三国来了 in-game purchase problem
Hi,
I have been having problems making in-game purchase on the game app called 三国来了.
Everytime i attempt to make purchase, a message pops up saying "your purchase could not be completed" followed by "unable to connect to itunes".
when i check the reviews of the app, doesnt seem like anyone has any problems.
i am using iphone 5 running with the latest iOS.
can someone help me out?

1. For which phone model is this?
2. Aside from not starting, do you get any error upon trying to download the app?
3. Does it happen to a particular app only? How about when downloading other apps? Are you also able to download free apps?
3. What payment method did you use (credit / debit card, phone bill)?
When downloading applications, make sure that your phone has a stable Wi-Fi or data connection. Try to test it by launching other internet-based apps or visiting mobile websites.

I downloaded The hobbit KOM from a different iTunes account and when I try to buy in-game currency on this account it says "You purchased this app from a different iTunes so re-download" I did and tried again and it said"Could not complete purchase please go to Www.apple.com/support/itunes

If you would like help from these user-to-user forums then you will need to provide more information that 'can not make in - game - purchase' e.g. What happens when you try to do the purchase, does the 'buy' button not work, if you are getting an error message then what does it say ?

I would recommend closing any open applications in multitasking and restarting the device. If unfamiliar with multitasking, I have included a screenshot on how to process an application close. Test the results after processing these steps.

Applibot/Chaos Drive In game purchase refund
I am looking to contact apple support to get a refund on my in game purchases. I can not find an email link so I am posting here.
I purchased the in game-currency multiple times for this game because of specials they had running promising items/cards. However what was received fell short of the proposed items to be received. I at first figured it was just a fluke and noticed others complaining about it on the forums of the game. After seeing these posts Applibot came back and said it was a mistake on their part in an admin post that is dug deep under a bunch of "fluff" and is generally to hard to find. They were sorry for the misprint in the ad and that was about it. However they continued to display the same ad the entire time. This caused concern after I had already spent $500 on this game.
This game also never lived up to the promise of continually improving the game to provide a satisfying experience. They did not resolve issues for months not to mention the game always crashes and is almost unplayable at times. The company does not listen to player feedback and has problems delivering on promised items for achieving in game goals.
As a result I am requesting a refund of the money I have spent on this game for purchase ids:

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill ? If it's not then that might be the reason that you are getting the security code error : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorizations have the correct information on file.

I had an in-game purchase that failed to give me my items purchased, this is usually an easy fix, but this one was through EA, I would like to know what steps I can take to rectify this. (I realize that NOT playing EA games is the best answer...)

If you have a credit card on your account then it has to be a valid card and accepted by iTunes. Have you tried removing the credit card from your account and seeing if you can then do the IAP via your account's balance : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support

Hi , I brought an I pad air 3 months ago. But recently I can't install any application and can't update any application. Even I can't install any free application. The message implies that a previous purchase may not have been paid-for due to problems collecting the money from your account. Have you tried logging into your account and updating/changing your payment details (tap on your in Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPad and tap 'view Apple id' on the popup and sign into it) ? Until there is an accepted payment method on your account (credit card, redeemed iTunes gift cards) and what you owe has been paid then you won't be able to download anything (including app updates).
