After execution of a report i want it should be automatically send to emailids of some person.
Can anyone tell me how to do this

    I have this ALV report. I know I can go up to the toolbar and email the report manually to the user. But I am looking for a code to do that automatically. meaning When I run the report in the selection screen i will provide the email address and the report after its ran it should also email that (when its done manually it sends the attachment as an PDF, which i have no problem with) report as PDF.
    Please help me with the code i need to use..

  • Send Output as attachment to email address

    Hi friends,
    My requirement is to send the Output as attachment to a specific email address.
    I have created a new output type and using transmission medium as External Send.
    If I use SH/BP/SP it is picking the mail address and working fine.
    Now my requirement is to send to fixed standard email address irrelevant of document.
    Can anyone help me to explain how can I achieve this by setting in Parner functions of that output type?
    I dont want to add any parner function in partner determination.

    Define a new customized Z table & maintain the required mail ids in the table.
    in the O/p processing prog, call the Z table & send the mail to the mail ids mentioned in it.
    For formality, assign the O/p to an partner function in your condition records.

    We have requirement that payment advice need to be send to multiple vendor email ids.
    I have implemented SAP note Note 1033893, which says after applying the note the email can be sent to multiple email ids by seperating the email ids by space in field c_finaa-intad in BTE 2040.
    But when i am trying to send the email to multiple ids is not going , when i tried to send with one email id . its working fine.
    i am using RFFOAVIS_FPAYM to send the payment list.
    Please help if you know any solution..

  • How to add body text when sending output as PDF in email?

    We are using standard SAP to send SD output as PDF in an email (in output type we choose medium 5, email address is taken from customer master. In transaction SCOT is indicated that SAPscript/smartforms are converted to PDF. When the output is generated, we run rsconn01 to trigger the actual sending of the email).
    Via form TEXT_SYMBOL_REPLACE we can modify the subject of the email that is send to include e.g. the order number. HOWEVER, in the body of the email that is send, we now only have the PDF, but we also would like to add a standard text in the body of the email. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Hope every one would have seen these lines in reportsserver.conf file in $ORACLE_HOME/reports/conf file.

    Is the above lines really meant for spooling the reports output and FTP the same to another PC.
    I have a requirement of spooling the reports output to clients PC. We are running reports server in Linux, as the reports directly gets saved into the server folder. We want the file to ported to a windows PC automatically. Though we have accomplished this by configuring SAMBA, it requires a additional configuration on the server side.
    Seeing the above lines in reports server conf file i thought many in forum would have given a try and wanted to know the feedback on the same whether my requirement can be met with this, if ORACLE by itself gives that feature to us. Please share your thoughts and appreciate participation on this good topic.

    I need a script that will have several questions , and i want to take the answers and send it by email(using outlook software) in the body and not with file attached .

  • How to send BI Publisher reports as email attachments from Apex

    Hi there,
    Before I start working on this new endeavor, I would like to check if it is even possible...
    Here we have Apex 4.0.2 and Oracle BI Publisher Enterprise 10.1.3. We use the Apex integration with BI Publisher to generate PDF reports.
    Now there is a requirement that those reports should be optionally sent by email as attachments (ideally from Apex itself or from a database procedure in the Apex application schema.)
    I am not sure how to do it, as such reports are generated by calls to URLs like this:
    http://server/apex/f?p=123:0:3370070991917144:PRINT_REPORT=reportname:NO::PARAM1:123 => opens a PDF in the browser window
    Is it possible to be done? If so, how?

    hello,
    there is no native support for directly faxing a report. you could e.g. use a fax-software that has a printer-driver that supports this.

    We haven't changed the mail server either. I took a look at the log, and even though I haven't logged into financial reporting at all since I tried to resend again this morning, it seems to keep on logging the following:

  • Sending an email to multiple email ids with edit option

    Hi,
    I have a reqyuiremnet where i have to send packing list to multiple email ids maintained in the customer master.  I know how to send email to multiple mail ids maintained in customer master.
    (1) Now client wants that user should get the pop screen with all the email ids maintained in the customer master and there should be a check box avaialble to user where in user can select the email ids so that user can select which email ids to get the packing list.  For example out of 5 they only want to sent email to only 2.
    (2) Another requirement is that user should be given the option to edit the mail text body. For example normaly we have defalut lines written at the end of every mail which we send to customer.
    Please let me know id anything standard is availale to meet above 2 requirements. Also please tell me if there is no standard things are available in SAP than how to map this requiremnet

    For second option nothing can be done in SAP Standard. Only thing you can do is if the Text is same in every print enter the Text in T-Code SO10 & ABAPer will pick it from there.
    Another option for Default (fixed) text to be printed everytime in Print-out, hard code it in ABAP program, but SO10 option is better, so that Text can be changed in Future if Required.
    Now you have to decide. If the Text is to be Edited by Users ocassionaly, then go for SO10 option. But if the Users are required to edit the Text everytime they take print-outs, then you will have to write code in Print program which will give a screen to End-users asking for Text to be printed on Packing List.
    Kindly discuss the above options with you ABAPer & you will get some headway...
