Security Manager Error

Question

Hi! I'm using a security manager in an application. After I install the security manager it is not able to open a server socket. I'm including the code here. What am I doing wrong??? Its a very simple Seccurity manager where I'm just preventing read/writes/deletes on two files.

Without doint indepth research I would guess that the default for all permissions is "forbidden". This would mean that you had to enable everything you need.
