Search Entries that exist in both directories--Please help

Hi,
I  have a directory structure like the below. And there is a chance that there are using with same uid in both the directoreis. How can I find the entries that exist in both the directories.
My Directory Structure
    dc=ext,dc=company,dc=com
          ou=internal
                    uid=abc
                    uid=bcd
                    uid=cde
          ou=external
                    uid=xyz
                    uid=abc
                    uid=cnn
How can I find the entries that are both in Internal and external ou's. (like abc in the above example)
Help is highly appreciated.

Sam,
You dont have to know anything upfront to discover duplicates with the command I've proposed.
The only thing you need to know is which attribute must be unique (uid in my example)
The output of
ldapsearch -h hostname -p port -D "cn=Directory Manager" -w pass -b "dc=company,dc=com" -s sub "uid=*" uid | grep  "^uid"  | sort | uniq -d
gives you the list of duplicated uids in the 2 branches.
