Sending Email Confirmation
Can you send an email confirmation to multiple people?
I guess I should have been a little more specific.
If I want two people to receive individual form confirmation and data, is that possible.
Currently under "Email Submission Receipts" there is only one "To:" field.
I would like the information from each individual form to go to multiple people, but the person filling out the form would determine who by filling out an "email" field.

I checked in debugging and found that BAPI_PO_CREATE1 has been used for PO Creation in the back end system.
I also found the user exit EXIT_SAPL2012_003 in which i used
the FM 'SO_OBJECT_SEND' for sending the mail.
I tested out but the mail is not sent.
Am i in a right direction?.
Please give some idea on this.

External Send - Sending PO by email
In order to send PO, your Basis team must configure the system first so that external email can be send out from SAP. If it is not configured, no settings you do on MM will work.
1. You must maintain email address in vendor master data.
2. The same applies to your user master data. For the output type for default values, a communication strategy needs
to be maintained in the Customizing that supports the e-mail. You can find the definition of the communication strategy in the
Customizing via the following path:
(SPRO -> IMG -> SAP Web Application Server -> Basic Services -> Message Control -> Define Communication Strategy).
As a default, communication strategy CS01 is delivered. This already contains the necessary entry for the external communication. Bear in mind that without a suitable communication strategy it is not possible to communicate with a partner via Medium 5 (external sending).
3. Use the standard SAP environment (program 'SAPFM06P', FORM routine 'ENTRY_NEU' and form 'MEDRUCK') as the processing routines.
4. In the condition records for the output type (for example, Transaction MN04), use medium '5' (External send).
5. You can use Transaction SCOT to trigger the output manually. The prerequisite for a correct sending is that the node is set correctly. This is not described here, but it must have already been carried out.
6. To be able to display, for example, the e-mail in Outlook, enter PDF as the format in the node. -

I am a newbie. I have an application in which in one of the pages i'll take orders and want to send email confirmation automatically after creating the order. That is my task.
But in order to do this First i have to install apex_mail package. This is where I got the issue.
it is asking me yo install utl_mail package.
so now i'm totally confused, Can somebody please help me(direct me) with a step-by-step instructions to setup and configure smtp in my application.

you can configure

Administration Email Address
Notification Email Address

I would like to ask how do i send a confirmation email to users when they have finished inputting their details in the registration page. (is it using php scripting?)

How to send an email confirmation after a form is submitted

I would like to send an email confirmation to the person who fills out a form besides the html page confirmation that they receive. Is there a way to write in some script to pull their email out of the form and send this confirmation to them? The form is here: http://tinyurl.com/klej69

JanellContact Tech Support and ask them if you can modify their script or run a 3rd party formmailer script that will do what you want. I don't think they allow you to use other scripts for security reasons but it won't hurt to ask.
If you decide to change hosts, Formmailer.php from DB Masters will do exactly what you need.

<Email Edited by Host>They already have your number and/or email address and maybe have sold it several times already to others as well. They also use number generators - software that will automatically create them - some work and some don't, they don't care, they send out millions and a few will fall for it and send them money. The only way to "hide" would be to change both and your password, but then it would happen again at some point.

Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

Send email without reading confirmation
Hi experts,
I have an implementation in CRM 7.0. If a contract with special attributes is saved, in event management I trigger the sending of an email. This email is sent to a special email address and the sender email address is the one of the creating user.
Now, somehow have the effect, that if the recipient deletes or reads this system email, the user, who created the contract always gets an outlook reading confirmation or deleting information.
Does anybody has an idea how to suppress this reading and deletion information? I use the following standard class: cl_crm_email_data. I couldn't find a parameter to unable this setting.

Try to see how it is the settings on SCOT transaction. menu Settings > Confirmation of receipt and test it again.

.mac mail - I still use my .mac email address to access itunes, icloud, etc. Every once in a while, apple sends me confirmation, reservation, etc. emails to the .mac address. Can someone tell me how to access that email account?

Depending on when you originally set up your Apple ID, you may have @mac.com, @me.com, and @icloud.com email addresses associated with your account, but all mail sent to those addresses should still come in to the same iCloud account (you can test this to make sure by sending yourself emails at those addresses). iCloud sends the email to the address on file at appleid.apple.com. Go there and Manage your Account to see what's there. If the email is correct, maybe the email got put in your spam folder or trash or other place you wouldn't normally look.
You can request that it be resent from that URL mentioned before. -

Automatic email confirmation in Training and Event Management
Hi All,
I need to change the Subject and also need to CC the email on customer class registration auto-confirmation.
Already configuration has been done to send email when a customer register for training class. But right now the cofirmation email is sent only to the customer but client wants the confirmation email to "CC" to Tranining department also and also they want the "Subject" of the email to be changed.
I am new to TEM module so, I don't know where the set up needs to be done for the "Subject" and "CC" of the email. I found the Sapscript form which contains the only the body of the email. I found in IMG- TEM >Day-to-Day Activites> set up for sapscript form & notification abbrev (BUCH).
Please can any let me know where to change the "Subject" of the confirmation email and where to set up the "CC" address for the email?

How can I send email using two different email address that both link back to my one exchange account on my Ipad mini?
On my PC I simply have a master return email address and use a POP for the secondary address. Both are through the one exchange account without a problem. I need to be able to do the same on my Ipad.Ah, I should have made that clear. My domain didn't come from google. It was purchased at and is hosted at dreamhost, but I haven't used their email servers in years - I just route everything through gmail. I actually have a bunch of domains (with websites).
Gmail has an option that lets someone with custom domains send (and receive) email through gmail using the custom domain once Google confirms proper ownership of the domain (to prevent spammers and such). Gmail has a setting for "send email as" which allows gmail to be sent using a custom domain as the sender. I'm pretty sure Apple's old mobileme had this feature too, but I didn't use it. -

I am sure this question has been asked and answered before but I cannot find a definitive answer on this forum I am on the Telstra network locally but when I travel to Malaysia I use a local SIM card with data, as the rates are much cheaper than anything Telstra can matchI find I can receive emails on my bigpond email account but cannot send. When travelling overseas you can access your BigPond mailbox through an email program, or via the BigPond Webmailhttp://messaging.bigpond.com/inbox.do or http://webmail.bigpond.com/webedge/do/oldlogin. If you choose to use an email program, some settings will need to be adjusted, as mentioned below.
While there are no 'perfect' settings which will work every time and from every country, it may as simple as adjusting the Authentication on the outgoing mail server.
If you are accessing the internet via another Internet Service Provider (ISP), but want to send email through our outgoing mail server using your BigPond email address, then you must activate SMTP authentication. For the purposes of this, think of an 'SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server' as the outbound mail server.
Make sure that you have adjusted the outgoing port settings as listed below, or configure your mail client so that it uses the service provider's SMTP server, with SMTP Authentication disabled. If you are uncertain on what this is, you can usually search for this online, or alternatively contact the service provider that is providing your internet access.
If you are uncertain which mail platform you are on, you can confirm this by logging in here.
