SAVED AS COMPLETED, missing POST button

With FB50, i created a SAVED AS COMPLETED document, With FBV0, i access the document, the POST button is greyed out.
For this company code, there was a workflow set up, however, workflow was deavtivated.
I have removed the variant from T-code OBJW, now I can post park document but not for SAVED AS COMPLETED.
Any other configs i need to remove.

Oh I realised by removing the workflow will allow the post button to be activated for new documents only. Those old that are already tagged to workflows will remain as they are.

Parked , Completed and Posted Invoices - MIR7 and MIRO

Hi people, i`ve the following issue . My client wants the invoices to be entered by one user ( User A ) in the "Complete for Posting" Status , and then , another user ( User B ) will Post the invoice. I found that the transaction to load an invoice in "Complete" status would be MIR7 , and the transaction to "Post" an invoice would be MIRO . The thing is , i`ve also noticed that if User A saves an invoice with MIR7 in "Complete" status, and he re-opens the invoice with MIR7 transaccion , the button "POST" will appear as an opcion in the main bar. Thats our problem, User A shouldn`t be able to POST an invoice at all, it should only be able to save it as complete or edit a completed invoice already saved. Does anyone knows if there`s a way to remove the POST button from transaction MIR7 ?

Ask for a WF expert´s opinion before proceeding further.

"Post Button" for post parked document

Hi all,
I have a issue about workflow for parked document. The workflow it can work properly. But When the authorized person have relased and want to post the parked document, but there isn't even see the "post" button? I can only see "park" and "save as complete". It should be possible to save the document even with some missing data, and in this case you cannot save the document as complete. Could this be some configuration is missing? I have maintain event type link by using subworkflow ws10000052 and create event "CREATED". Could I create event "POSTED"? Need your advise, thanks.

Hi John,
The authorized person has to click the complete document on checking this if there are no errors in the document it will take him to the release screen there he can release the document.
On clicking the release button a Backgroung method will do the posting, by calling the bapi one more important thing is the posting bapi will check for consistency of the document only if the document is complete it will post the document. So before release the person should have checked complete document.

Custom Web Auth - Missing "Submit" Button

I have scoured every topic I can get my hands on here at NetPro regarding custom web authentication. I am currently supporting a customer that MUST use a custom web page for two reasons:
1. Cosmetically, and rightfully so, they would like to use their own logo. Well, why not just upload the custom image, you say? See point 2...
2. Their custom AUP is beyond the allowed 2047 characters in the default template.
So I used the default internal template for a test login, and viewed the source to grab the HTML code. I know how to read HTML, so I began commenting out the sidebar, text, and headers that I didn't want. I then inserted the custom logo and AUP text. Visually, the page is fine. However, when I preview the page, the "Submit" button is completely missing. This is true both locally, as well as when it is uploaded to the controller. I also uploaded from the controller the 'loginscript.js' file by selecting file type 'configuration' and inputting the name 'loginscript.js'. I am including that information as well because I know other people have posted asking how to get that, and I haven't seen anyone respond with such instructions. I figured it out on my own after trial and error. If it can be obtained via WCS, it would be nice if someone would post that (other than the same method I used, simply using WCS as the management tool instead of direct controller access). My controller is running code 4.1.185.0, same as my customer's controller. I modified the reference for the javascript source from src="./loginscript.js" to simply src="loginscript.js" because I am putting the script and the login.html file in the same directory. If there is a different directory structure required, I haven't found any documentation saying so other than another NetPro post indicating "Web Authentication_files" folder (whatever that means)? I also noticed that some folks are saying that such a page would have to be run on an External server. If so, why?

Web authentication files are stored in Web Authentication_files directory which controllers can recognize. . If you want to use a different directory it is used on External Web server so that there is no conflct in the storage location.

Hide post button in MIR4 from the active toolbar

When we enter an invoice number in MIR4 the post button appears. Is there a way to hide this from the active toolbar? Config?

I'm not talking about saving here. We use MIR7 to park our invoices using the save as complete button and then MIRO to post. The problem is once an invoice is adopted into MIR7 a post button appears and employees then can park and post from this transaction. We don't want this to happen. That's why we would like to hide the post button if possible.

