When I call my friends a different persons picture shows up from the Facebook linked contacts. How do I get it to show my picture in there contacts?

I believe its the person who had this phone number before me. My friends that have Iphones and have there contacts linked from facebook my picture shows up as another persons. How can they fix that?

Let's get to the bottom of this iCloud backup issue. Have you ever had your Facebook contacts synced to your contact list? Did this issue begin after a software updage or downloading of an application? If you go to Settings>Facebook does it show you signed into your Facebook account there?

Oh no, Robinbird18! This is not what we like to hear about your cell phone. It makes it pretty hard to have a conversation with someone when you can't hear them. If you make a phone call out are you able to have a conversation with someone without any issues? How long has this been going on? Have you tried to use the phone on speaker phone to see if that works at all? Please keep us posted. I don't have a signature set up, but did a little research. Someone posted that these will show up when I send an email to myself, but will not show up when sent to another person. I sent a test email to a friend to check for sure.

Backup do not contaiuns music or apps, you will either need to resync them from your itunes computer, or you can go to purchase history in itunes or app store app and go to purchase history and redownload them.

If you log into your account are you able to set them ? Go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side are you able to select the questions/answers ? If not then is there a reset link beneath the 2 questions ? (The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account.)
If not then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

I am trying to add a new credit card and it keeps telling me that I have to enter a valid security code...I have tried 2 different cards and it is doing the same thing. How do I get past this?

I guess it has been a year since I last purchased something on I-tunes and my account is saying that they couldn't authorize my card for some of my purchases. How do I fix this, I have been trying for days and all I have got from the e-mail tech support is that its my credit card issuer that is causing the problem. Thats not correct because one of the credit cards that I am trying to use, is a prepaid Visa gift card. I know that these work on I-tunes because I have used them before in the past. I am getting very frustrated with this whole process, I just want to clear up my account and buy some new music!! HELP!!

I had the same problem with mine when I connect the ipod when it's full charged and turn on. The problem never happen when the ipod is charging or i'ts full charged and it's turn off. So just turn off your ipod down and connect to your mac again.

I have a Lucid by LG. The Phone only works on Speaker now. When someone call you can not here them until you turn on the speaker phone. How do I fix it.

That's not good! We want all parts of your device to work properly. Has there been any liquid or physical damage to the new phone? Have you tried powering the device off/on? Are you using a headset with the device?

That's not a feature of the iPhone. Or most other phones for that matter.

Or better yet, create and use new Apple IDs for others in your household. You could always use different Apple IDs for iCloud services (like iMessage and FaceTime) and iTunes and App Store., but it's even easier to share purchased content now with Family Sharing.
