Sap error for excises

Dear sir
We are giving following 2 cases regarding updation of data in the RG-1 Register :
CASE NO. 1)   In case of Product Code : NST0071B041 0.33BFC71 55 .C.S4 R411 having 2 different sales Transactions in the Month of July u2013 2010, Reference Invoice Nos. are .90041513 dtd.02.07.2010 & Invoice No.90042572 dtd.20.07.2010 respectively.
a) Material Document No.4900920723 dt. qty = 1 No. which is of Re-sale.
b) Material Document No.4900943089 dt qty = 8 Nos. which is of Fresh sale.
*First transaction should not post in RG-1 Register as it is of R-e-sale and second Transaction should post to RG1 Register as this is belongs to Fresh Production.
Conclusion :* Physically 8 Nos. are dispatched and F.G. Stock is Zero, but same are appearing in book stock of RG-1 stock Register which is wrong as per Excise Rule.
CASE NO. 2) In case of   Product Code LFT112MB006 u2013 5BFLF112M55 also having 2 different sales Transactions in the Month of July u2013 2010, Reference Invoice Nos. are.90042121 dtd.12.07.2010 & Invoice No.90042726 dtd. 24.07.2010 respectively.
a)   Material Document No.4900932808      qty = 1 No. which is of Re-sale.
b)    Material Document No.4900945651     qty = 1 Nos. which is of Fresh sale.

i have installed the above mentioned variable and other similar variables which are giving the same error(brain 641).
Should i apply note 496679( which i found on service market place)?
Is it applicable to me considering my existing version?

Hi All,
In SAP when i am looking into SM12 transaction i am getting one of error for particular background job. Following are those errors which belongs to FI.
1. 00 671: ABAP/4 processor: SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC.
2. F1 805: Clearing: Line item 001
As per my understanding first error belongs to number ranges wereas second error belongs to reversal of document. But i could not able to track why these errors are coming. Because number range related error i am not sure about for which number range or document type it is getting.
Can someone help me to understand this who to track the issue.

while detrmining Internal Document Number for Excise Invoice. Message: Maintain Number Range for J_1IINTNUM". I have already maintained number range for mentioned object "J_1INTNUM" in TCODE SNUM , still getting error. Please solve my querry . Is it related to transport or number range activation or something else? I have maintained number range with serial no. "01"

Ensure that number ranges are properly maintained in the respective client that should be the year specific.Some times even u maintained the system should not consider that number ranges due to table updation problem ,because i had faced the same in the earlier and received the reply from the sap stating that this error was occured rarely after the years,so please ignore that ,for your problem u first come out of the screen and then re log in and then create the excise invoice ,then check the number ranges .

Error msg in GR for excise details not maintained

I need to know whether it is possible to have an error message generated in MIGO if the material does not have j1id maintained for it. if yes, please suggest possible solutions.

No not possible in Std SAP
When J1ID details are not maintained excise tab does not comes,
if excise tab does not comes then its clear excise details not maintained in J1ID
and there is no std message for this and logical it is not required also , If u set a error message in some user exit than system will expect details in J1ID for all the material, and even for those materials who dont have excise.
If than also u have to have error message if J1ID details not maintained u will have to use user exit
where u can write and logic not only on material but also tax code in Po or condition record for excise
ie if that PO has excise tax code or condition record for excise than check if details are there in J1id if not error

Error during DatabaseCopy using SAP tools for SQL Server (v7.12)

I'm trying to perform a system copy from PRD to QAS. The database has been mounted to QAS via detach and attach method. I did a DBCC on the database and everything looks OK. I'm running SAPINST (SAP Tools for MSSQL) and selecting the Database Copy option. The source database has a schema of DBO. Both PRD and QAS are running SAP 4.7/Basis 620. The target schema is QAS. SAPINST fails in step 2 (Define Params) with:
"This service cannot be used for a system with SAP ABAP release 620"
Is this message misleading? Has anyone receive this message before.
UPDATE:
I donwloaded the latest version of SAP Tools for MSSQL and now it failes during the execution phase on step, "Convert DB objects to new schema".

