I am trying to add a PHP "print this page" script to my
dreamweaver template, that I created myself and it does not want to
work once uploaded. The template has one editable area for content.
This is the script ( I found on the internet). I am not a developer
but I suspect that the fact I am using a template is the problem.

Even when I start firefox I have to sit here and wait for it to tell me a script on this page is not responding or has quit working. Once that happens which takes a while, I can say stop script and it moves on. I've always liked using firefox and have never had a problem in the past, however if I can't get this particular problem fixed, and I've tried many ways to do this, I may have to change to another browser. I would hope that you could find out why this is happening to me before I make that decision. One other thing, I am using the dreaded Vista OS.
Try the Firefox SafeMode. <br />
''A troubleshooting mode, which disables most Add-ons.'' <br />
''(If you're not using it, switch to the Default Theme.)''
# You can open the Firefox 4.0 SafeMode by holding the '''Shft''' key when you use the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
# Or use the Help menu item, click on '''Restart with Add-ons Disabled...''' while Firefox is running. <br />
''To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before using the Firefox shortcut (without the Shft key) to open it again.''
If it is good in the Firefox SafeMode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. <br />

I can work the screen behind the message which stays in the centre of my screen.Windows version is...?
What pages are giving you problems? [post links to same]
Are you getting the script errors only when attempting to print or...?
Has your printer's manufacturer confirmed that your currently installed printer software is IE11-compatible (yet)?

If I try to send an email from a website by clicking on an email link my mail client (MacMail) does not pop up! This is not a problem with any other Browser. Similarly if I want to send a page (webpage) and I click on sendpage under the file pull down menu nothin happens. Again only with Firefox 5.0.1Hi,
/Users/sarahschadek/Desktop/Safari.app/Contents/MacOS/Safari
Move the Safari app from the Desktop to the Applications folder.
Restart your Mac.
That's why you see this:
When I try to do the updates my computer says it has ready it goes through like it is downloading them then at the end it says some of the files could not be saved to "/" files.
After your restart your Mac, click the Apple menu (top left in your screen) then click: Software Update ...

I am playing a facebook game called Kingdom of Camelot. This come up when I refresh the game. To my knowledge no information is sent. I need it to stop interfering with my page when i refresh . I have deleted/uninstalled my extensions and plug ins and i am still getting the message.
Perhaps someone should report this to MarketWatch. There are ways for web developers to work around this issue (GET after POST, for example).
This is a longstanding issue. Examples:
[https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/668932 how do i stop this-To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier.?]
[https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/questions/780884 To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action (such as a search or order confirmation) that was performed earlier]
In past discussions about this message, I have never seen an easy solution. Arguably it should be made a user preference: those who prefer to be warned about the risk that they will double-submit a transaction or instruction on a poorly designed site can have their warning, and those who prefer to take their chances can take their chances. Not sure whether that is on anyone's "to do" list.
Separate issue: I wasn't aware of any difference between 3.6.12 and 3.6.13, but both are riddled with security vulnerabilities so it's hard to recommend using either of them at this point. -
The exact and full message is:
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
Script: https://fbstatic-a.akamaihd.net/rsrc.php/v2/yk/r/w50KHoJTfoZ.js:26
so, I have read the many other threads on this problem:
1. I just installed firefox for the first time - this happens on facebook and many other sites
2. I have reset firefox - did not fix the problem
3. I have checked all my extensions and plug ins for up to date
4. I turned off hardware acceleration
5. I tried disabling all my plug ins
6. I used to use firefox, but it started doing this and I was never able to resolve this and went to chrome.
I am using Win 7. No problem, ofr the most part, using IE or Chrome, I just wanted to try firefox again. Does it not work with win 7?You can try to clear the Flash local storage and settings if the problem is with the Flash plugin.

How to i get rid of the redirect notice it shows up on my safari whenever i try to go to a different page
it says "the previous page is sending you to: LINK
if you do not want to visit this page, you can return to the previous page"Yeah, this seems to be something to do with Google, not your iPhone. A search on that error found this page:
http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Web%20Search/thread?tid=56a3c4b71b3dc1d9&h l=en
which shows people using lots of browsers on different platforms suffering from it. No definitive solutions though. -
This is the entire message I get, but if click "stop" or "continue" nothing is fixed and the message is repeating forever...
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.
Script:
file:///C:/Program%20Files/Mozilla%20Firefox/components/nsExtensionManager.js:623
How this can be fixed
regards
MicheyI encountered this issue with Win 7 but fixed it by doing the following: Open up AVG and then click on Tools / Advanced settings. On the bottom of the list should be AVG Security Toolbar, click on it. There should be an option to Repair the toolbar.

I get this pop up screen continuously on my screen. Ever since I switched to Firefox, I was using Safari. The only other Apps open are my Mac Mail and Finder.
A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: http://static.ak.fbcdn.net/rsrc.php/v1/yY/r/BaybJiEemV4.js:13
Each time I am asked to either Stop Script or Continue.Looks like a script on the Facebook page.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
*Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Web Browser "An error occured in the script on this page'
Hi,
I try to use a Web applic through std SBO Web Browser window. However I get this message: "An error occured in the script on this page'.
Why do I get this message? (I don't get it through other explorers)
Is there a way to change browser parameters? Does SBO uses IE?
BR,
VangelisThe default is IE. Not everything that works on IE works through web application. Many open source web standards do not play well with IE. Try IE 8 or higher.

I'm an avid eBay seller and shopper. Every time I move from one of my items back to my eBay main page I get this pop up "To display this page, Firefox must send information that will repeat any action that was performed earlier." How do I disable the message? Running current version of Firefox for windows and Vista. Are you getting that anytime you visit a page? Or after you hit the 'refresh', 'back' or 'forward' button?
This error is not usually an error telling you that anything is broken, it's warning you that you are re-doing something you have already done. The page that you are trying to re-access, or refresh was a page that was doing something. Maybe you told the page to search for something, or you were filling out a form, or perhaps doing something like adding something to a shopping cart. Firefox warns you in case it's something you really don't want to do again; for example, accidentally buying a second toaster, or re-sending a comment form.
If you only were searching or navigating around a page, it's generally ok to press the 'Resend' button.
This safety feature is not unique to firefox, I can't offhand think of a browser that doesn't have it (though the wording may vary).
However, if you are getting it constantly, every page you visit, on every website, all the time, then it's a bug. -

Well I found a temporary fix for this issue. I put the http://www.businessobjects.com/ as a trusted site in IE!!
First, get the URL of the site to trust. For example, " http://www.businessobjects.com/
.Next, Click on the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options". Click on the "Security" tab.
Click on the green circle with a white check marked "Trusted Sites". In the space provided, enter the URL of the site (you'll probably want to uncheck the box requiring SSL, which is a high-security link, for all sites). Click the "Add" button. Continue entering sites until you have them all entered, then click OK as needed. If you find another trusted site later, simply go back to this menu item and enter the data. -
Thank you.

<Email Edited by Host>They already have your number and/or email address and maybe have sold it several times already to others as well. They also use number generators - software that will automatically create them - some work and some don't, they don't care, they send out millions and a few will fall for it and send them money. The only way to "hide" would be to change both and your password, but then it would happen again at some point.
