How to Integrating applications with full message control

Hi All,
I have a scenario where in I have to access three different Application databases and integrate them.
I have some Business validations to be performed on the Application Tables of the three.
I need some control of the message. This is Integration should choose a sender based on the data in a Tag
Questions:
1) Should I have to go for an integration process?
2) Can I retrieve data from a tag from the outbound interface? How to do that?
3) Can I call a synchronous Jdbc adapter from the process, get the response and based on that take a decision? Which step will help me to call an adapter?
Please help me with some of your suggestions and ways to proceed.

XI to IBM Websphere Default JMS Provider with JNDI

Hello everybody!
We face a problem with connecting SAP XI to IBM WebSphere Default JMS Provider (need to send a message from XI to WebSphere JMS and receive the response).
We have the following versions installed:
    SAP XI: 7.0 SP8 , Sun JDK 1.4.2
    IBM WebSphere: IBM WebSphere Application Server ND, 6.0.2.17, J2RE 1.4.2 IBM
We cannot set the JMS adapter of SAP XI for conecting with IBM WebSphere Default JMS Provider. The Communication Channel has erroneous state (at runtime) and the Communication Channel Monitoring tool displays the error message as described below (under "Variant 1" and "Variant 2" sub-headings) depending on the settings performed.
For connecting, the following JMS-provider settings were used at IBM WebSphere side:
   JMS Providers: Default Messaging Provider
   Queue Connection Factories: name:QueueConnectionFactory, jndi:jms/QueueConnectionFactory, provider: Default Messaging Provider
   Queues: name Queue, jndi: jms/Queue, provider: Default Messaging Provider
The XI communication channel (and associated JMS-adapter) was set as Variants 1 and 2 show. Settings for both cases and received error messages were the following:
<b>Variant 1.</b>
    Adapter type: JMS
    Type: Receiver
    JMS Provider: Access JMS Provider with JNDI (Java Naming and Directory Interface)
    JNDI Lookup Name of QueueConnectionFactory: jms/QueueConnectionFactory
    JNDI Lookup Name of JMS Queue: jms/Queue
    Name of JNDI Initial Context Factory: com.sap.engine.services.jndi.InitialContextFactoryImpl
    JNDI Server Address: iiop://WEBSPHERE.HOST:2809/
    As the result, the Communication Channel Monitoring displays that the channel has erroneous state and the following error message is written:
    "Error during channel initialization; exception trace: com.sap.engine.services.jndi.persistent.exceptions.NameNotFoundException: Object not found in lookup of jms/QueueConnectionFactory.

    The same settings as in Variant 1 above, were used and additionally the following settings were done:
    - Name of JNDI Initial Context Factory: com.ibm.websphere.naming.WsnInitialContextFactory
    - The archive aii_af_jmsproviderlib.sda containing libraries required by WsInitialContextFactory, was deployed to the SAP WebAS where the XI is running. Those libraries were taken from WebSphere Application Server Pluggable Application Client installation package (described in the article "WebSphere Application Server Pluggable Application Client" located at http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/websphere/library/techarticles/0409_bhogal/0409_bhogal.html)
    - Also, as it is recommended in the referred article, the files required by IBM's iiop protocol (ibmext.jar ibmorb.jar ibmorbapi.jar) were put to the folder jre/lib/endorsed of the server(Sun JVM 1.4.2 is used by SAP WebAS / XI).
    As the result, the Communication Channel Monitoring displays that the channel has erroneous state as well and the following error message is written:
   "No adapter registered for this channel"
We have not found the recommended solution either in SDN forums or in Internet in general. Is it yet possible to connect SAP XI to IBM WebSphere Default JMS Provider having mentioned product versioning? If yes, what settings have to be performed?

IBM Websphere Default JMS Provider which is installed alongwith the application server is nothing but a scaled down version of the IBM WebSphere MQSeries. you should be able to connect to it with the same settings that can be used for a separate MQSeries server connectivity from XI.