This is looks like permission issue on source folder
Copy source in to your local drive and try again.
I had same issue and able to resolve after copy EXP1 EXP2 and EXP3 folder in to local drive C: with Everyone full access

While preparation of J1IS i have enterd customer(recieving plant as customer).I have also mainatin the the supplying plant as vendor in J1ID. But when i am trying to capture the excise invoice at recieving plant during GR am getting error "Maintain vendor for Excise invoice "

SAP Query error for VBAK and KONV tables

Dear Experts,
Want to create SAP Query for below requirement but faced some error
Step1) Extract the data from VBAK table w.r.t. order type , Sale org and date range
and collected the Sales order numbers and doc. condition record (KNUMV)
Step 2)In table KONV (Transactional condition record data) in this table provided input as doc. condition record (KNUMV) with respect to condition type ABCD
Manually i extracted data, there is no problem .
But customer want to generate SAP Query for above requirement
I tried to create but in t.code SQ02 when i tried to join the table VBAK and KONV i faced the below error
Table KONV cannot be used in a join.
How can I create SAP query for above requirement ???
if its not possible then create Z report is the only solution ??????

You can not create Query report with joining KONV. But there is one solution for your problem. You can create Query report by using Database VAV. In this logical database you will find all SD tables and also KONV. Use only those tables and fields which you want in your query report. I have checked this and its working

    I want to know where exactly we need to search for a standard sap error message ( For example like STACK_NO_ROLL_MEMORY).
    I am searching the same in sap market place/oss note search...but don't see what I am looking for ...

Hi Shravan,
Normally system throws up an error when it reaches the threshold point. Normally the threshold / critical points are arrived at by considering the SAP recommended values and what is the sytem configuration you have got.
In true project scenario because of budget constraints we might not be able to have ideal system configuration which SAP recommends , in that case we have to tune to the system perform at an optimum level considering various aspects
In yr case memory parameters should have been set at level , but for yr job it needed more memory which it could not allocate and throwed an error.

Error using SAP datasource for OmniPortlet

I have installed and configured PDK 9.0.4.0.2 on my iAS 10g system. Also installed and configured the SAP datasource for OmniPortlet. After I put an OmniPortlet portlet on a portal page then I begin to define the defaults for the portlet instance, I select "SAP - Use SAP R/3 system as a source of data" and press the Next button. I get the following error message: "Error: The listener returned the following Message: 500 Internal Server Error".
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I did got some problems when I was installing a SAP OMNIPORTLET...but now , itÂ´s working just fine ...
Please ,
1 - First , pay closely attention on the documentation and installation guide :
http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/ias/portal/point_downloads.html#SAPDS
2 - Make sure that you are using a CORRECT version. For PDK , must be 9.0.4.1;
3 - Sapjco.jar version 2.0.2 isnÂ´t available anymore, at SAP website. I have used sapjco.jar version 2.0.10, and please, follow ALL instructions, thatÂ´s include do the examples;
4 - Make sure that all steps (Installing the OracleAS Data Source Plugin,Installing the JCo libÂ´s,Testing the Deployment, etc) describe on the installation guide, be complete successfully;
5 - On my case, Â´cause we have Infra and Middle , at same host ( hold on...itÂ´s just a developed enviroment...), a did specify a CLASSPATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH , at ..EMC > Middle > OC4J_Portal > Server properties > enviroment ..
6 - My question now is... That plugin itÂ´s just able to see a default BAPIÂ´s? ItÂ´s possible to work with "Z" functions ?

I gave 777 permission to corressponding library.

It's on AIX.

I am looking for SAP Note to fix it. Here data is changed KNA1-Name1 but output shows the Error message..

i am getting the error "Service cannot be reached - the termination occured in system <sysid> with error code 403 and for the reason forbidden" when I test the service SAP GUI for HTML for transaction sicf. I am able to enter mit username and apssword und click login, and then iI get this error. Can anyone give me a hint?

Error No is M7001.
This error is raised when the internal table BIWE and MSEG doesn't match ie. biwe-zeile NE mseg-zeile.
I searched with those keywords (BIWE , MB01) but didn't find the right one.
