Sending PO Response to SRM

Hi friends,
I Am Working on a scenario where I want to insert PO Response automatically in SRM (EBP). I am sending Sales Order details from vendor R/3, through XI using ORDRSP05 Idoc.
This Idoc is mapped to PurchaseOrderConfirmation_In Interface & sent to SRM.
In SRM this XML message is received but with following trace:
<FAULT_TEXT>An error occured within an XI interface: Exception occurredE:BBP_PD:069 -Product data could not be intepreted E:BS:013 -System status INCM is active (Purchase Order Response 1000000059)
Programm: CX_BBP_BD_ERROR===============CP;
Include: CX_BBP_BD_ERROR===============CM002; Line: 57 </FAULT_TEXT>
I am stuck up on this error for 2-3 days, If any one has any idea what so ever to solve this error, then please tell me.
Hope some one help me out to solve this.
Thanking You In Advance.
Regards,
Nitin.

Hi Nitin,
Did you ever figure this issue out?
We are running into a similar problem.  We get the following error:
<STANDARD>
  <CONTROLLER />
  <FAULT_TEXT>An error occured within an XI interface: Exception occurredA:BBP_PD:004 -Partner 0000003100 not found E:BBP_PD:147 -Enter a country for partner 0000003100 with type 'Sold-to Party' I:TAX_TXJCD:105 -You are not allowed to enter a tax jurisdiction code for country US W:BBP_PD:649 -Delvery date is in the past; check the entry Programm: CX_BBP_BD_ERROR===============CP; Include: CX_BBP_BD_ERROR===============CM002; Line: 57</FAULT_TEXT>
  <FAULT_URL />
  <FAULT_DETAIL />
  </STANDARD>
We have defined 3100 as the Company code in SRM and R/3.  We have also defined the correlation between QA2CLNT220 (logical system), QA2_220 (business system), and Partner 3100.  So we are not sure why SRM complains that "Partner 0000003100 not found".  Do we need to define this link between QA2CLNT220 and partner id 3100 somewhere else?

Jay

  • Purchase Order Response in SRM 4.0 through XI

    Hi Friends
    We are working on SRM 4.0. We are sending a PO from SRM to R/3 usng XI in xml format.
    Now we want the Purchase Order Response in SRM from R/3 through XI. How can we achieve that?
    We have used an RFC receiver Adapter in XI to connect to SRM and we have mapped the ORDRSP IDoc to the PurchaseOrderConfirmation Message Type. But in the Message Monitoring of the RWB we are getting an error:
    Exception caught by adapter framework: error while processing message to remote system:com.sap.aii.af.rfc.core.client.RfcClientException: functiontemplate from repository was
    Delivery of the message to the application using connection AFW failed, due to: error while processing message to remote system:com.sap.aii.af.rfc.core.client.RfcClientException: functiontemplate from repository was .
    How to resolve this?
    In which format does this PO response should be sent to SRM and How to send this?
    Thanks in Advance....

    Hi Chris
    Thanks for the Response
    But Chris, I have some doubts regarding this.
    What is XI proxy Framework?
    I think the Proxy Framework consists of the Proxy Generator and the Proxy Runtime. The Proxy Framework for ABAP (generator and runtime) is part of the SAP Web Application Server and no specific installation is needed.
    Is the same as XI Framework?
    Dont we require any mapping? Because Iam getting the Sales Order details through ORDRSP IDoc fron the Vendor. So in order to transfer the data to SRM I require the mapping.
    Please Respond Immediately....
    Thanks in Advance...

    in pre-XI times in order to Acknowledge IDocs you used ALEAUD which is an incoming IDoc to the sending SAP system that collects all the received idocs in the receiving system and sends there processing status to the sending system.
    Problem is that this IDoc can only be generated on a job schedule.
    This is a shot in the dark but Maybe you can try to find this IDoc on the XI side and map to it the RFC response,
    this way you'll acknowledge the IDoc that basically were send to xi from the sending system.
    Why not using Sending Idoc on R\3, Recieving IDoc on SRM,sending ALEAUD from SRM to R3 all through xi???

