"Save As" page comes up when I try printing from Firefox

When I use my Verizon DSL and Firefox (this doesn't happen if I use Int. Explorer) and I wish to print internet info, I do a Ctl. P to print. Instead of printing, I receive a "Save As" page that I cannot stop from appearing. The page includes: "Save As" at the top with a box for saving to (Ex.: documents), then has a listing across of "Name," "Date Modified," "Type," "Size," and "Tags" across the top. Then a listing of items such as Games, My Stationery, New Folder, Sansa, Updater. Then at the bottom there is a listing for "File Name" with a box for the name. Then under that a "save As Type" (PDF). Then a save or cancel button.

I can not print anything from Firefox but on IE everything prints just fine. I happen to like Firefox a whole lot better so would appreciate a solution to my problem.

I have tried everything I could to fix this, but some things require actually being on Firefox, and since I cannot get on, I cannot click on the tabs to do it. I have removed things like Java, and that has not helped either. If I cannot even get on line in firefox, how can I fix this. I am not crazy about using internet explorer, but right now, it is my only option. I even tried to start in safe mode, and the same message box pops up!

I understand that you are getting a blank page while trying to copy.
Make sure that the printer is connected directly to a wall jack and not a surge protector. If this fails to resolve the issue please follow the steps from the link below.

Why does my printer sometimes print garbage when I am printing from Firefox?

Garbled charates can be because of the communication issue. So try a different USB cable (new version)

Only blank page comes up when i try to go to a website

It only happens with certain websites. It appears to be a Firefox issue, since I was able to paste the same URL into an Internet Exploder window and it worked just fine.

I have an error message "page_bottom_overlay-2.png" which comes up when I try to publish. There is a large X with a Question mark in the middle over the entire background of the page. The error message says the file is missing. I did not delete files.

This is probably one of the files that is required by the template you are using.
These files are inside the iWeb app. Control click the iWeb app icon and select "Show package contents".
You need to dig down through the folders and files to find what you want...
Contents/Resources/da.lproj/Templates/
If the file is missing you would need to re install the iWeb app...

The background photo is on top of the links. Select it and move it to the back or add the background image via the Inspector/Page/Layout pane in the Page Background section.

When I use the new Pages on my iPad, I can't open it on my new computer. It tells me that I must download the new Pages to see the Pages document, but when I try to download the new pages to my computer it tells me all apps are up to date.

When I use the new Pages app. On my IPod to type documents, I can't open them on my new computer. It sends me a message that I have to download a newer version of pages to see the Pages document. When I try to do that it tells me all my apps are up to date and will not allow me to upgrade the pages on my iMac.

I wonder if you are running an OS earlier than 10.9.x? If so, you cannot run the *latest* version of Pages, which is 5.1. Apple is trying to get you to update your OS to 10.9 Mavericks and then get you to update (but defintiely not upgrade) your Pages version to 5.1. 5.1 is, in everything but name, beta software. It not only has many bugs, it also lacks more than 90 features that are present in version 4.3 ("Pages 09"). One workaround that is to open the file with Pages for icloud (this is explcitly beta) and click tools|download a copy in Word format. Pages 4.3, which is probably the version you have, can open Word documents. Get a cup of coffee or a glass of wine before starting Pages for icloud: it is s-l-o-w.

How are you trying to transfer it and what are your setting on iTunes. I'm not on a computer that has iTunes at the moment so I'm going from memory and similar issue. If iTunes is set to sync music then I don't think you can select and drag, if set to manual manage music then you can. Also make sure you are dragging to music on the iPhone.
