If you attached a VI rather than a picture, we might be able to help figure that out.
Why are you using a local variable of the array in the inner most case structure rather than the array wire that is right there?  It is possible you have a race condition where the value in the Array variable is read before the latest data is written to the Array terminal.
Are you sure you have more than 3 rows going to the Write to Spreadsheet File?  Have you tried running with probes?  Put extra indicators in there to see what the dimensions of the 2-D array actually are?

    The path(Grundpfad)for the excel file should be inserted in the main.vi.

    1. There's a shipping example called Write Table To XL.vi (Help>Find Examples>Communicating with External Applications>ActiveX>Excel) that you can use as a starting point.
    2. Buy the LabVIEW Report Generation Toolkit. Info can be found here.

  • Can I save Firefox to a disc and install on another Windows 7 tower?

    I can't get online with IE8 on the other, windows 7 computer because is has blocked navigation to all pages but the Comcast activation page, and everything has been activated. I want to save Firefox to a disc and install it on the screwed up one and then disable access to IE8. How do I do that?
    I tried turning off the firewall and changing the security settings on the Windows 7 system, but nothing works. It won't let me change the home page, search, or go to the Firefox download page, all navigation is blocked, citing invalid certificates. I tried to bypass that, but it doesn't work.
    This tower has Windows 8.1 on it, and connects to the Internet with Firefox, although and I have trouble figuring out how to navigate it because it rejects files that would work on the other one because of self-detect settings.
    Thanks

    Thanks Tyler! This worked, and the USB drive was much easier. For some reason the command prompt method wouldn't work but this method got around that. All fixed up with Firefox...appreciate it!

  • I made my first video and when I went to save it on a disc I have lost it.

    I made my first video for fathers day and went to save it to a disc. Somehow it isn't on the disc and I can no longer find it on my computer. Did I lose it somehow? Any advice would be sooo appreciated!

    Dear friend.
    I'm no Magic - so at least for me - lot's of more info is needed - just to be able to guess what's happened.
    Describe step by step - from where came Your material (Video, Photos and Audio) - so that we see what kind of Video-Codecs, file format's You've used.
    You know that You are using a NON-Destructive Video editng program.
    Meaning:
    • That there is NO movie in Your Movie project - only a small text document telling where matetial used is to be found e.g. Audio in CD/DVD-player on an Audio-CD, Video and photos may be stored on external devices.
    When they are disconnected - Movie can not be viewed. References leading to no-where.
    I do FIRST.
    - Collect all my mateial in a Dedicated folder - named as Movie project + DATE
    - I only use Video-Codecs, Photo and Audio formats that iMovie can use (so much fewer than QuickTime-player can play back)
    - Video-Codec: streamingDV, AIC and HDV
    - Photo: Only .jpg - everything converted to this
    - Audio: ONLY .aiff 16-bit 48kHz or 44.1kHz (as on Audio-CDs) - NO .mp3, .wma, .wav etc etc - all converted.
    Then when all material is where iMovie can find it - I start to build my movie.
    PLEASE - Tell much more - What did You do ? How did You create Your DVD ( by using iDVD ? )
    Yours Bengt W

    How I can do it?

    Since the output of AI Read is a 1D array of waveforms you have to extract the data of each waveform and create a 2D array in order to feed that to the Write to Spreadhsheet File VI:
    You'll need to check on the transpose. Note that doing this will lose the timing information. You may want to use the Write LabVIEW Measurement File Express VI instead.
    Also, any reason why you have a loop set to run just once?

  • Save an unencoded iDVD disc image to encode/burn with Toast?

    Hi:
    I'm geting jittery image on playback (only in certain scenes) when I use iDVD to encode my disc. If I use Toast to encode and burn, there's no problem, using the same blanks and burner. I saw a post here from someone who said you can save a disc image from iDVD, but then have Toast encode it and burn it; in the help files it always says iDVD encodes its disc images. Any ideas, or any other suggestions as to the jittery playback on a few scenes?