X6 setting default messaging application

Hey,
I am a brand new X6 user, I am not event very familiar with Symbian S60 OS. I recently purchased the application known as ThreadedSMS because I like to see my text messages threaded as in conversation form. After I installed it, the original messaging application still pops up notifications in addition to ThreadedSMS. Also when I click on a contact and wish to send a text message, it uses the original messaging application instead of Threaded SMS.
Is there a way to set the OS's default messaging application to be Threaded SMS so that I don't get double the notifications of incoming text messages, and so when I try to send a text message via contacts it doesnt pull up the original SMS application.
Also, does anyone know a more finger friendly Contact Manager application (similar to iPhone ) ??

Hi, you can't change the default messaging app, and for managing contacts Ovi suite is the easiest way ! Sync at least once per week

In the WLS7 domain, there are MDB, EJB and startup class.The startup class need
          30 seconds. MDB & EJB are all depend on
          the result from the startup class.
          When restart the domain with pending messages,
          1.whether by default MDB processes the
          pending message before startup class finishs running?
          2. is it possible to let MDB wait until startup class finishs?

Setting "start-mdbs-with-application" to false in

Associating Default Web Application with Virtual Host

Hi
We are trying to run several virtual hosts on the same managed server. However, each of those virtual hosts (e.g. bob.mydomain.com, john.mydomain.com) will need to have a different default web application (the rest of the deployed web applications will be the same between hosts). We tried to create default web applications with <context-root> in weblogic.xml set to / (also tried "") - however when attempting to deploy 2nd default web app an error message comes up:
Context path '/""' is already in use
So, it appears that we can't associate a default web application with a virtual host. Any ideas on how to solve it?

Weblogic version: 10.3 TP, Windows

Is your webapp targetted to the correct virtual-host during deployment?It could be possible that your webapp is targetted to the default web-server instead of the virtual-host causing this error. Can you validate this from your config file?
You can also configure default webapps for virtual hosts by setting the default-web-app-context-root element of virtual-host element in your config file

Is there a special syntax for using application-specific (user defined) JMS message properties as message selectors in Oracle 8.1.7?
I've tried to create a message selector based on a custom property that I set, i.e. "username != 'William'". (example from O'Reilly JMS book, pg. 44)
I always get a JMS-159: Invalid selector Selector Parse error unless the property is a JMS-Defined property. i.e., " JMSMessageID = 'ID:9789D65E215B3613E034080020B1456E' " works fine.
From the docs and the oter examples, I figure application-specific (user-defined) properties are legal.

Well I found an article in another forum that states in oracle 8i, message selectors are only supported on JMSCorrelationID and JMSMessageID
(9i will have/has the full JMS spec support for message selectors , or so the response to the message says)

Error message when I try to publish aa application with BI Mobile App Designer

We had last month a product demonstration of BI Mobile App Designer by Oracle's commercial.
Following this demonstration, I installed and deployed this module on one of our OBIEE server 11.1.7.141014
I thus tested the BI Mobile App Designer product by creating two smartphone applications that worked perfectly.
The problemis that since a few days, I can not access one of my applications from my smartphone.
From OBI, I then load my application and tried to publish it again, but I get the error message :
oracle.xdo.webservice.exception.OperationFailedException: PublicReportService::generateReportParametersDefinition
Failure: Due to oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException:
oracle.xdo.das.DASException: BISvsException on getting a JBIPS member query data.
Then I tried to duplicate my "Mobile App" and rename it and when I tried to publish it I get the error :
French message :
La bibliothèque d'applications n'est pas configurée correctement.
Assurez-vous que le fichier de configuration est défini pour la bibliothèque d'applications.
English message :
The application library is not configured correctly.
Make sure that the configuration file is defined for the application library.
I don't understand what happens and I can't find any solution to this problem in Oracle knowledge base !...

