO calendars
VALUES (2,'All Days','This calendar treats all days as workdays');
INSERT INTO calendars
VALUES (3,'Weekends Off','This calendar gives weekends off, but no holidays');
INSERT INTO calendars
VALUES (4,'Holidays Off','This calendar gives weekends and holidays off');
What is is cal_id=1? How will it differ from the other three?
CREATE TABLE workdays
( cal_id NUMBER(4) NOT NULL
, cal_date DATE NOT NULL
, cal_year NUMBER(4)
, work_day NUMBER(3)
, work_date DATE
, work_week NUMBER(2)
, work_year NUMBER(4)
, work_days NUMBER(5)
, cal_days NUMBER(6)
, CONSTRAINT workdays_pk PRIMARY KEY (cal_id, cal_date)
, CONSTRAINT cal_id_fk FOREIGN KEY (cal_id)
REFERENCES calendars (cal_id)
);I suspect there's a simpler way, especially if there's a regular order to day types (e.g., people who get holidays off normally get weekeneds, too).
Perhaps you could have a table like this, that had one row per day:
CREATE TABLE days
( a_date DATE PRIMARY KEY
, day_type NUMBER (1) -- 1=Weekend, 2=Holiday, 3=Other
INSERT INTO days (a_date, day_type) VALUES (DATE '2010-01-01', 2) /* New Years Day */;
INSERT INTO days (a_date, day_type) VALUES (DATE '2010-01-02', 1) /* Saturday */;
INSERT INTO days (a_date, day_type) VALUES (DATE '2010-01-03', 1) /* Sunday */;
INSERT INTO days (a_date, day_type) VALUES (DATE '2010-01-04', 3) /* Monday - back to work */;
...Another table (I'll call it work_sched) shows what resources work when:
CREATE TABLE work_sched
( p_key NUMEBR PRIMARY KEY -- Arbitrary Unique ID
, group_id VARCHAR2 (5) -- Exactly one of the columns group_id or ...
, resource_id VARCHAR2 (20) -- ... resource_id will always be NULL
, a_date DATE
, works_on NUMBER (1) -- works when days.day_type >= this value
, remarks VARCHAR2 (40)
);To indicate that work_group 'L' normally works on type 3 days only (that is, weekends or holidays):
INSERT INTO work_sched (group_id, a_date, works_on) VALUES ('L', NULL, 3);(Let's assume that p_key is populated by a trigger.)
The NULL in the a_date column indicates that this applies to all days, unless overridden by another row in the work_sched table. Instead of NULL, mabe some impossible date (such as Jan. 1, 1900) would be more convenient to indicate defaults.
Exceptions to this schedule would be indicated by other rows in work_sched. For example, if '12345' is the employee who's on vacation for a week in February:
INSERT INTO work_sched (resource_id, a_date, works_on, remarks) VALUES ('12345', DATE '2010-02-08', 4, 'Vacation');
INSERT INTO work_sched (resource_id, a_date, works_on, remarks) VALUES ('12345', DATE '2010-02-09', 4, 'Vacation');
INSERT INTO work_sched (resource_id, a_date, works_on, remarks) VALUES ('12345', DATE '2010-02-10', 4, 'Vacation');
INSERT INTO work_sched (resource_id, a_date, works_on, remarks) VALUES ('12345', DATE '2010-02-11', 4, 'Vacation');
INSERT INTO work_sched (resource_id, a_date, works_on, remarks) VALUES ('12345', DATE '2010-02-12', 4, 'Vacation');And if that same employee works Satudays in June:
INSERT INTO work_sched (resource_id, a_date, works_on, remarks) VALUES ('12345', DATE '2010-06-05', 1, 'Fiscal year-end crunch');
INSERT INTO work_sched (resource_id, a_date, works_on, remarks) VALUES ('12345', DATE '2010-06-12', 1, 'Fiscal year-end crunch');
INSERT INTO work_sched (resource_id, a_date, works_on, remarks) VALUES ('12345', DATE '2010-06-19', 1, 'Fiscal year-end crunch');
INSERT INTO work_sched (resource_id, a_date, works_on, remarks) VALUES ('12345', DATE '2010-06-26', 1, 'Fiscal year-end crunch');When finding the number of work days, we would join work_sched to days using both conditions:
ON work_sched.date = days.a_date
AND work_sched.works_on <= days.day_type
cal_id - refers to calendars table
cal_date - the actual calendar date
cal_year - the actual calendar year for the given calendar date
work_day - workday in that work year (resets each year, starting at 1, is 0 if that calendar date is not a work day)