    It could be the DVD media you're using or player, etc. If you create a disk image and use DVD Player software to view it, that should be pretty much what to expect on DVD-R playing in a good quality DVD player.
    Read Beverly's comments here:
    http://discussions.info.apple.com/webx?128@@.68b68f78
    File/Save As Disc Image...
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=164927
    This will isolate any encoding/burning issues you may encounter. Once the disc image is created, double-click the .img and burn the virtual disc that should appear on your desktop, using Disk Utility to burn the DVD.
    Open Disk Utility (in Utilities folder in Applications folder), click on the virtual disc (not the .img, the one below) in the left-hand window. Click the Burn icon. Your SuperDrive tray will open. Insert a recordable DVD. (DVD-R preferred by me.) Click the Close button. Wait. Then click the Burn button.
    -->If the virtual disk selection won't allow you to click the Burn icon, use the .img file instead. This may have changed in 10.3.9 and Tiger.
    b Also, you can use DVD Player to play the virtual disk to check your iDVD 5 project before burning to DVD. Launch DVD Player. File/Open VIDEO_TS (Open DVD media... in Player 4.6). Find the VIDEO_TS folder and open that. (The audio folder is for DVD-Audio disks.)

    Good day.
    I have a byte[] and then I have used

    fos.write(bt, 0, bt.length); // byte[] bt
    fos.close();
    This on my web server that has public_html as root web directory.
    The server is in multi domain.
    In this mode I have an error.
    Then I have tryied to use
    FileOutputStream fos = new FileOutputStream("http://www.stefanoerrani.it/mcfoto/foto1.png");
    and
    FileOutputStream fos = new FileOutputStream(getServletContext().getRealPath("http://www.stefanoerrani.it/mcfoto/foto1.png"));
    In both ways I have obtained an error.
    At last I have tryied in my localhost (local machine) using

    All run correclty.
    The Application Server is Tomcat with Apache HTTP Server.

  • How to save Byte Array of raw data into JPEG image.

    Hello!
    I have a image and I stored its data as byte array as
    bimage = bitmap1.getRawData();
    now I have Byte[] bimage, I want to save it as .jpeg image.
    and show that image..............

    the short way is this:
    ImageIO.write(bimage, "jpeg", new File("image.jpg"));
    Where you use the original Image object... but it has to be a java.awt.image.RenderedImage (which a java.awt.image.BufferedImage is). So this method would come in handy.
         public static BufferedImage getBufferedImage(Image img) {
              // if the image is already a BufferedImage, cast and return it
              if((img instanceof BufferedImage) && background == null) {
                   return (BufferedImage)img;
              // otherwise, create a new BufferedImage and draw the original
              // image on it
              int w = img.getWidth(null);
              int h = img.getHeight(null);
              BufferedImage bi = new BufferedImage(w, h, BufferedImage.TYPE_INT_ARGB);
              Graphics2D g2d = bi.createGraphics();
              g2d.drawImage(img, 0, 0, w, h, null);
              g2d.dispose();
              return bi;
         }If the byte array you have is raw image data, then you can look at the javax.imageio package and see what you can do with those classes.

  • Will no longer save my files to disc or export them. Will only save within Garage Band?

    I've been uploading podcasts to my website which in turn puts them on itunes but this week suddenly, garageband will no longer "export to disc" or when it does it will save at twice the file size it estimated. When I try exporting directly into iTunes the "song" never exports (though no warning appears saying it's failed) and when i export to disc (i.e. desktop) the file also doesn't show up on desktop. I can, however, still listen to it within Garage Band. Although that's useless pretty much since the files are meant to be shared.

    Without any details it's impossible to even guess what your problem could be.

  • How can I configure the Databse Options to save an array of strings to a table?

    I have a list of devices associated with a particular test and I have an array with the serial numbers of all the devices. In order to log this information to a database, I created a table with two fields: UUT_RESULT_ID, and DEVICE_SERIAL_NUMBER. Both of this make-up the Primary Key. I need to store each element in my array to a different row in the table and use the ID from the UUT_RESULT table as a foreign key in my new table.
    I could write some code to log this data in the database afterwards but I need to know what was the ID generated in the UUT_RESULT table, and I would not like to assume that the last record in that UUT_RESULTS table is what I'm looking for.
    Any ideas?

    Well, well, well! Looks like I'm answering my own question here! After trying many many things, I finally figured this out and I wanted to share the information in case anyone else needs it.
    I needed to save multiple rows of data in a table of my database for every UUT. The configuration screen for the database options allows you to insert statements into your schema. By inserting multiple statements that save data in the same table, you insert multiple rows in that table. The problem with this solution, is that you must know how many elements or how many rows you will be saving and you should create a statement for every element in your array.
    In my case the array could have any number of elements.
    The solution is to modify the DatabaseOptions parameter in
    the process model dynamically. There is a callback in the process model called LogToDatabse. It calls a sequence in Database.seq. To dynamically modify the DatabaseOptions insert steps before this call that insert the elements you need into Parameters.DatabaseOptions.DatabaseSchema.Statements.
    This worked great for me!