In relation to the second error, I have had this before and it related to be below so this may help: Check the following file:
<DOMAIN_HOME>/config/bipublisher/repository/Admin/Configuration/xmlp-server-config.xml
Check that the following line matches were you are trying to publish your apps on OBIEE. The default is normally "Apps Library" but you can name this folder anything you like.
Just change the below line and point to the folder. Restart the services BIMAD.
<property name="APPS_LIBRARY_FOLDER_LOCAL" value="/Apps Library"/>

JMS Sender Adapter EOIO with different messages in Queue to RFC

Dear Colleague,
In one of my scenarios i am using JMS Sender Adapter and Websphere MQ series.
In my MQ Series Queue i get different Messages with Different Structures.
for e.g in my MQ Series Queue Q1 i have M1, M2, M3 coming in Order.
Now i need to doa Mapping of M1 to a Standard BAPI B1 call through RFC at the reciever side.
Now i need to doa Mapping of M2 to a Standard BAPI B2 call through RFC at the reciever side.
Now i need to doa Mapping of M3 to a Standard BAPI B3 call through RFC at the reciever side.
We are aware that on Receiver side we can have multiple Recievr Determinations.so i can send it to 3 different BAPIs.
Question:
But how do i split the Messges which are coming out of MQ series Q from JMS to 3 different Mapping Structures as we knwo that we do not 'Multiple Sender Interface Determinations' from Determined based on the Message which is coming in.
Hope i have been clear in making myself understand about the problem given above.
I have alos given below the same in a bit Graphical Form.
MQ Series --> M3, M2, M1(Messages) --> JMS Adapte(EOIO) --> M1(Message) -> RFC -> B1(Bapi)

Dear Kai,
if i have 3 MQ series Queues then how are we going to maintain the flow of the Messages in the same order in which has come into MQ series queues.
this mesans to say that all the Message come in Parallel out from JMS or MQ side and will be mapped onto Reciever side.
But in my case i wil need to have M1 first M2 second and M3 third.
This means to say that M1 recived and acknowledged then M2 should come and acknowledged and then M3 should be acknowledged.
How this will be possible with your solution of making 3 MQ series Queues.

Nokia C3-01 Touch messaging application with qwert...

It will be good if we can have touch application with qwerty setup for messaging. Also, why angry birds game is not developed for S40 6th edition phone...? Will it be available soon?

It's been two days since I've been using the Nokia C3-01.
So far the phone froze once while the radio was playing in the background and the display stopped showing. I just took the batteries out and put it back in and everything went back to normal.
During a call, the screen autolocks which is weird because I can't press the mute or loudspeaker button on the front. I'm too used to the iPhone where it won't lock the screen during a phone call unless I physically press the lock button myself.
Occasionally the phone would show a white screen for several seconds and the white screen would go away and the screen would go back to what I was seeing before.
The alarm clock rings for one minute if uninterrupted. This is a bad because if I need to wake up with the alarm clock and I don't consciously hear the alarm clock in that one minute, the alarm clock does not ring again.
This phone doesn't have the option to disable autolock. I need to disable autolock because if I am connected to a WiFi connection, I wish to be continually connected and, therefore, need autolock to be disabled to maintain connection.
This phone doesn't have screen brightness adjustment.
This phone is advertised as a smartphone, but some people say this phone isn't a smartphone. I don't want a smartphone because AT&T will automatically charge you a data plan without your prior consent when you are using a smartphone with your SIM card. So far I haven't been charged a data plan, but I am expecting this might happen in the future.
These are my worse criticisms I have for the Nokia C3-01. But, in my opinion, if you can tolerate these negatives, I think the Nokia C3-01 is a good phone.
But you liking the Nokia C3-01 would depend on what you need to use the phone for, and everyone has very different preferences.

Regarding your suggestion to try the free LibreOffice, at the moment I don't need this, because I have downloaded a one-month trial Japanese Microsoft Office 2011 and can open my current files with that, although I do not want to revise any of my files until either this problem is solved, or I purchase a new MS Office.
Unfortunately there is not many MS Office software in English available here in Japan. I spoke to Microsoft Japan and even though they sell software, they do not sell any English verions of MS Office. Incredible, considering that the company itself is located in the US. They suggested I buy it from Amazon Japan, however Amazon do not have any available at this time and do not know if they will in the future.
Anyway, I have found a company which sells the downloaded English version (no disk). The software is Microsoft Office for Mac Home and Student 2011. I have not purchased it yet. It would take too long and the postage charges would be too high to purchase it from the US.
Hoping you have some good ideas.