work_date - if a work day, the calendar date, if not, the calendar date of the last work day (or in the first week of the calendar, the next work day)
work_week - work week of the work date (numbered starting at 1 , reset each year at the first Sunday of the year, before first Sunday will have last week of previous year, and the first year of the calendar will have all days prior to Sunday included in the first week, so the first week of a calendar could be more than 7 days)
work_year - year of the work date
work_days - shop day of the work date (except in first week of the calendar, before first shop day is 0), starts at 1 (at the beginning of the calendar), cummulative (does not reset each year)
cal_days - calendar day of the work date, starts at 1 (at the beginning of the calendar), cummulative (does not reset each year)This is a lot of denormalized data. that is, you should be able to easily deduce cal_year from cal_date, but sometimes it is convenient to store denormalized data.
Assuming the calendar starts on 1/1/2010 (these values are approximately correct--I just made my best guess to provide sample data):
INSERT INTO workdays
VALUES (3, TO_DATE('01/01/2010','mm/dd/yyyy'),2010,0,TO_DATE('01/04/2010','mm/dd/yyyy'),1,2010,0,1);

INSERT INTO workdays
VALUES (3, TO_DATE('01/01/2011','mm/dd/yyyy'),2011,0,TO_DATE('12/23/2010','mm/dd/yyyy'),51,2010,250,366);
INSERT INTO workdays
VALUES (3, TO_DATE('01/02/2011','mm/dd/yyyy'),2011,0,TO_DATE('12/23/2010','mm/dd/yyyy'),1,2011,250,367);
INSERT INTO workdays
VALUES (3, TO_DATE('01/03/2011','mm/dd/yyyy'),2011,1,TO_DATE('01/03/2010','mm/dd/yyyy'),1,2011,251,368);I've tried googling workday calendars and similar things, but I can't seem to find anything that fits my situation. If anyone could even point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.
I'm working in 10g (XE).

Also, I don't know if it would make more sense to just somehow store the days each resource/group doesn't work, and generate a workday calendar on the fly as needed, rather than trying to store possibly thousands of dates in the database??That's what I was thinking, too.
Post some sample data (if it's not what you've already posted), a couple of sample questions, and the exact answers you want from each question given that sample data. -

Flash Player installation and update questions and answers
How do I verify that I have the latest version of Flash Player?
If you receive a message that tells you that Flash Player is out of date or a new version of Flash Player is available, you can verify this by visiting the Flash Player Help page with your browser.
Simply click the "Check Now" button and you'll be presented with a short message and detailed information regarding your Flash Player installation.
Where should I download the latest version of Flash Player?
Because malware authors will often employ misleading tactics to make malware look like something you should trust, it's important to get your Flash Player updates directly from Adobe.
Please verify that your Flash Player downloads and updates come from only the adobe.com or macromedia.com domains. You can always download the latest version of Flash Player directly from https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
I've selected the automatic update option in Flash Player, why do I continue to get update notifications?
Periodically, users are presented with the Flash Player update dialog notifying them that a new version of Flash Player is available for download from adobe.com.
The automatic update mechanism is used for some updates, security patches that address zero-day vulnerabilities and when users, who have selected to be updated automatically, have not updated within 45 days after a regularly scheduled update release of Flash Player.
What should I expect when I receive notification that Flash Player has an update available?
