Send an email for recipients specified in a table (Workflow)

Hi experts,
I started programming Workflow few weeks ago and I've got some doubts. I will explain what I'm trying to develop:
We create a Workflow in order to synchronise creation of functional location with asset master (copying the way of synchronisation of equipment and asset master). Finally, it works!
The last problem I have is how to sent an email from a "Z" table (where are specified all the emails), and not only for the user that triggers the event of creating and asset.
This table is used for sending emails with user-exits of modification when an equipment/functional location is modified. But there is no user-exit after save event in assets, so I can't do the same codification.
Could anyone help me? Or recommend me a way to achieved what I wanted to do?

You have a working Workflow and you want to send an email based on a Z table.... what's the problem?
I don't see how user exits are involved.

SharePoint 2013 - SPD Custom Workflow keeps sending multiple emails for a single Task

I have a workflow triggering on List item created only. There are multiple stages in the work flow and in each stage a single task is assigned to a group of people. Currently group is only having one user i.e. my own test user with a valid email address.
Workflow was running fine for first 5 runs but now it keeps sending multiple emails for each task multiple times and runs very slow. I have only single workflow in development server with 24GB RAM.
Enabling the Workflow log in Event viewer does not show any error or warnings. The only clue I see is WorkFlowManager Database table "DebugTrace" having multiple entries showing that WF is trying to send same email multiple times with failed attempts,
but in reality emails are being delivered as well.

Today is April 10, 2013. I try to login to iTunes connect and I keep getting the message "An error has occurred processing your request. Please try again later or send an email for assistance." It never tells us what email address we need to write to.

The problem was solved by Apple Technical Help. The process is as flollows:
1. Open Safari
2. Menu item Safari-Reset Safari - remove all website data - reset
3. Now if you try to login on iTunes connect it will work.

I tried to send a distributed form out to myself to check the system and received this error message: failed to send invitation emails to recipients. detailed error: an error occurred while sending mail. Any idea what I may have done wrong? I am using Microsoft Outlook 2010 with Windows 8.1 OS.

I think century link did change some settings though.
Help menu (Alt+H) > troubleshooting information. Copy to clipboard and paste into a reply here. Then I can see what setting your using with century link and compare them to what century link provide.

Using the send by Email for Review function

We are using Adobe Acrobat 8 and would like to use the send by Email for Review function. We would like to modify the text for the invitation message but don't want to have to modify it every time we use the function. Does anybody know any way that we can modify the message so that it would be the same message every time it is used?

I know it's not the answer you want, but signatures have to be added in a serial manner. Every time you sign the PDF file you are signing everything that came before the signature was created, and this includes the previous signatures. There is no method to combine signatures from multiple files into one file. You would end up creating a signature over data that wasn't there when the signature was originally created, and in the security world that's a no-no.

Approval Workflow: "Send By Email for Approval" not available in Comments Menu

Im using Acrobat 9 Pro (9.4.1) but still have Acrobat 8 Pro (8.2.5) installed as well. I'm attempting to initiate an approval workflow utilizing the approval stamps but I'm not finding the "Send by Email for Approval" option under the Comments Menu or under the Comments button in the Task bar in either version of Acrobat Pro.
Not sure what I'm missing on this end, either in the install of either version or if I, myself, am just not getting this process. The Review process is great and works as it should but I'd like to incorporate the approval process as well if possible in to our internal workflow.

How can I send an email at a specified time?

I want to be able to send an email to someone at a specific time. How can I do this? I'm sure I can do this with Entourage, but Mail doesn't seem to have this facility. Ie, I want to send someone a reminder, on Monday, but I want to be able to set this up now, in case I forget. Why doesn't Mail seem to have this quite basic facility? Anyone got any ideas?

Save as an application, and then set iCal to run that application at a given time (as an alarm).
Of course, the downside to this is that your mail message is set in the compiled Application, which is where a script like the one in the previous post comes in handy (it will basically be the same mechanism, but slightly more elaborate to be able to specify a message, etc.).
I completely agree with you - this sort of functionality would be best rolled into Mail itself (maybe with a separate function called "Send At...") but then again you sacrifice simplicity for extra buttons. It's a double-edged sword.

