my client getss 100 materials in one sales order he wants to go to a particular mat directly without having to scroll is it possi plss assist

Dear Maddy
Yes there is a way.  In sale order, select "Item Overview" tab and click on "Position" tab which is 4th from left bottom icons.  Now system will ask to enter material code.  Enter the material code and execute so that it will take you to the respective line item.
But in case the same material exists in multiple line items, then you will have to check it manually as system will not caution about this.

  • Variant characterstics search help in sales order using object dependency

    Hi Sapients,
    we are trying to configure variant configuration in sales order.
    TDC related details like grade,profile,tdc no, tdc date, tdc customer, hardness, composition will be entered through a ZPROGRAM and the details will be stored in ZTABLE (ZTDC).Now when we create sales order, after entering the material and clicking on variant configuration, the configuration screen comes up where the grade and profile will come from the material master. User will punch the appropriate TDC number, but a search help needs to be generated for TDC no based on the values of grade and profile, which will show the tdc numbers punched for that particular grade and profile from the Ztable.
    Please guide me how to resolve this issue. shall i create dependency based on TDC no. In dependecy what is the code i have to write . Please elaborate in detail as i dont have idea on dependency.
    Is it possible through user exit.

    My thoughts are as follows.
    If for a particular combination of grade and profile, there is unique TDC number, then it is possible to use variant table. However if the number is not unique for a combination of grade and profile, then V.Table will not help. Dependency using V.Table will not give the possible list of values, but will automatically update the value based on grade and profile.
    If the combination is not unique, you can think of using a FUNCTION (CU67). SAP documentation is very good on using functions and function modules related to this. It is not as difficult as we think it is and we are using functions for some of our functionalities.
    So based on this, you can decide on your further actions.

  • Formatted Search to pull Sales Order Remarks field onto Purchase Order

    I need a formatted search for a Purchase Order remarks field, which will pull the remarks field from the linked Sales Order
    (When a PO is done through the logistics tab of the Sales Order)
    I have made this query but it is not working:
    SELECT distinct T0.[Comments] FROM ORDR T0 , POR1 T1 WHERE T0.[DocNum] = T1.[BaseRef]
    It is just pulling the remarks for the first sales order - purchase order link.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi Experts,
    I have a client that needs a Formatted Search that will bring back values according to the following Scenario:
    The Formatted search will be placed on the Sales Order Lines RDR1.U_UPC field.
    On a Sales Order I have created UDFs: RDR1.U_Label and RDR1.U_UPC
    On the BP Master Data I have created the UDFs: OCRD.U_UPCChoice
    On the Item Master Data I have created the UDFs: OITM.UPCRetail and OITM.UPCLoc and OITM.UPCItem and
    OITM,UPCOther
    When the RDR1.U_Label field is '1', I need the RDR1.U_UPC to be the text 'not Applicable'
    When the RDR1.U_Label field is '2', I need it to look at the OCRD.U_UPCChoice.
         If that value is '1' then it must bring back the OITM.UPCRetail Value back in the RDR1_UPC field,
         If that value is '2' then it must bring back the OITM.UPCLoc Value back in the RDR1_UPC field,
         If that value is '3' then it must bring back the OITM.UPCItem Value back in the RDR1_UPC field,
         If that value is '4' then it must bring back the text 'Look at Attachment'
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Inbox search for ERP sales order

    CRM 5.0 SP11
    Objective is to pull up an order from ECC in the ICWC inbox with the ability to change the order.
    in IMG t-code CRMC_IC_AUI_MAINCAT I changed the TA from ONEORDER to ERPORDER.
    In t-code CRMC_IC_AUI_MAP_PRI I copied the ONEORDER entries to ERPORDER.
    The TA is in my inbox profile.
    I can create an ERP order that is created in ECC (good), but when I do the inbox search the system times out.  
    The inbox search works with ONEORDER settings, but then I'm changing the order in CRM not ECC.

    Config settings were correct, needed oss note 1005642, the inbox search is very slow but working the performance issue with oss.
    But I was able to change an order in ICWC that updated ECC directly.

    Hi Vinayak,
    I will try to give you some technical advise.
    What you would need to do is:
    In transaction SM30 open up view: CRMV_OBJ_BTIL
    There is an entry for External Object Name "BTQAct"
    The currently used DDIC structure is CRMST_QUERY_ACT_BTIL
    You will need to adjust this structure to bring completely new parameters to the UI. This means put in your own.
    As you can see in detail for this entry there are three fields with name "Structure" the last one is for the GenIL handler class. Currently it should be empty (there is some fancy SAP logic to determine it automatically). You can override it with your own handler class implementing the logic. As a hint: The implementation class currently used is: CL_CRM_QACT_RUN_BTIL
    Anyhow most 1Order searches are handled by the class CL_CRM_Q1O_SEARCH perhaps you can use it as well. Additionally it would be a good idea to provide your users with a value help.
    Oh and there is a customizing that lets you define which options (IS, BETWEEN, IS NOT, ...) should be available for the user. Please do not try to do this hardcoded

In the workflow list, we need to give the order description and provide an hyperlink to the order number. on selection of order number, it should display the ERP sales order. To achive this in workflow, i am trying to understand the as-is standard functionality which is available in Agent Inbox search on ERP sales order.This search is getting the ERP orders and on selecting the order it is opening the ERO sales order page. I tried debugging the method GET_MAINCATAEGORY available in the component iccmp_inbox and in the view Inboxsearch.But couldnt really able to crack the logic how it is retrieving the ERP sales order from inbox search. Any pointers on how this is achieved will be of great help.