I saved my completed rendered video in Publish and Share as an MP4, but where is the file saved to. I set it to be saved on my desktop, but I don't see it. thanks

But what specifically are you entering in the Save In: field of the dialog that includes the Save button to initiate the export process.
Are you saving it as a file to the Desktop or to a specific folder on the Desktop? Have you given the export a distinctive file name?
The screenshot shows the Save In: to the Desktop as a file.
I have no idea of your background with the program, so I ask these questions so as to take nothing for granted.
If the computer Desktop is crowded, as mine often is, it is easy to have difficulty spotting a file save to the Desktop.

Saving PDF files as Post Script files using Adobe Professional

I have a 2 Page PDf document that mainly has Text on each page. Both the Pages have a 2D Data Matrix Barcode also.
I opened the PDF file in Adobe Professional and saved the file as Post Script file.
Post Script file gets saved successfully. When I open the Post script file - It has almost 40,000 line for a 2 page post scipt file.
It has lot of Hex data that looks so huge in the file. ( I thought only Images get converted to Hex format).
Is there a setting or something I am missing that I have this huge Post script file for a 2 page text file PDF

Your barcode may be a high resolution graphic. A lot of junk (hex) is what you would see in such a case with PS. How it looks to you may depend on what application you are using to view the PS file. If you open it in a code or text editor you might get a better idea of what is there. I don't look at PS files much and agree with graffiti's question of why do you want to?

You would really have to ask the app developer if there is a way to export the data.
As for adding a printer, you would need to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer and connect it to your wireless network.

Post Button in Workflow

Hi,
I want to ask. If I want to use and activated the workflow for parked document. The authorized user can release this parked document, but if we want to post by T code FBV0 there is no "Post Button" in there. There is only "Park Button" and "Completed". How can I make "Post Button" is appear in FBV0?

Hi John,
So you are trying to post the document from the SAP inbox, right?
The post option is grey, because workflow open this screen in display mode not in change mode.
Go to the corresponding business object of the workflow and in the basic data, change the default method as Change instead of Display.
In transation SWO1 click the hat button to go to Basic data.

I've been trying to post a question in the Airport category but it does not display the New post button. The only 2 choices are Subscribe to Category and Mark all topics as read. Some other forums do display the New post button. How can I add my question to the Airport category?

Tr-cd FV60 FV70 deactirve post button by variant on simulation screen

I would like to deactive post button when we use similation.
As I can see the system name, I thought I need to make the variant by tr-cd SHD0. and the program,"SAPLF064" and "STD_SIMU_PP", managed the button in the simulation screen .
But, it do not change it.
Does someone know how to deactive button on simulation scrreen.

The solution is we should implement BTE (Tcode FIBF) P/S module, event 00001140 (POST DOCUMENT:       Exclude OK Codes (Enjoy))
Since my requirement is the button should be not displayed for new document (not yet parked), then I put code in the implementation FM :
TYPE-POOLS:
    abap.
DATA:
    lwa_excltab_line TYPE excltab_line.
IF i_parked = abap_false. "Document not yet parked
*   Exclude 'post' button
    CLEAR lwa_excltab_line.
    lwa_excltab_line-okcod = 'BU'.

*   Exclude 'save as complete' button
    CLEAR lwa_excltab_line.
    lwa_excltab_line-okcod = 'PBBP'.

You really should be doing backups with an actual backup application, especially one that will work automatically, and, if your external HD is large enough, back up your entire system. These can automatically back up only what's changed since the previous backup, and some will keep "archive" copies of things you've changed or deleted, also.
Too many things can go wrong, such as your internal HD failing, and you'll have a major project to reinstall everything.
You already have Time Machine, built-in to OSX. You might want to review the Time Machine Tutorial, and perhaps browse Time Machine - Frequently Asked Questions.

Do you mean that when you click the title browser, for example, nothing is there?
Do you at least see several categories listed in the effects browser?
First make sure that you have nothing typed into the search box (not even spaces).
If you still see nothing, try this in order:
1) Window->Revert to Original Layout
2) Quit FCP X, delete preferences using Preference Manager (a free download from Digital Rebellion)
3) Download FCS Remover, and use it to completely remove FCP X. This will NOT delete your content, just the application.
4) Reinstall FCP X from the Mac App Store: log in with the same Apple ID that you used to buy FCP X, click on "Purchases", locate FCP X and click Install.