  • Authentication on local SQL Server 2008 R2 Express server fails after Lan Manager authentication level changed to "Send NTLMv2 response only\refuse LM & NTLM"

    I'm upgrading my organisation's Active Directory environment and I've created a replica of our environment in a test lab.
    One medium-priority application uses a SQL server express installation on the same server that the application itself sits on.
    The application itself recently broke after I changed the following setting in group policy:
    "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated"
    to
    "Send NTLMv2 response only\refuse LM & NTLM"
    The main intent was to determine which applications will break if any - I was very surprised when troubleshooting this particular application to find that the issue was actually with SQL Server express itself.
    The errors I get are as follows (note that there are hundreds of them, all the same two):

    All of the documentation that I have followed suggests that the errors are caused by incorrect SPN configuration- I figured that they were never correct and it has always failed over to NTLM in the test environment (I can't look at production - we couldn't
    replicate the setup due to special hardware and also RAM considerations), but only NTLMv2 has issues.
    So I spent some time troubleshooting this.  We have a 2003 forest/domain functional level, so our service accounts can't automatically register the SPN.  I delegated the write/read service principle name ACEs in Active Directory.  SQL Server
    confirms that it is able to register the SPN.
    So next I researched more into what is needed for Kerberos to work, and it seems that Kerberos is not used when authenticating with a resource on the same computer:
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms191153.aspx
    In any scenario that the correct username is supplied, "Local connections use NTLM, remote connections use Kerberos".  So the above errors are not Kerberos (since it is a local connection it will use NTLM).  It makes sense I guess - since
    it worked in the past when LM/NTLM were allowed, I don't see how changing the Lan Manager settings would affect Kerberos.
    So I guess my question is:
    What can I do to fix this? It looks like the SQL server is misconfigured for NTLMv2 (I really doubt it's a problem with the protocol itself...).  I have reset the SQL service or the server a number of times.  Also - all of my other SQL applications
    in the environment work.  This specific case where the application is authenticating to a local SQL installation is where I get the failure - works with LAN Manager authentication set to "Send LM & NTLM - use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated",
    but not "Send NTLMv2 response only\refuse LM & NTLM".
    Note also - this behaviour is identical whether I set the Lan Manager authentication level at the domain or domain controller level in Active Directory - I did initially figure I had set up some kind of mismatch where neither would agree on the authentication
    protocol to use but this isn't the case.

    Maybe your application doesn't support "Send NTLMv2 response only. Refuse LM & NTLM".

  • Can SAP R/3 send RFC response to Xi

    Hi ,
    I have one scenario where Sap has to trigger an RFC call and shouls send the response to XI and the Xi should write that response to file .
    How to send just response of RFC to XI ??

    hi,
    you need to execute an RFC
    with destination XI (in background)
    so the data will reach the XI (and then you can save as file)
    but you can only do it with RFC request
    so once you execute your first RFC and you'll get a rensponse
    you need to map the reponse to a request of a new RFC
    and execute the new one which will take the data to the XI
    basically that's all

  • Java Client throws exception – while sending NTLMV2 Response from WIN7 to W

    We have written a Java client which connects to a webservices application using NTLM authentication against Windows 2008 R2 Server (using IIS7). This program works fine when running from Windows XP, Linux but failing when running from Windows 7.
    Error encountered is: java.io.IOException: Authentication failure.
    Here is what we have written to connect to HTTPS with credential using SSLContext as mentioned below.
    SSLContext sc = SSLContext.getInstance( "SSL" );
    sc.init( null, trustAllCerts, new java.security.SecureRandom() );
    HttpsURLConnection.setDefaultSSLSocketFactory( sc.getSocketFactory() );
    ( ( HttpsURLConnection )( m_oHttpURLConnection ) ).setHostnameVerifier( this );
    URL url = new URL("https://testsite...");
    HttpsURLConnection m_oHttpURLConnection = (HttpsURLConnection) url.openConnection();
    Following properties are set to HttpsURLConnection:
    RequestMethod : GET
    InstanceFollowRedirects : true
    AllowUserInteraction : true
    UseCaches : false
    DoOutput : true
    DoInput : true
    After setting all the above parameters the following code is used to set credentials data and connect to site
    Authenticator.setDefault(new MyAuthenticator ());
    m_oHttpURLConnection.connect();
    After connection is successful request XML is sent to server and expecting a response from the server. So when the below line is called exception is thrown.
    m_oHttpURLConnection.getResponseCode();
    Exception :
    java.io.IOException: Authentication failure

         at java.net.HttpURLConnection.getResponseCode(HttpURLConnection.java:373)
         at sun.net.www.protocol.https.HttpsURLConnectionImpl.getResponseCode(HttpsURLConnectionImpl.java:318)
    After changing LAN Manager Authentication level setting of Windows 7 from “Send NTLMv2 response only” to “Send LM & NTLM – use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated”, application is working fine.
    Local Security Settings àSecurity SettingsàLocal Policies à Security Optionsà Network security: LAN Manager Authentication level
    By default in Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2: Send NTLMv2 response only , Lowering the security level at the client end is bit risk and typically is not recommended.