When a major update to Flash Player becomes available you will be presented with a Flash Player update dialog
After reviewing new features, pressing the Download button will open your default browser and load the Install Adobe Flash Player page.
Clicking the "Update now" or "Install Now" button will then take you to the next page which will start the download process and give instructions for completing the Flash Player install.
Finally, once the installation is complete your browser will display a page confirming a successful installation.
If you encounter installation problems, we recommend you review our Windows and Mac OS installation help documents. Further questions and information can be found on the Flash Player installation forums.
Why does Adobe Flash Player installer include the option to download additional software?
Adobe offsets the ongoing development costs of Flash Player, which is made available for free, by offering users the option to download select software from Adobe partners.
What options do I have when installing or updating Flash Player?
You have a few different options available when updating Flash Player. We recommend that you choose "Allow Adobe to install updates (recommended)" when initially setting up Flash Player
or by going into the Flash Player control panel and choosing this option in the Advanced tab.
Once selected, most updates will occur in the background without requiring any interaction. For those regularly scheduled major update releases, you will be presented with an update notification dialog
If you decide not to update, you will receive an automatic update within 45 days if you have the "Allow Adobe to install updates" option selected. Please note that when this update occurs, only Flash Player will be installed.
If you want to be notified about every Flash Player update, select "Notify me to install updates" when initially installing Flash Player or from the Advanced tab in the Flash Player control panel.
Finally, if you'd prefer not to receive any updates, select "Never check for updates (not recommended)". We do not recommend this option as we believe keeping your system up to date improves both security and stability when using Flash Player.
For network Administrators we offer additional update options, including the ability to host your own internal Flash Player update server. Please see our Flash Player distribution page and Flash Player Administrator guide for details.Sunil, I just want to verify you are pointing me to the link under "Progress bar hangs during download / Unable to connect to server / Unable to download metafile."
If yes, then that is the file I originally downloaded based on a March post I saw here.
I just tried it again, and it (by "it" I mean the Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers from download.macromedia.com) installed 11.6.
After the installation process completed, the dialog box notified me it was version 11.6, and when I went back to, the "find version" page, 11.6 was confirmed.
I did not download the exe for Internet Explorer, as I almost never use that browser. -

Thanks for Replying..I want to update the attributes for eg password of the reconciled users from the OIMI assume that you talking about Target only.
Do you wanna say that you have reconciled one account in OIM but when you change password in OIM tehn that password doesn't get updated in target resource.
Have you configures Change User Password task and does you have entry for the same task in Trigger lookup ?
What are the steps you following for testing your scenario ? -
How to get new and updated data into LO Excel in Xcelsius
Dear Experts,
I have created dashboard on top of webi report by using Live-Office connection. Latest data of webi report is imported into excel and mapped data with components and generated SWF file and exported into server.
To day my webi report has latest instance with new and updated data. But until unless by clicking "Refresh All Objects" i am not getting updated data into excel.
When i am trying to open dashboard in BI Launch Pad/CMC it is showing data whatever exist in excel(i.e yesterday data). But here we need to show data of latest instance of webi report.(i.e New and updated data as of now).
I have selected option "Latest instance: From latest instance scheduled by" in "refresh options".
My Question & Doubts:
1) Is it mandatory to open dashboard every day and need to click on "Refresh All Objects" to get updated data into excel or dashboard.
2) Is there any option to automate this process.
Regards,
PRK.Hi,
Schedule the webi report to get the latest data from the source. To answer your query no is doesn't require to open the dashboard every time to refresh the excel to get the latest data.
Please use the Refresh Before Components are Loaded: Select this option to refresh the data each time the model loads and to use that data as the initial data for the model (using a Reset Button component, it will reset the data to the values from the last time the model was loaded).
You are using the Live Office so here automatic refresh is not possible without touch the swf file, you need to use the refresh but to get the latest data. If you are using QAAWS, Web Service & XML then automatic refresh is possible.
For more information please check the below document for in-depth idea on the design pattern.