    Hi Udaya,
    Calling a Customer Specific R/3 Transaciton was quite easy in CRM 4.0 / 5.0 in the PC-UI Framework using Object Links. You can do that all by customizing and creating a custom method for a BOR Object in Transaction SWO1.
    I think I've used CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN to update the Document Flow. The subsequent activities where created by BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CREATEMULTI. I've wrapped all that standard functions in a RFC enabled function module.
    It would be possible to provide also a link in the E-Mail to the Manager but the client is using a Citrix environment to provide access to the Portal. But Outlook runs locally. So we decided to use the standard Portal iView to display the Alerts. When you fill the Alert Container with the elements OBJKEY_GUID, OBJKEY_BOR_OBJECT_TYPE, OBJKEY_CRM_OBJECT_TYPE, OBJKEY_METHOD and OBJKEY_LOGICAL_SYSTEM using the Function Module SWC_ELEMENT_SET that provides a direct link to the specific document too.

  • Serial number related sales orders???

    Hi everyone,
    i got this problem when i try to use serial number of an equipment to search all related sales orders.
    in our company it is defined that serial number would be created in the first sales order, when the customer purchase the configurable products at the first time.--- we call that initial sales.
    then after months or year, customer could come again and buy upgrades or addtional options on that products(we can select serial number to locate that machine in the configurator in sales order)--- we call that following up sales.
    so, now the situation is, i can call TA IQ03 to see the equipment and through reference to find the initial sales order, HOWEVER... if i want to have an overview of all Equipments related following up sales, Is that possible ??? or at least the last following up sales which determine the configuration status in the service equipment.
    i dont see any info about that in IE03 or IQ03, is that to be found in any tables, if i would rather write a small report to do that?
    the only way i can figure out now is to check the configuration of sales orders, maybe through VBAP-CUOBJ then call function to get the serial number... is there any other way?

    i would try ur way on monday, but as i assumed,
    the method u mentioned may be correct in those companies where the serial number is automatically created by delivery. (as i remembered, the table SER01 is for delivery)
    however in our company the serial number is saved in SER02, which are order related, that means the serial number is automatically created after the sales order is created.
    so in this way, i only find the first order through SER01 or 02, no matter it is delivery or sales order, but what i want is the sales order after that. in the following sales process, the serial number is already there for selection...
    anyway, those above is only based on my knowledge, iif i was wrong about this, hehe, please tell me, i am quite junior in this area...

    My customer needs to enter data in sales order and then filter/sort on it in VA04/VA05 and currently uses field "Name" in the header but this is is text field and errors occur. Is there another field, where list of values can be predefined (field with F4 possible values) that can be used in the sales order?

    Hi Denis,
    very good idea. I thougt myself about that workaround, but it is not really that for what I searched.
    I mean the "SAP Query" is a really good standard tool, that are used by many customers. That is why think there must be a standard way to display the SAP Query in the Web UI without using Transaction Launcher.
    But it seems that there is no way, except of the transaction launcher or by using an additional analyse system like SAP BI.
    By the way do you know a Web UI compoment which enable the user to start reports like SE38?

    we've implemented the sales order application in pcui and it's possible to navigate to the summary page..
    You should check the following things:
    1. It's necessary that there is an entry in the table CRMC_PRT_ROLE_MO. This table shows you a mapping of a navigation role to the pcd - content you expect to show. So you have to check if there is an entry for the role you are using! For example: there is an sap standard role SAP_PCC_SALES_MANAGER with the following entries:
    SAP_PCC_SALES_MANAGER     SALESORDERCRM     SUMMARY...
    If you use your own created navigation role you should copy this entry!
    2. You have to check if the portalcontext in the table i mentioned above is correct. That means you have to check if the summary page is in the correct pcd folder, you can check this in the enterprise portal, maybe you can ask your portal administrator or the person which deploys the crm business package...
    Just to make it clear, if you click on the GO-To --> summary function the table CRMC_PRT_ROLE_MO determines the navigation target (in this case the summary page!)!

    If Sales Order is copied from Sales Quotation, unit price remains as per Sales Quotation unit price, else formula to calculate mininum selling price appllies.

    When I go to VA01 and click the search help, it shows only order type that are not blocked.
    However, when I have sales order type in select-options of a Z program,
    S_AUART FOR VBAK-AUART
    I click on the search help, it gives all the sales order types. How can I have a list with unblocked sales order type only?
    Question 2:
    I want to check whether a use can extract data from a sales order type (e.g. OR and RE)that he/she authorized to use.
    I have include the following in my program:
    AUTHORITY-CHECK OBJECT 'AUART'
    ID 'AUART' FIELD 'OR'.
    It always returns SY-SUBRC = 12.
    But order type 'OR' is granted to the user (he/she can create order with type OR in VA01)

  • Sales Order/Quotation, Delivery, Returns.  Need a way to search by zipcode

    Using 2007a SP0 PL49.
    In Sales Quotation, Sales Order, Delivery and Return submenus.
    We can have 100s of shipto on our major accounts.
    Users typically search by postal codes, we haven't migrated to SBO yet, this is a road block for it.
    So far, I have a query to a UDF LookupPostalCode that feeds into the Shipto, it works under the content tab's rows but in logistics tab where it's really needed, I can't put my UDF, can't seem to find a spot or a field I can replace.
    I've been using this query and it works in the rows for content...
    SELECT Address FROM CRD1
    Where AdresType = 'S'
    AND CARDCODE = $[$4.CardCode]
    AND ZipCode = $[$38.U_LookupPostalCode.STRING]
    Any suggestions to make this happen in logistics without sdk?
    Note: the postal codes are unique per site in this case.