Sending multiple email for free goods item category??

we have requirement to send email (Z report in smartforms) automatically when sale order save in tcode VA01/VA02.
we made reqd config in tcode NACE and we set access sequence on ORDER TYPE and it's working fine. but the problem is that when order booked for item category free goods it sends multiple emails. (i.e. no. of line items = no. of email) for one order no. All other item category is working fine. only problem with the free goods.
I am an abaper. all config are made with the consent of SD consultant.

If you are an ABAPer, then it sounds like you simply need to debug the processing to identify where/why the fault occurs. As for the NACE settings, you should understand the config as well as your functional counterpart. It will make you a better developer and help you understand the processing code.

ICal sends multiple emails for invites and updates to event attendees - HELP!

Every time I create or send an event in iCal, it sends multiple emails to each attendee (2-3 duplicate emails) with the same event. So if I have 3 event invitees, they get 3 emails each. All the emails are sent from the correct account in Apple Mail, and the calendar itself shows only one email address for each attendee, but for some reason the sent folder shows that each person was emailed 2-3 times. This is causing quite a problem for work, as any invite I send is clogging up inboxes with duplicate and triplicates for each attendee.
When I send a meeting acceptance, it only sends one reply, so I have no idea why it's duplicating or triplicating events when new ones are sent out or udpated by me. I can't delete my calendar without losing important events from clients or what not, so I'm not sure what to do.
Also notable:
I am NOT using iCloud calendars as I needed to create a calendar group and iCloud didn't support that.
My calendar is syncing to an FTP so that people in my main office can view and download my calendar as needed.
I am on a brand new (not even 2 mos old) MacBook Pro Retina 2013 model, with OS X 10.8.3
I am on Calendar 6.0
I can't change/update events on my calendar from one sub-calendar to another once they are created (though I can edit on my iPhone and resync). This is really annoying and I've posted about this before to no avail (thread here: https://discussions.apple.com/message/21646850#21646850 and here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3920017?start=0&tstart=0).
For now (for this thread) I'd like any help possible in getting my calendar to send just ONE email to meeting attendees when I create and/or update an event.

I have the same issue. Did you get a resolution to this? Whenever I add a new person to the meeting invite iCal always resends the entire invite...it should just send the invite to newly added participants.

mail server you are using may be the limiting factor. However, most mail server handle 2000 recp. You will get smtp error 552 if the mail server cant handle 2000 recipients.

IForgot not sending an email for password reset

I need to reset a password for my other AppleID. I don't know what's wrong. iForgot isn't sending an email and the authentication process isn't recognizing me. What's next?

Same thing happened to me two days ago- turns my id was hacked and one number added to it. Had to call apple support for help- they fixed it free but I have a fairly new phone (3 mos).
Problem is now I can log on everywhere but when trying to update apps, get a msg "this id is diasabled"
My suggestion is to call apple support to get your id back and separated from it's "new Owner"

Why won't my MacMail send out emails for my new IMAP email account?

I recently found a new job and with the new job comes a new email. I have used MacMail plenty of times in the past and have no real issues with adding or removing email accounts using MacMail.....until now.
The email account type is IMAP and inregards to receiving emails the account is working perfectly. I am having no issue at all with getting emails, the issue is with trying to send emails from this particular account.
Originally, after setting the account up, whenever I tried to send out an email from this account I received an Error Message stating that the outgoing mail server was not available, aka nto setup correctly. After contacting my new employer, they realized they sent me the wrong info for the outgoing mail server. Once I inputted the new outgoing mail server, I no longer received the error message when attempting to send an email.
At this point, i figured that the account was golden and good to go. However, despite no longer getting the error message when trying to send emails, the emails never reach their destination and a sent receipt does not show up in my SENT folder.
Any idea what could be going on? I have tried my other accounts and sending emails from my other email addresses are working perfectly.

You should be able to use JavaMail from an applet. The general outline would be the same as from a stand-alone application. However make sure you read the notes (found in %JAVAMAIL_HOME%/NOTES.txt once you install JavaMail) to know about some issues associated with using JavaMail from applets running certain browsers.