    this subforum is about Kerberos and GSS and not about NTLM. Why are you hasseling with NTLM? Take Kerberos.

  • I want to send a response from the servlet and then call another servlet.

    Hi,
    I want to send a response from the servlet and then call another servlet. can this happen. Here is my scenario.
    1. Capture all the information from a form including an Email address and submit it to a servlet.
    2. Now send a message to the browser that the request will be processed and mailed.
    3. Now execute the request and give a mail to the mentioned Email.
    Can this be done in any way even by calling another servlet from within a servlet or any other way.
    Can any one Please help me out.

  • How do I accept or decline a calendar invitation in iOS8 without sending a response?

    This specific scenario is Exchange 2013 and iOS8.
    I want to be able to accept/decline/tentative in response to a calendar invitation from my iPhone without sending a response to the inviter.
    I do not think Exchange probably has anything to do with it, but that is the set up.
    Thanks!

    Decline a call and send it directly to voicemail. Do one of the following:
    Press the Sleep/Wake button twice quickly.
    Press and hold the center button on your headset for about two seconds. Two low beeps confirm that the call was declined.
    Tap Decline (if iPhone is awake when the call comes in).
    Respond with a text message instead of answering. Tap Message and choose a reply or tap Custom. To create your own default replies, go to Settings > Phone > Respond with Text, then tap any of the default messages and replace it with your own text.
    Remind yourself to return the call. Tap Remind Me and indicate when you want to be reminded.

    You haven't set up the SMTP (outgoing) mail server correctly. You probably didn't enter your user ID and password for the outgoing server. They are needed even though it says "optional".

  • HTTP Sender Adapter Response

    Hi there,
    Can I send a status code back to the sender of the HTTP request in case of a HTTP Sender Adapter ?
    We need to send a response immediately to the Sender Application. The interface however is an asynchronous interface and a response with XI is only perhaps possible with BPM which would be rather complex for a small response code to be sent back ! Is there any possibility that some response is sent as soon as I receive a request on the SICF service ?
    Amair

    Hi Amair,
    As Bhavesh suggested i also dont see a way you can do this unless by making the interface Synchronous. If you do so then it becomes so simple and u will not require any work arounds.

  • Can we disable the 'Do not send a response' option for invitations?

    Our organization recently migrated to Outlook \Exchange 2010 from Lotus Notes\Domino R7.0.4. Users are getting frustrated with the many limitations, or hopefully our lack of understanding, related to calendaring in Outlook.
    Current Issue:
    Employees can select "Do Not Send a Response" to meeting invitations, but still accept the invitations for their personal calendars. This can be very frustrating to the invitee, who is attempting to orchestrate complex meetings, since they do not
    get updates for invitees who have accepted the meeting using this option.
    It is plausible that all invitees could accept a meeting, but choose not to send a response. The originator of the meeting may than cancel the meeting, thinking, "what's the point, no one accepted it". The originator or an Admin staff should have
    the ability to disable the "Do not Send a Response" option or at least have the option to require a response if desired.
    Additionally, when invitees do send a response, it would be nice to have an option not to see response in the form of an email, but simply as an update to the Calendar 'Attendees' status, to avoid inbox clutter.
    Lotus Notes had these functions at least 10 years ago, so I'm sure we are just overlooking a setting or configuration. Any guidance Microsoft support or readers can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    We can disable that option via GPO.
    Please refer to Disable user interface items and shortcut keys in Office 2010:
    http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc179143(v=office.14).aspx
    After adding the Office 2010 GPO templates to the domain, in Group Policy Management go to:
    User Configuration / Polices / Administrative Templates / Microsoft Outlook 2010 / Disable Items in User Interface / Custom
    Add the following Policy ID's: 19987, 19995 and 19991.
    This will disable the three menu items "Do Not Send a Response" below the buttons Accept, Tentative and Decline. When the mouse pointer points to the disabled ("grayed out") menu item a message is shown telling the user that this menu is disabled by the
    administrator.
    If you are not used to the email response, simply create a rule to move all these responses to a single folder and clean them up periodically:

    Hi Rajesh,
    You can achieve this by making  synchronous Interfaces.
    1) create Synchronous Outbound and Inbound Service Interface.
    2) So you will need to create a response mapping as well.
    You get a response from mail adapter in the following format, use this as response Message Type:
    - <xim:MailReceipt xmlns:xim="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Mail/30">
      <Server>smtp://xx.xxx.xx.xx</Server>
      <Greeting>wlg-exht2.XYZ.com Microsoft ESMTP MAIL Service ready at Fri, 28 Jan 2011 20:10:28 +1300</Greeting>
      <Format>XIALL</Format>
      <UseMailPackage>false</UseMailPackage>
      <Encoding>base64</Encoding>
      <Subject>Sync Test</Subject>
      <From>"From e mail address</From>
      <To>"To e mail address"</To>
      <Date>2011-01-28T07:10:29Z</Date>
      <MailID>1.2.3</MailID>
      </xim:MailReceipt>
    By this I think you can give the status of Mail.

  • In OUT Bound of a Jaxws provider, how can we stop the provider invoking its endpoint and send a response back?

    Hi One & All
    While we are working on Delegate(provider) for JAXWS client handler in Weblogic10 , we have some technical issues and need some assistance.
    Problem Description
    In OUTBound of a provider, how can we stop the provider invoking its endpoint and send a response back?
    Example:
    I have a provider with some handlers configured for both IN and OUT flows. When the Jaxws provider is making a request, the OUTBound Handler gets invoked and in this Handler I would like to stop invoking actual endpoint and send back my own response. That means I should be able to tell the Handler chain to stop further processing of this flow, set a response message into message exchange and invoke the IN flow. How do I do that?
    This kind of mediation/interception is possible in standard specifications like JAX-WS, Servlets etc… wondering if Weblogic10 JAXWS provides any sort of this kind.
    Also we would like to know who is invoking a provider endpo     int in JAXWS stack in weblogic10? Is it an OUTBound handler at the end of handler chain or some other transport component after the handler chain?
    Thanks in Advance
    Suresh

    I completely agree with this....I have used Windows and Skype for many years. I recently installed an older version of Skype to run on Windows 8.1 because the new version is SO AWFUL. As much as I prefer the older version (6.14), the daily number of SPAM CONTACT requests is rediculous and most are just variations of the same spammer. Maybe it is time to look for a replacement for both?

  • Send RFC Response by mail -async

    Hi
    I have JMS -> XI -> RFC Secnario ( asynchronous )
    i want to send the response of rfc by mail adapter to a user
    how can this process developed in BPM ? can  u give me any examples?
    thx,Shai

    go through the blog below, which talks about the almost similar concepts
    that blog uses File --> RFC --> File but in your scenario you'll have to use
    JMS --> RFC ---> Mail. But the procedure to follow is the same in both cases.

  • The Operation Failed when trying to accept a scheduler by selecting Send A Response

    Hi,
    Please help as I am getting error "The Operation Failed" as soon as i select "Send the Response Now" when
    accepting schedulers. I have tried to delete & create new profile a few times then i can accept scheduler once before i hit the error again. There was an article which asked to remove all third party add-ins & i have done that as well leaving only
    MS Exchange Add-In & OneNote Notes about Outlook Items.
    HP EliteBook 8460p - Win 7 Pro, Svc Pack 1
    MS Office Home and Business 2010
    Antivirus - AVG

    Hi,
    Please follow below steps to troubleshoot the problem:
    Please use Scanpst.exe tool to to repair your data file. Please refer to this article on how to use scanpst.exe:
    http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/repair-outlook-data-files-pst-and-ost-HA102749454.aspx
    Try to start Outlook in safe mode and see if issue presists. I understand that you have already tried manually removing add-ins, but please try to launch Outlook client in safe mode and see if there is any difference. Conflicts with one or more of the add-ins
    might cause this problem.
    Try to disable your Anti Virus and have a try again.
    Please have a try and feel free to post back.
