I forgot my security questions to make purchases on my mac and am not given the option for a rescue email. what do i do?

ITunes keeps asking my security questions on every purchase

iTunes keeps asking my security questions on every purchase. I forget the message, but it said someting about this being my first time dowloading. I know the answers, so I enter them and proceed to download my purchase. But next time I make a purchase I have to answer them again. I only noticed this after reinstalling iTunes after updating windows 8 to windows 8.1

Support will not reset security questions to allow purchases on account.

So awhile back I decided to format my pc due to installing new components into it. I logged into my itunes account after and it told me I will need to answer my security questions in order to purchase any more songs. It also gave me the option to send support an email so they could reset my questions.
I went ahead and sent them an email and they replied back almost instantly saying they recieved my concern and within 2 days I will have an update email to tell me what's going on. Waited two days and nothing came through the email. A week after the original email, I sent another to see if there was any updates about my request or possibly a time frame.
I got this in a reply.
"Hello ---,
This is Karthik again. Thank you for your patience. Being an iTunes customer myself, I know how important this is to you.
Ronald, I know how frustrating this situation is, and please be assured that I have your request escalated and flagged as my top priority. Regrettably I?m unable to reset your Security Question at this time and I currently do not have more information regarding a possible timeframe for resolution, however I will be in touch with you as soon as I have any further details regarding this matter.
Your continued patience is greatly appreciated.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

If you forgot the answers to the previous ones, you need to contact supporrt to reset them.

Follow these steps:
All Products and Services > iTunes > iTunes Store > Account Management > iTunes Store account security
Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Indicate that you forgot the answers to your security questions and wait for iTunes support to reply.

The large text size makes your post almost impossible to read.
Excessive use of bold or capitals (also) makes posts difficult to read.
You can drag most of the column headings left or right, or right-click on the header to turn columns on or off.
Once you've used File > Display Duplicates or Shift > File > Display Exact Duplicates you can use File > Display All or the Display All button at the bottom of the list to restore the display.
